Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Fab hotel. A bit out of town but not a problem. Paid a lot less for the room than some hotels which I found much worse. Gorgeous pool and little spa. Nice rooms, comfy beds and really reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Couldn’t fault it.

It's still ok to catch a plane overnight. Good price Parking is free The bathroom floor drain is a bit offensive, the air conditioner is also a bit smelly, it is too hot if it is not turned on.

Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

We had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. Clean tidy but a bit out of the way quite a little walk to the old town not much 1 local shop quake close a few restaurants but it is a walk away from the old town personally myself I would not come back to this hotel to the location but at the moment you are a sea view from you room however building works are commencing at back of hotel but noise not too much if you are a walking problem I will not recommend this hotel to you if you fit I like walking hotel is ideal for you activities are arranged at full-side every day

Very nice hotel and room but no welcome water in room / no kettle or access to making hot drinks in room / no mini fridge in room , we could here people in other rooms have bed fun so sound proof is not good , I would book again on my second Choice but would not book on first choice. Hotel is near the beach We are at reception if they had complimentary water and they pointed me to a vending machine. This was 11 o’clock at night next door and purchase water, vending machine prices. All round a hood 2 - 3 star hotel

The apartments are very good, regular cleaning. Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea. You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation. If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good. The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.
