The hotel was pleasantly surprised by interior, cleanliness, comfort. Excellent staff, social and ready to help in everything. The room was standard, everything needed is: teapot, water, coats (snow and very soft), slippers, toiletries. I was pleased with the couler with water on the floor. There is a spa zone, the truth on the massage could not go, there was no record on this day, we booked a room in the hotel for only one day. So if you want to get on the massage, it is better to register in advance. Personnel is pleasant and social, ready to help in everything. Breakfasts are just wonderful, peel, eggs, sausages, vegetables, cutting of different cheeses and sausages, etc. Specially delicious cashes are pleased, not all hotels will see. The room we had on the first floor, the view to the yard, nothing interesting, but the view from the 5th floor from the spa zone to the beautiful mountains and the sea. Thank you very much for the great team of the hotel for our wonderful holiday. We stayed satisfied with the hotel and advise 💯🤗👌
