The hotel is in the city center. There are markets and stores nearby, if you want to party, don't come here. The facilities are poor. There is no iron, the bedspread is not fastened, I stuck my foot in the edge of it. The layout of the rooms is a joke. The corridor is 5 meters wide, but you can't open the shower door from the toilet bowl. Instead, you can sit on the toilet at any time while taking a shower... The internet, when it was working, asked me to authenticate myself every time. The soundproofing is zero. You will hear everything that is happening around you. This is when demand determines the prices.
Hotel is outside the town, free shuttle is good and getting a grap is cheap enough.
Room very big, not the most modern hotel and no atmosphere at all.
No bar or evening restaurant so lacks a bit of atmosphere. So you really have to go into the town.
Breakfast was ok.
Service was ok, ladies on reception very nice and the gentlemen driving the shuttle bus also nice.
Pool bar service during the day non existing, seen 2 staff on Sunday sit at the bar all day, when they actually got customers the bar was not stocked.
Some maintenance needed in all areas.
Its an ok hotel, our most expensive hotel on the trip but not the best for the price.

The room facing main streets was too noisy. We lost our sleep on the first night then requested to change our room to the other facing which thankfully was much quieter. Overall great service and hospitality from the staffs. Kudos to them being accommodating and sincerely helpful. The morning breakfast was decent and enough options for my family.

We had a very nice stay here for a week. Nice pool, staff is very helpfull (we had some requests). Mixed audience staying at the hotel. Restaurants, gyms and small shops within 5 min walking distance. Ao Nang beach itself is quite far. Getting a grab taxi is very hard. Takes atleast 15min if your are Lucky. The hotel does provide scooters which I recommend and than it is only a 5min drive to the beach and the busy tourist area. It is axtually nice to be out of the busy zone. I do recommend rooms on the pool side. The Road side is quite noisy. Id definitely stay again.

Facilities: You can borrow a hairdryer from the front desk, but there's no kettle. Everything else is available.
Ambiance: Absolutely fantastic! Super natural and refreshing.
Service: Surprisingly good! The welcome ”fruit juice” upon check-in was delicious. We visited during Chinese New Year, and everyone was dressed in festive red and had their hair in cute top buns – everyone was so friendly.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and the staff meticulously cleaned our room every day.
You can book cars, boats, and rent motorbikes directly at the hotel.
Overall, I really loved it! The rock climbing next door is also highly recommended; too bad we ran out of time. I'll definitely come back next time!

Slightly disappointing. Reception is welcoming and especially the staff that helps carry bags are very polite and hardworking, there was no issues with staff except on check out we requested for some help with our luggage but noone came (it's a long walk to the reception from cottages).
The breakfast was disappointing, even the rice isn't cooked properly daily, it's hard and uncooked and this happened on all three days.
Restaurant is overpriced so we haven't even visited it. The hotel should really consider reducing the prices as many similar type restaurants are nearby with normal prices.
Room is nice and it was quiet since we were the last cottage in a row, however if you get loud neighbours or next to the pool it wont be so quiet.
Overall it was okay.

The hostel is well located and bed is super comfortable. I hadn’t had this good night of sleep for a while. The showers were also very clean. The only thing I can point out as a better service was that they out me on the 3rd floor and my bag was super heavy (I’ve been travelling for a while) and they didn’t offer to help me with luggage up the 3 floors which was extremely challenging carrying 26kg with me

I really didn't want to leave a bad review. The restaurant staff were great, and we had a lovely Christmas. However, we didn't have enough cash to pay for the restaurant, so we used WeChat Pay. Unfortunately, the staff member handling it was very unprofessional and didn't really know how to use it, so they called us back from the beach, which we cooperated with. Their attitude was terrible. I didn't make a fuss and just had my Thai-speaking friend communicate with them. While we were talking, I saw my slippers, which I had put in the room's trash can, being taken out by the baggage handler. He asked the young lady at the front desk to try them on, and when she didn't, he put them on himself. I found this absolutely disgusting. The front desk's attitude was also very poor. For a 1600 baht hotel, I don't understand how this level of service is acceptable.

Great
LlvntPerfect welcome, friendly service, calm atmosphere. Ideal for those who want to spend a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature. We were very pleased. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They made us happy with small gifts and treats.
TTati_13They let me check in early, which I really appreciated. I got a spacious room with a terrace on the top floor, so the view was amazing! Great location. The ladies at the front desk were all very smiling and friendly. Housekeeping every day, clean towels, two bottles of water, coffee. The only downside is that my bed linen wasn't changed once during the whole week.
JJINGThere is breakfast, it is a case, the environment is very good, very feeling, very quiet, the beach is beautiful, the sunset is super beautiful, the hotel rents a motorcycle is very convenient, 250 plants solve the traffic problem one day.
KKaoroubaoI absolutely loved my stay at this beach resort in Krabi—it was absolutely perfect in every way. The scenery here is breathtakingly beautiful, with turquoise waters, golden sand, and stunning limestone cliffs all around. The beach itself is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and simply gorgeous; I couldn’t have asked for a nicer spot to relax by the ocean.
The best part by far is the resort’s swimming pool, which is actually the largest pool in Thailand. We spent so much time there and had the best time swimming, laughing, and enjoying the water—it was so much fun.
The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to every need.
Overall, everything was flawless. We had an incredible time in Thailand, and this resort made our trip even more wonderful. I can’t recommend it enough!
JJanicejnI absolutely loved my stay at this hotel!
Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway.
Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need!
Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven.
Facilities:
• Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing.
• Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely.
Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!
DDeb.DFive star service, fantastic location with 1-min walk to the beach, well maintained pool, supper delicate interior decoration with tub for standard room and jacuzzi for higher end room, tranquility in the strategic location, lovely beach side massage and romantic relaxing dinner as well.So cool and will definitely come back for it.
GGuest UserAmazing. Amazing. Amazing. This is a very special place, lovely staff, complete relaxation. Try the kayaking, swimming, and try to local restaurant outside next to minimart. NOTE: This is quite far, and not super easy to get to the main area. Go here if you are happy to pay taxi to get back to 7 eleven etc.
AAlbertoboy JRThis was my first time staying at a hotel with traditional Thai architecture, like what you’d see in palaces and temples, and it was such a cool experience. The room was totally worth the price, clean, tidy, and pretty spacious for just me traveling alone. The vibe of the place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet it’s only a few steps away from the beach!
There’s also a swimming pool which is great for families and kids friendly. Plus, there's a local night market not too far away, which was great to check out. The breakfast here was spot on, and the staff were all so nice and helpful.
Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back again! 😍
GGuest UserStayed at Ananta Burin for 9 nights with family. I can't fault the staff for their friendliness or professionalism. Any issues with the rooms were fixed in a short amount of time including a faulty A/C. The buffet breakfast offered a good array of options but was let down by either food going cold/lukewarm or crispy items being soft. Icecream was included in the buffet was a nice touch. The resort rotates your selection each morning so there it doesn't feel like you're eating the same thing each day.
My family loved the water slides and it was a lot of fun. The temperature of the pool was really pleasant which was unique from other hotels we stayed at during our Thailand trip. Unfortunately the river pool was not working in our stay and a number of water features around the property were also in the same category. It robbed the resort of some ambiance.
The resort is located on the northern side of Ao Nang and is a little quieter than other areas of Ao Nang which suited us just fine. Overall we would stay there again if we ever visited Ao Nang again.
GGuest UserUpon arrival, things got off to a bit of a rough start. Room 210, while advertised with a sea view, had a very limited one, which wasn't a huge deal. The most unpleasant part was the leaky pipe by the toilet. My request to switch rooms with the front desk wasn't successful. After adjusting my mindset and accepting it, it was fine—the water was clean anyway, and I was there to relax, so no need to dwell on it.
However, I do recommend the hotel renovates soon, otherwise, it's a waste of such a beautiful location.
Summary:
1. The facilities are indeed old. The exterior looks okay, but the interior is too basic. Friends accustomed to five-star hotels might find it hard to adapt. I had to comfort my child and convince myself, but once I accepted it, it was fine.
2. If you want a true, unobstructed sea view room, be sure to communicate with the hotel beforehand. Only rooms starting with '1' will do. The higher the room number, the higher up the hill it is, so be prepared for a cardio workout every time you head back to your room.
3. The service was generally good. I didn't feel any prejudice or mistreatment towards Chinese guests. The porters who helped with luggage were the best.
4. Cat lovers will overlook all the negatives and fall in love with this place, just like my son. He initially complained about everything, but after bribing many cats with cat food to hang out on our balcony, he was very sad to leave.
