Beach Hotels in Phuket Province, Thailand

This hotel is very close to Karon beach, we can walk to the hotel in less than 5 minutes. We stayed in this hotel on a weekend so it is quite crowded during breakfast time and the pool usage rate is quite high here due to multiple water slides and kids pool

Convenience and Location!! This hotel offers everything you need to enjoy your stay in Phuket. It is located about 100 meters from the beach. The base of the hotel has a gym, laundry service, and NIGHT MARKET! Out of conveince we at at the market under the hotel most evenings. It was just too convenient. Additionally, there is a 7-11 across the street for all your other needs. Hotel itself has a rooftop pool accompanied by great staff that got us checked in early and helped us arrange plans throughout the trip, free of charge. I would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a great hotel on a moderate budget.

“I recently stayed at this hotel during my vacation, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is impeccably clean, with bright rooms and a fantastic pool. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was the best we found in Thailand. It’s a family-friendly place, and there were plenty of young children enjoying themselves. The only downside is the location, which, despite being close to the sea, unfortunately doesn’t offer any views of the ocean from either the pool or the rooms.”

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. The reception was excellent, particularly thanks to some of the staff members who were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I needed. I didn’t have to do a thing! I’ll definitely return and recommend it to my friends. My time in Phuket was wonderful. I particularly want to highlight Wu Yanzhu from the staff; he was very helpful and multilingual, which made communication effortless. Overall, the hotel is outstanding! I rate it a perfect 10/10!

I think this hotel was a little underwhelming, unfortunately my experience isn’t how it’s being marketed. It’s okay but not exactly somewhere you can ‘retreat’. The location is good, next to a 7/11 and they offer free shuttles to the beach. The room is quite clean but they have a drainage problem. The room has a strong sewage smell which they try to mask with essential oils. The facilities also didn’t live up to expectations, I didn’t see any morning exercise classes and the pool “bar” was practically empty. Half way through my stay they started doing renovations in the daytime (10-4) which is quite distracting. The cleaning staff can also be quite loud during the day speaking to each other across the hallway. I did enjoy their breakfast, I think it had a wide range and was worth it. The restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The room was decent, albeit very old. There was a bird right outside my window that kept me up all night. Nice balcony, but there is a large gap at the bottom of the sliding doors where bugs can get in. Beautiful pool! but too small for so many guests. Very close to the main strip in Rawai which is nice, but not close to a beach you can swim in. Overall very nice if you are not a beach person.

Sugar Marina Hotel near Phuket Airport offers the convenience of a short commute, making it ideal for travelers with early or late flights. The rooms are stylishly designed, and the staff is generally helpful. However, there were notable downsides during my stay. The pool was not well-maintained and appeared unclean, which was disappointing. Additionally, I suspect I encountered bed bugs, as I experienced bites after sleeping. The breakfast service was also too short, leaving little flexibility for guests with varying schedules. While the hotel has potential, improvements in cleanliness and guest comfort are needed to make it a more enjoyable experience.

I’m coming back again the hotel are very beautiful view on the top floor with a swimming pool. Staff very nice smile and helpful. Room is clean and change linen everyday. Breakfast is good. Location is good near the beach for 5-10 min by walk and near the center of Patong

Very friendly and homely hotel. Excellent location. The staff is just great. Delicious breakfasts. There are some minor minuses, but the pluses outweigh them all. We had a family vacation with a child. Everyone was happy. The staff did not need to be reminded of anything, as is the case in most hotels. Bed linen, towels, and all the accessories for the child were already there upon check-in. We lived in two different rooms: a regular one with a view of the pool and one with access to the pool. We liked both options.

The hotel environment and location are good. It only takes more than 10 minutes to take a taxi to the three major beaches. The taxi can go directly to the door. Although Rawai Beach is not as prosperous as Patong, the beach is much better than Patong. There is a beach nearby where you can snorkel and see small fish. The proprietress can also help arrange island hopping tours and can also help contact motorcycle rentals to deliver them to the door. The cost is cheaper than what we found outside. The key is to save worry and effort. It really feels like living at home, with a full sense of security. The hotel also has a cool tuk-tuk that can take guests to the seafood street and nearby beaches. Recommended to friends who travel with families.
