Lovely hotel near the mountain base. About 500m walk away from the bus station that goes to the cableway. Love the layout of the room, very spacious, more than enough space to open 2 luggages. Breakfast is really good compared to other restaurants. (I eat both western and chinese) Staff is proactive in helping with our request to book a taxi to Hangzhou directly and helped to mediate the payment as we are unable to do bank transfer.

The SSAW hotel in Hefei is my number one destination. I love everything about this place from the staff at the reception when I arrive to the confort of my room to the location of the place. I always have my breakfast at the hotel. I am very traditional with my choices but the restaurant offers a variety of food. Thank you again for a great stay Annie Clouâtre

Excellent! This is the best option to stay in the Huangshan area to visit the mountains and surroundings. This boutique hotel is located extremely quietly in the middle of the bamboo forests and tea plantations away from the bustle and hustle, busy streets, people and noisy restaurants- exactly what we needed after a day on the mountain. At the same time it’s only 5-10 minutes away from the South entrance gate, which the hotel will shuttle you to whenever you need. Overall the service and the owners are so so great and helpful with everything. The hotel overall and the rooms are so tastefully designed, high quality, 1000% clean and everything is tidied up (no messy piles anywhere - unlike in other boutique hotels in China). You can conveniently get dinner in the hotel, the seating area is beautiful, quiet, designed perfectly and the food was delicious. Breakfast is Chinese breakfast but they are so sweet and offer cereals and toast if you like, however, i brought some other options for my parents which they kindly kept in the fridge. They also took us to their own tea mountain to watch the sunset and Huangshan Mountain from afar - very special!!! Highly recommend that! The other hiking recommendations (besides than going up Huangshan) were a great addition. I recommend a three night stay, that’s just perfect. Everything is even nicer than on the pictures, a pleasant and unusual surprise!! You will not regret to choose this hotel, i stayed in other hotels in Huangshan before and this is the best option with regards to location (!!), design and service.

The room was clean and fresh, without any peculiar smell, and the bed was very soft. There were also free fruits. However, the room was on the 5th floor and we had to climb one floor. The breakfast was excellent, a combination of Chinese and Western cuisines, with a lot of vegetarian dishes. Vegetarians can refer to it, and there was also local Huangjing tea for making tea. The most commendable thing is that parking is very convenient. After all, parking on Jiuhua Street in the mountains is a headache. Finally, the hotel also gave us a bowl of lingering love from Baisui Palace, which is worth having.

This hotel is located stone throw from both the bus terminals, so location 5 stars. Amenities - rooms, restaurant, foot massage center(cannot locate) and Chinese chess rooms. Not sure, how this hotel is awarded 5 stars? Rooms setup - guess it is time to renovate. Heard the renovation project is approved! Cheers! Services - rooms for improvement! As I had a early flight to catch at 9.50am and the earliest bus from the mountain to the tourist center was 6.30am (again different front desk staffs told me different timings) so I tried to request for a paid car service to send me down. They said the hotel doesn't provide such service, asked me to reach out in the streets to see if the resturants or shop owners can provide such services! 1st time encounter in a 5 stars hotel, really a good learning for me in 2024:)

The first time I came to Huangshan, I traveled with friends. I arrived at night. I was awakened by the sound of birds the next day. It was too relaxing and extremely comfortable. It was so beautiful to sleep in nature. The hotel opened the window and saw the lake and mountains. It was like being gently hugged. The scenery was super beautiful and the service staff was very warm. I heard that Dexutang is a chain brand, Huangshan Dexutang is the first, the location is also good, not far from Huangshan North Station, there will be a period later ～

I stayed at Chizhou Pingtian Peninsula Hotel during the National Day and had a very pleasant holiday. The hotel service is very good. When we arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper Michelle already greeted us at the entrance of Jiuhua Pavilion. Check-in was very fast, and our luggage was sent to the room. We also gave our children a complimentary breakfast when we checked in with them. If we had any problems during our stay, Michelle was very quick to solve them for us. Xiaoye, the travel photographer we booked, was very skilled. He took us to shoot with many people who checked in at the hotel. After seeing the sample photos sent, they were very good. The environment of the hotel is very good. It should be the best hotel in Chizhou. I open the window and sit on the large balcony every day, admiring the beautiful scenery of Pingtian Lake. It is very suitable for relaxing and taking a leisurely vacation. The bamboo forest concert arranged by the hotel during the National Day was also very good, attracting a large number of hotel guests every day. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good, and it’s up to the people to be thrifty. If you don’t want to go out, you can just stay in the hotel. Before leaving, Michelle helped us put our luggage into the car and watched us leave. Pingtian Peninsula Hotel left us with wonderful memories. I hope the hotel can maintain this level of service and hope to return to Pingtian Peninsula again in the future. Finally, I would like to give you a small suggestion, that is, you can consider extending the breakfast closing time appropriately during major holidays such as May 11th, so that guests do not have to get up early and can disperse the customer flow in the restaurant.

The manager and aunt in the store are very kind and friendly, and the cat is also very cute and gentle and will take the initiative to come and post. You can eat in the store. The aunt is very skilled and the food is delicious. The breakfast is not particularly varied but it is very delicious. The aunt can also help cook noodles and small wontons. The overall environment of the store is very good, the garden is very beautiful, and there is its own small vegetable garden. It is also very comfortable to walk in the hotel when you don't want to go out. In short, it is a very satisfying stay experience, and family and friends will highly recommend it.
