The electric curtains are especially commendable; they block out light perfectly, ensuring a good night's sleep. "Came to Jiuhua Mountain with my mom to pay respects to the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, and we stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here, and they even had someone dedicated to picking us up and dropping us off at the entrance. Every staff member greeted us warmly with ”Happy New Year.” On the first day of the ***** New Year, we prayed, enjoyed the snow, and did some scripture copying – it was a truly fulfilling experience! This hotel is trustworthy and comes highly recommended."

"Overall, it was great. The butler, Danny, contacted me in advance and had the room ready before I even arrived. He was incredibly enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout my stay. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. The Binjiang Park is right downstairs, and the river view is incredibly expansive. The picture was taken casually from the room on a rainy day, but it looks even more spacious in person. The complimentary cookies at check-in were a hit, my child was still raving about them after we got home."

"I recently stayed at the InterContinental Hefei and had an excellent experience. It is currently one of the best hotels in Hefei in terms of overall quality and service. Location The hotel sits right by Swan Lake in the government district. The lake and city skyline views from the rooms are stunning, especially at night. It’s directly opposite Yintai in77, so shopping and dining are very convenient. The high-speed railway south station is only about 15 minutes away by car. Service This is where the hotel really shines. The staff are consistently warm, professional, and proactive. The concierge helped with luggage and doors, and the guest relations team reached out in advance, offered a room upgrade, and stayed responsive throughout the stay. Small requests were handled quickly and thoughtfully. The service level feels genuinely attentive. Room The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the soundproofing was good. My lake-view room had large windows with a beautiful outlook. The bathroom is generous in size and includes a bathtub — a nice touch for relaxing after a day out. Welcome fruit and drinks were provided upon arrival. Breakfast Breakfast is a clear highlight. The selection is wide (both Chinese and Western options, including some local Anhui specialties), the quality is high, and the food is fresh. It’s one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in Hefei. Facilities The indoor pool is clean and temperature-controlled, with pleasant views. The gym is well-equipped. Overall facilities match the five-star standard. In summary, the combination of excellent location, outstanding service, comfortable rooms, and strong breakfast makes this hotel a top choice in Hefei. I would happily stay here again and recommend it for both business and leisure travelers."

"Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

"This stay in a Club Deluxe room, with exclusive access to the executive lounge, was a fantastic experience. The high-floor room offered a spacious view through its floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for enjoying the Hefei city nightscape in the evening. The room layout was well-designed, hardware was well-maintained, and it was clean and tidy, ensuring a high level of comfort. The 27th-floor Executive Lounge was quiet and private, offering coffee and tea all day, exquisite and delicious afternoon tea pastries, and snacks and beverages during evening happy hour. It's ideal for meeting guests or quietly relaxing. Breakfast could be a buffet at the Wan Cafe or a la carte at the lounge, which was quieter and less crowded. For business trips or short stays, the Club Deluxe is an excellent choice."
