"Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member."

"The hotel is very close to Capital Airport. There's a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to Terminal 3, which takes about 5 minutes, making it super convenient for flights. You can see planes taking off and landing, and there's a bit of noise when they're taking off or landing in the direction of the hotel. Facilities: A bit old, especially the carpet. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: Good."

The hotel has convenient transportation, and can be reached on foot for flag raising, visiting the Forbidden City, and visiting the National Museum; The city's scenic spots, cultural landscape and Universal Studios subway line are accessible. The room is equipped with a variety of welcome minbar drinks for you to enjoy for free. The room is equipped with complete service facilities, including Bluetooth speakers for one key calling service, which can bring you a technological experience during your stay.

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"I had the chance to experience this 'classic' renowned hotel, and I found it quite good. Although it's a bit old and some of the facilities are dated, especially in the apartment rooms, the cleanliness is commendable and the service is excellent. The apartment rooms, despite their traditional decor and older equipment, are spacious and well-suited for families. The standard rooms have been renovated with a more modern style and contemporary amenities. While smaller, they are very comfortable to stay in. I specifically requested a high floor for a better view! I also sampled the food at 'Changan One' and 'Tea Source,' ordered a birthday cake from 'Su Yuan,' and tried the breakfast buffet. All were very satisfying. The Kung Pao Chicken at Changan One was particularly unique, and the fried chicken wings at Tea Source were similar to spicy fried chicken. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the freshly prepared dishes were great. I was especially pleased with the gym and particularly the swimming pool. I went for a swim in the morning when it was less crowded. The pool is very large, making for a pleasant swim, and there's also a massage pool, dry sauna, and wet sauna, perfect for relaxation. I'd definitely bring my family back for a weekend getaway if I get the chance."

"Everything was great from the first second! The staff is polite and friendly: we had a lot of questions and they helped us all the time, what is really good for foreigners. The room was not so big, but it's nice: clean bright, comfortable and really calm. So, if you have some problems with sleeping, don't worry: you will sleep like a baby. By the way: the hotel has a good location, which is important if you don't have enough time (one day or some hours). So, if you are looking a good place to stay, you have found it. I think we'll come back here next time"

Hotel near East Second Ring Workers' Stadium Area,Beijing
Nestled directly across from Sanlitun Taikoo Li with the core business district just across the road, the hotel is surrounded by a host of urban landmarks: a 10–15-minute car ride takes you to Guijie Street to experience the lively atmosphere of Beijing’s famous late-night food district, a 5-minute walk brings you to the Second Diplomatic Compound housing embassies of Canada, Germany and more for hassle-free visa and business affairs, while Workers’ Stadium, Sanlitun SOHO and the Agricultural Exhibition Center stand nearby to meet your needs for sports events and exhibitions; conveniently located right next to Tuanjiehu Station of Metro Line 10, the hotel is only six metro stops away from the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, a 30-minute drive from Beijing Capital International Airport, and a mere 10-minute car trip to China World Trade Center CBD. Boasting a variety of guest rooms fitted with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, latex mattresses, branded bathroom fixtures and a whole-house smart guest control system, the hotel also provides Chinese and Western buffet breakfast, in-room mini-bar and welcome fruits upon check-in, making it your perfect accommodation in Sanlitun whether you come to taste authentic local delicacies, handle embassy visa procedures or explore the ancient capital’s iconic attractions.

"I stayed at this hotel near the Workers' Stadium because it was late for the game, and the location was indeed very convenient. It's a newly renovated hotel, and I'm not sure if it's owned by the same person as the old Kaifu Hotel. The decor is a bit like a KTV 😂, but the overall quality is just average. Things I liked: 1. The showerhead is great, the water pressure is very strong. 2. The front desk service was very friendly and proactive. 3. The bedding was excellent, very comfortable to sleep in 👍 Things I didn't like: 1. The gym is a partnership with Aishang, and you have to buy a 29.9 yuan package to use, which the front desk will reimburse. For someone like me who likes to work out, this was a bit of a hassle 😡 2. Overnight parking is free, but a staff member has to take you to explain this to the parking attendant – it's so basic! 🤣 3. The breakfast seems to be outsourced; the variety and dishes are similar to a guesthouse, not up to star-rated standards! Next time I stay here, I definitely won't buy breakfast at the hotel. It's a hotel that's only been open for less than a week, so these shortcomings are understandable. I hope it will improve in the future!"

Hotel near Jinsong and Panjiayuan Area,Beijing
The hotel is a designer type hotel, the design utilizes the concept of “modern bones, natural clothes, oriental soul” for the overall design planning. In the chaotic and impetuous times, through the understanding of life, believe that people belong to nature, superimposed on the Oriental culture teaches us the design principle of less is more, and ultimately through the hotel carrier to euphemize the expression of the return to a healthy, real, natural state of life. The hotel is located in the core area of the East Third Ring Road in Chaoyang District, adjacent to the China World Trade Center, with extremely convenient transportation, only a 10-minute walk from Jinsong subway station.

"This is one of the best-value hotels right in the center of Beijing. The Hotel is located in the city center, but in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood — perfect if you want convenience without the chaos. Very affordable prices. Spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms. But the real highlight is the lobby… It feels more like a library café than a hotel. In the evening, you can sit there in total calm, read a book, work on your laptop, and enjoy delicious coffee… made and served by a robot. And yes — if you order delivery, another robot brings it straight to your room door. The area is also great — surrounded by restaurants, shops, and fruit markets, everything you need within walking distance. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly stay with a unique touch — this is a great find."

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Beijing. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm, professional, and attentive service that made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and stunning views of the city. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, especially the breakfast selection, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore Beijing’s major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious environment. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by every member of the team. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing for business or leisure. It truly delivers a five-star experience in every aspect, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The facilities are quite comprehensive, the bedding is clean, and the hygiene is impeccable. The environment is quiet, perfect for resting, and the service is attentive. The most pleasant surprise was the late check-out until 2 PM, so I wasn't rushed with all my luggage – so thoughtful! 👏 I'll definitely choose this place again!!

The hotel has a nice and friendly old Charme. It was built in 2008. So it's a new hotel built with old style. The rooms have been clean. The service was friendly. The area is great, close to the main shopping street and tourist attractions. Anyhow the interior has reached some age. Carpets show colorized spots, the swimming pool missing tils. And during a heavy July rain parts of the front roof parted.

The room is a compact, drive-in style with a well-thought-out layout. The dry area of the bathroom is a bit cramped, barely okay for a single person. The lounge chair is a bit awkward as you can only sit upright in it. The desk, however, is large enough, making it suitable for business trips. The location is excellent, with views of CCTV and close proximity to China World Mall, which is great for shopping and dining. Line 1 isn't too far either, making it convenient for exploring Chang'an Avenue. The breakfast offers a decent variety, though nothing particularly memorable. The juicer is a nice touch, allowing you to choose fruits for your own custom juice blend.

The hotel upgraded us to apartments in a condominium nearby. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped, secured, and clean. The location is a distance away to the city centre, but with private transport, there's no issue. Nearby the hotel there're some shops, and a row of eateries with local food and local prices. The reception desk staff especially Sunny, Tina and Rebecca are warm, helpful, and responsive. Compliments to their excellent service. The only negative point is the breakfast which is outsourced to an adjacent cafe - the variety should be improved. We took the breakfast only once, and make our own in the apartments for the rest of the stay.

Fantastic hotel! This is a building steeped in history, having hosted famous figures like Mei Lanfang, the Military Mediation Department, and General Li, one of the 'Three Heroes of Longtan.' If you get the chance, choose the heritage building; the lobby and hallways are filled with artifacts. The rooms seem to have been renovated, as they were clean and odor-free. The staff were very friendly! The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied! The bedding was excellent, making for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Artyzen Dongzhimen Beijing. The location is excellent – just one subway stop from Sanlitun, Beijing’s premier shopping district with luxury boutiques, great restaurants, and cafés. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and offered beautiful park views. The restaurant was excellent, and the fitness centre and swimming pool were exceptional – easily the best hotel gym and pool we have ever experienced. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing! I was very satisfied with its location, facilities, antique design, room type, and cleanliness. The breakfast was quite rich; besides the buffet items, some dishes could also be ordered from the menu, including traditional Old Beijing snacks. The hotel is quite close to the Forbidden City, and from my room, I could see Tiananmen Square and the roofs of the Forbidden City. I stayed here for three days, mainly because I was out all day with my child exploring. I didn't get to fully enjoy the hotel for a whole day, which is a bit of a regret for a hotel enthusiast like me.
