Reached the hotel at 8+am after a red-eye flight. Although it was too early to check-in, front desk staff kindly checked for available room, and arranged housekeeping to expedite cleaning. We were able to check-in after one hour. Very pleased with the size of the family room with 2 queen size beds, very spacious, clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping staff did good job of daily cleaning and put many bottles of drinking water for us. Hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall making it super convenient for shopping & dining and 8 mins walk from metro station, which has 2 metro lines (1 & 4), easy to travel around. Concierge/customer service is also very professional and helpful. Ordered some packages from Taobao but they went missing (2 times). The staff offered to find them and they did. Each time they also followed up with phone calls afterwards to make sure we had received them. Breakfast spread was very sumptuous and good variety, and the chef even introduced the food items personally. Overall very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend this hotel for their comfort level, customer service and value-for-money price point, to any visitors to Beijing.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at UrCove by Hyatt Beijing Forbidden City, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short distance from the Palace Museum and Tiananmen Square, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice space to unwind after exploring the city. One highlight of the stay was the complimentary warm porridge, which was excellent and a delightful touch. The rooftop platform offered amazing views, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. While the complimentary items in the mini bar could use some improvement, this was a minor issue. We did encounter a small housekeeping matter where the shampoo and body wash were not replenished, but the staff quickly resolved it, showing their attentiveness to guest needs. All in all, my stay was pleasant, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

Great location. Very central and in a posh district.  Jinyu Hutong station is just outside the hotel. Many shopping malls and recommended eateries all around. Family room is spacious 36sqm, clean and super comfortable. Also it was lightly fragranced with air fresher when we first checked in and it smelled good. Liked that a used towel basket is provided and the washing basin is outside the toilet. Overall had a great stay here.  Whilst there is black out curtain, the room is quite bright when the sun rises.

stay at CitiGo Sanyuanquia  was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff! A special shoutout to Dandan 🌹, whose enthusiasm and dedication truly stood out. Despite arriving early, she graciously checked room availability and ensured an early check-in. She kindly upsold breakfast with genuine warmth, enhancing our stay. Her politeness and willingness to go above and beyond—providing helpful local tips—made us feel valued. The entire team radiates hospitality, creating a welcoming, seamless experience. The hotel provides complimentary laundry room, fitness, minibar and especially dim sum at night between 10-11 pm. The room is spotless clean, anyhow, a little small but comfortable, location is very close to Sanyuanqiao metro station which easy to commute to the city. There are shopping center, minimarts and restaurants around. Housekeeping maid also did a guest job keeping the room in good condition and very clean. Only downsides are the hotel location on DiDi was not accurate as I booked DiDi twice in hotel lobby but both drivers drove to Phoenix office building which is beside the hotel but receptionist kindly helped me out to speak to driver and concierge need a little  more active as we asked questions of traveling method he always guided us to receptionist whose busy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking thoughtful service and comfort!

THE BEST VALUE HOTEL I’ve stayed at in China! I wish I had stayed longer than 4 nights. This hotel has A LOT of extra services and freebies for guests: free dinner buffet (but a caution that the traditional Chinese dishes may not be for foreign tourists), unlimited free drinks and fruit bowls, free laundry and dryer service, coffee and tea bags in the bedroom. Super clean room and public areas, super comfy tatami bed, great hot shower — both water pressure and temperature, good bedroom layout. Practical location— 5-minute walk to Dajiaoting subway station, there’s a shopping mall in walking distance and easy to call a cab. But surprisingly it’s not noisy in the hotel. Front desk staff are very accommodating, responsive and most speak English. I highly recommend Jingli Hotel!

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong for 11 nights! The room was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Convenient hotel in the heart of the city within walking distance to major attractions such as Forbidden City, and a short stroll to Tiananmen Square. Metro station is about 3 mins walk away. Staff were friendly and ready to lend a hand in any way. Bed was comfortable and generally the room was clean. No issues about noise despite being only on the second level. Toilet seat is automatic. You can also send your online parcels to the hotel and they will keep them safely for you, likewise food deliveries will be either stored on the front counter for you to self collect or they will use their robot to send it up to you (this takes some time so self collecting is a much more efficient mode) Some slight negatives - although the room was generally clean, I found stray hairs occasionally (eg in the sink) and also saw a small fake eyelash on the bath towel once. The AC wasn’t working (only fan mode was operational) which meant that the room could get warm on hotter days - the staff explained that this was because the weather outside was still cold. During my time, only the first day was warm, and the other days were pretty ok. You can open the window (though very small and with no view) to let some air in, and also use the in-room air purifier to circulate the air. Other than that, the stay was extremely pleasant and staff were also accommodating to let me check out later!

This was my first time staying at the Hyatt Beijing, as I usually stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Overall, it was a positive experience. While the service isn’t as refined as the Mandarin, you get what you pay for, right? That said, the reception staff and concierge were extremely helpful. I would stay at this hotel again for its convenience—it's close to major attractions like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and within a reasonable journey to the Great Wall of China. The hotel also offers great amenities, including a shopping mall below, an impressive pool oasis that’s perfect for children, and a well-equipped gym. To top it off, the hotel restaurant serves an excellent Beijing duck.

The Regent Beijing was simply excellent. I spent one night on April 12th 2025. The staff service was outstanding, specially Cindy Zhang, Elena and the concierge. Their advice to visit the Forbidden City was valuable. The check in was fast. The hotel installations and service were super. The breakfast was nice. The pool and gym were nice and the staff very good. Location is perfect. I will come back next time in Beijing. Thank you.

Staff not really friendly during check in process. Shuttle bus service every half an hour for departure , there is no need to make reservation from hotel to airport just arrive 10mins before the bus timing. But you have to make reservation for pick up from airport. No collection of deposit despite stated in booking confirmation. Supper from starts from 10pm to 12am only, simple noodles and wanton and snow fungus dessert.
