Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing

The hotel's location is fantastic, incredibly close to the airport, making it super convenient for layovers. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, proactively arranging a complimentary airport drop-off service for us and meticulously confirming our flight details and departure time – truly responsible! My flight was at 5 PM, and the hotel kindly allowed for a late check-out, so we didn't have to rush our day, which was a huge plus. During our stay, they also provided complimentary fruits and yogurt, showing great attention to detail. Downstairs, the hotel has its own charming little garden with adorable alpacas and squirrels, creating a relaxing and therapeutic environment. All food deliveries were handled by robots, which was both clean and convenient. The airport drop-off driver was also very considerate, actively helping us with our luggage. The entire service was top-notch. Overall, the stay was excellent, offering incredible value for money. Highly recommend!

We checked in on Sunday morning and were warmly welcomed by a helpful receptionist who assisted with luggage storage. Hotel room is clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The hotel location is great, between Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing. However, scaffolding was set up around the building due to repair works. Despite this, the staff handled things well—helping us change rooms, fixing minor issues, and even returning items we left behind. A staff member named Baozi stood out for his professionalism and helpfulness, especially when assisting us with Didi transport for our group and luggage. Breakfast was average but convenient, starting at 6:30 a.m., though we missed it one day due to an early trip to the Badaling Great Wall.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Wangfujing, within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. It's incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. The lobby is grand and impressive, and after a recent renovation, the rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing is quite good. The service is warm and attentive; the front desk handles check-ins efficiently, and the housekeeping is meticulous and thoughtful. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western dishes that are delicious. There's also an indoor pool and a gym, making it suitable for both family trips and business travel. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city and offers great value for money. This is my top choice for a trip to Beijing, and I'll definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel if you have an early flight out of Beijing. Rooms are very nice and very clean. Beds very comfortabel. Staff speaks sufficient English and there is a free pick up service from and to the airport by shuttle bus. Gym an swimming pool are good to relax the last hours before leaving. Surrounding area is just developed. 2 other hotels next door as well.

The hotel was honestly incredible, you're well looked after here, everyone is helpful especially Luna. Greeted with tea and daily dinner snacks, unlimited fruit water and drinks available at all times. The location is great, had multiple metro stations nearby and the rooms are pretty and very clean. After comparing many hotels online, and considering we were traveling with a child, we were ultimately drawn to the Grand Hyatt's unique swimming pool and spacious family suite with an independent washer-dryer combo. It turned out to be the right choice – the hotel's location is convenient, with a mall downstairs and direct access to the subway station. The pool and gym facilities are new and well-equipped. Besides the main pool, there are two smaller heated pools, and the changing rooms even have hot spring baths, a sauna, steam room, showers, hair dryers, and a swimsuit spin dryer. Our child absolutely loved it! Our personal butler, Chris, was incredibly responsive to all our requests. We didn't expect to get an extra bed during the May Day holiday, but to our surprise, they provided a very comfortable one. The breakfast spread was rich, a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, with fresh and delicious ingredients, comparable to the Ritz-Carlton in Sanya. When we returned to our room in the evening, the housekeeping staff not only tidied our charging cables but also left laundry detergent. All of this was included in the room rate I booked in advance, making it excellent value for money. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Beijing.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The room was small, but compact and functional. The service was great. We arrived in the morning, and they let us check in right away, and check-out was at 2 PM, which many hotels don't offer – very thoughtful, thank you! While we were out during the day, housekeeping opened the window to air out the room and even left a thoughtful note, which was a nice touch. The hotel is just across the street from Panjiayuan, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, super convenient. Parking is also very easy as they have their own parking lot. It's a quiet hotel despite being in a bustling area, and there's even a coffee shop downstairs, which is a bonus.

Facilities: The room was great. Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained, and the room was clean and bright. Service: The service was exceptional! 👍 After checking in at the front desk, a staff member escorted us to our room with a fruit platter and toiletries. All the drinks in the room were complimentary. The hotel also provides airport shuttle service. When going to the car show daily, there were two dedicated shuttles every morning to take guests to the exhibition hall. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel's breakfast buffet was quite good!

They have robots that deliver food, which is incredibly convenient and frankly, puts many hotels in the same category to shame. Don't even compare it to budget hotels like Qiu Guo or 7 Days Inn; go try to find how many international five-star brands offer this service. It's a huge plus, especially for an airport hotel, because most guests are already exhausted from traveling or on a layover. Any reduction in walking is a welcome relief. The shuttle to the airport is also very convenient, efficient, and punctual. Finally, regarding the rooms and hotel facilities, in a word, they are high-end, elegant, and sophisticated. The bedding, in particular, is unbelievably comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and it exceeded my expectations by far. It wasn't overly crowded, so it felt very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is a major highlight, integrated seamlessly with the gym on a different floor, creating a spacious, high-ceilinged area with a Southeast Asian vibe. I encountered many Hong Kongers there, from business travelers in the elevator to an elderly couple in the executive lounge; they were all very humble and friendly. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of restaurants, and the Fortune Plaza Mall is practically a canteen for Beijing's white-collar workers. The night view is also top-notch, with the CCTV Headquarters lit up beautifully. A pleasant surprise was bumping into a celebrity while working out – the 'rooster among roosters,' haha. The Grand Millennium is fantastic, giving me every reason to return. The male manager who handled my check-in was very gracious, and the service was just perfect.

JJOY-YJHThe location is a bit far from the subway station, about a 10-15 minute walk. The service attitude was great, and they even helped us check in early. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, otherwise, everything else was fine.

GGuest UserFirst, the pros: The location is excellent, the room is spacious and elegantly designed, and there's a small balcony. The bedding is comfortable, and breakfast is plentiful. The only downside is the limited seating, so expect queues during peak season. Now for the cons: I'm quite sensitive to noise. I feel the hotel's opera-house-like room layout amplifies sound significantly, so if there are noisy guests on any floor, it seems the entire hotel would be affected. The sound of plumbing from the adjacent bathroom was also very noticeable. Although the room has wall-to-wall carpeting, the noise from upstairs activities was still quite loud. I only stayed one night as a transit hotel, so I don't have many other strong impressions.

LLucky7xinyiI specifically chose a hotel near Jintai Xizhao subway station, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! **Killer Location:** It's a 3-minute walk to Jintai Xizhao Station on Line 10, and Fortune Center is right downstairs. Walking along the sidewalk at night, you can capture stunning pictures of the sunset casting a golden edge on the CBD buildings – it truly brings the beauty of the 'Eight Great Sights of Yanjing' to life. **Comfortable Rooms:** The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of bustling traffic during the day and dazzling neon lights at night. The bed is just the right firmness, and you won't be disturbed by city noise. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and toiletries are well-stocked. **Rich Breakfast:** Both Chinese and Western options are available. The freshly ground coffee, hot porridge, and pastries are fresh and delicious. After a hearty breakfast, you'll be full of energy for sightseeing!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is fine, located in the prime Guomao area. Compared to the China World Hotel and Park Hyatt next door, this is the newest and most affordable option. Sticking to my preference for newer hotels, it's very photogenic and offers great value for money. However, the surrounding traffic can be quite congested, so definitely plan your commutes in advance.

SSiau YongThe hotel upgraded us to apartments in a condominium nearby. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped, secured, and clean. The location is a distance away to the city centre, but with private transport, there's no issue. Nearby the hotel there're some shops, and a row of eateries with local food and local prices. The reception desk staff especially Sunny, Tina and Rebecca are warm, helpful, and responsive. Compliments to their excellent service. The only negative point is the breakfast which is outsourced to an adjacent cafe - the variety should be improved. We took the breakfast only once, and make our own in the apartments for the rest of the stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. I especially appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the city. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to returning in the future.

Llmlmlml118This stay was pretty average. The good aspects are obvious: the room was clean and the service was excellent! Now, let's talk about the complaints: 1. We were a family of four adults and one child, and we booked a family suite, which was actually two connected rooms: a one-bedroom suite plus a standard twin room. Since these two rooms aren't sold separately, I don't think there should be such a big difference in the amenities. The suite had all the good stuff: a Dyson hairdryer, branded toiletries, and various luxury fruits, while the twin room only had standard items and oranges. 2. The doorknob design in the suite's bedroom was very impractical; you could easily pinch your fingers when closing the door. 3. The toilet seat was too narrow. Once a cover was put on, it wouldn't stay in place, so you had to hold it while using the toilet. 4. From the 22nd to the 25th, there was a power outage scheduled for circuit maintenance. At 11:59 PM, all the lights in the room went out, and then the TV turned on by itself, which scared our sleeping child and made them cry. There was nothing we could do about this; it just happened to be during our stay. 5. There's ongoing gas pipeline renovation in the Wangfujing area until the end of April. As shown in the picture, the road below was noisy, and it woke up the whole family at 2 AM. We weren't notified about this beforehand. I definitely don't recommend staying here before the end of April, especially in rooms facing the road. 6. The bathtub caddy was too short. It only stayed stable if placed in the protruding middle section; elsewhere, it would easily fall. I even got hit in the chest by the falling caddy while bathing, leaving a red mark. I hope this can be improved. 7. The blackout curtains didn't block out light completely, even when fully drawn; there were big gaps. You couldn't tell at night, but during the day, it was incredibly glaring. The picture I took shows three windows in the room: only one could be fully drawn, while the others had gaps. Plus, the curtains were very dusty. I hope they are cleaned more often. 8. The biggest complaint!! The air conditioner didn't provide heat! It only blew cold air! Staff came to check it, but it was no use. After turning it off, the windows felt drafty and cold. When it was on, it blew a lot of air and made the room very dry. It was an awkward situation overall. 9. There was no call before check-in to ask about our needs. We had to request a crib upon arrival. It felt a bit like the casual 'Old Beijing' style. Aside from these, there were many good points, but I didn't sleep well and don't feel like thinking too much. I've just jotted down whatever came to mind. I hope this helps you, and I also hope the hotel can consider these suggestions, based on a real guest's experience, to improve and further enhance their service.

WWanzixifuThis time, I brought my child to stay in the deluxe room at Manlan Hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I genuinely recommend it for families with children. Room size and layout: The deluxe room was incredibly spacious with clear functional divisions, so it never felt cramped even with a child. What I liked most was having two bathrooms, which made it so much more convenient for our family to get ready in the morning without disturbing each other. Facilities and details: The bed height is adjustable, which is a thoughtful design, especially for families with kids. Overall, the room's facilities are well-maintained. Complimentary minibar: The snacks and drinks in the minibar were all free, which made my child very happy and saved us the trouble of buying snacks ourselves. Location: It's very close to Yonghe Temple and Sanlitun, and not far from the subway station, making travel convenient. Environment and sleep: Although the location is convenient, the hotel itself was very quiet, allowing for an excellent night's rest. The overall comfort level was high. Summary: With its large space, thoughtful facilities, convenient transportation, and quiet comfort, this is a hotel I would definitely return to. I recommend it to families with children or anyone who would appreciate the convenience of two bathrooms.
