"Facilities: Excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The hotel's internal environment is very comfortable, it's very convenient to get to the Wuyi Mountains scenic area, and there are many great restaurants nearby. Service: All the staff are very friendly, and there's a dedicated shuttle bus service. The only downside is the hotel's dining, both breakfast and dinner are very average. For this price point, it really should be better. I hope they improve it, and I'll definitely come back again."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic, on par with the excellent service we've come to expect from Shangri-La hotels in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Annie arranged our room inspection, and Jade called us a day in advance to ask about our needs, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared. As there were two adults and one child, we were delighted to find three sets of slippers and toiletries in our room – a really thoughtful touch. The welcome fruit and the nostalgic three-ring olives were a pleasant surprise. Peri provided a quick check-out and follow-up experience, making the entire stay very enjoyable. Even the housekeeping staff we met in the corridors were incredibly warm and genuine, always greeting us and exchanging pleasantries. When we requested an extra duvet, room service delivered it within just two minutes. The staff at the Horizon Club, especially a gentleman in a dark suit and a lady we met at breakfast, were exceptionally professional. The concierge team was also wonderful, always coming forward to open the car door for us whenever we arrived or departed. Our two-day stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou was simply perfect! Many thanks to the management team and all the service staff."

"I checked into your hotel on September 6th, and as a five-star international brand under the Hyatt group, I was deeply disappointed with my stay. Throughout my visit, the issues exposed in your hotel's service standards and attention to detail were significantly below what I expect from the 'Andaz' brand. Firstly, the concierge service was severely lacking, and the parking experience was abysmal. When I arrived at the hotel by car, the concierge staff at the entrance were indifferent and seemingly inexperienced. When I inquired about parking, the first concierge was dismissive, merely instructing me to 'turn right out the gate,' which was unclear and led to me failing to find the car park. Upon returning and asking another concierge, I was told that the surface parking was full and that I needed to drive around the MixC complex to enter the underground garage from the back. However, the signage within the MixC underground car park was extremely confusing, with many通道 blocked. I spent nearly 40 minutes navigating the car park, asking multiple people for directions and even driving against traffic several times, before finally locating the hotel's parking area. For a five-star hotel, such an inconvenient parking process is unfathomable. The normal standard operation should include clear valet parking options, or at the very least, detailed parking instructions with maps and visuals. Your current arrangement not only fails to provide convenience but also caused significant distress and potential traffic safety hazards for guests. Secondly, the welcome fruit in the room was of poor quality and had spoiled. After checking in and entering my room, I ate an apple provided by the hotel. After one bite (thankfully I didn't swallow it), I discovered it was rotten. While welcome fruit may seem like a small gesture, it is a basic service that reflects the hotel's care and attention to guests. The presence of 'rotten fruit' severely violates basic food safety requirements and greatly damages the guest's first impression of the hotel. Thirdly, the concierge staff exhibited 'favoritism' or snobbish behavior. When I went out in the evening, I noticed that the ground-level concierge staff at the entrance seemed to be selectively screening guest vehicles, choosing who to offer the scarce surface parking spots to. This behavior of differential treatment based on vehicle class or guest appearance, even if sometimes heard of in some high-end luxury establishments overseas, is extremely inappropriate and smacks of commercialism for a brand positioned like Andaz. This conduct not only undermines the principle of fair service but also made waiting guests feel offended. In summary, the three issues mentioned above – from chaotic traffic flow planning and a lack of basic quality control to inadequate staff training – all point to clear operational and management flaws in your hotel. I chose Andaz for its unique taste and reliable service as a high-end brand under Hyatt, but this experience clearly fell short."

"The hotel is located right next to Sanfang Qixiang, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. Our room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The courtyard has a unique charm. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. For breakfast, one day it was delivered to our room on a cart, and the other day we went to the vegetarian restaurant on B1 downstairs. Overall, it was a really great stay. It's a different experience than staying in a business hotel, and I highly recommend it for families looking for a more relaxed and cozy atmosphere."

"Pretty hotel in pretty old ancient buildings. Lots of high curbs in the hotel. The staffs were very helpful with our luggage. Every corner of the hotel looks pretty and photogenic. The welcome tea is nice! The hotel lobby with wooden high ceiling is so impressive and pretty. The tea rooms that we can choose to have our breakfast are pretty and aircon cooling too. The hotel room looks so much better than the pictures in their booking site. High ceiling, warm note and comes with a comfortable soothing wooden smell. The bathroom comes with ancient look door with wooden planks and in btw can be look through, but overall looks new and clean. Amazed by the bidet toilet in the ancient wooden setting. Its a good mix of modern and ancient in the most appropriate way. We almost didn't feel like leaving the hotel. Bathtub outside looks so pretty as well, especially on rainy days and early mornings, but we were worried about the mosquitos. The hotel is 1 minute away from the main shopping/touristy street, and you can get all the teas and gifts from there. Note that the hotel is located far from the main road. Nearest road side for dropoff and boarding is at the Starbucks, which sometimes seems far when you are tired and seems near when you leave the hotel for the day. About 8 mins walk away i think. There are little shops along the way as well. And the street looks super cool at night with all the lanterns along the way. As mentioned earlier, the hotel staffs gladly helped you with your luggage to the boarding point. Overall great experience! Love it!"

"Over the past few years, I've mostly opted for business hotels, so it's been a while since I stayed at an established five-star. Coincidentally, I've been reading up on hotel management lately, and my friend and I were meeting near SM in Xiamen, so I booked the Sheraton. The service, as expected from a long-standing brand, was consistently reliable. My stay happened to coincide with the hotel's 20th anniversary, so it was quite busy. We checked in around 1 PM, and the room would be ready in about 40 minutes, but everything was handled very efficiently. After checking in, the front desk expedited the room cleaning, so we went up to the 7th floor to swim in the meantime. The pool was very clean, and all the other sports facilities were well-equipped. Our room was on the 22nd floor with a great view of Egret Park's lake. It was very quiet for sleeping, and any service requests were promptly attended to. I particularly loved the scent of the hotel's toiletries. On the downside, the pillows weren't very comfortable, and I recall five-star hotels used to provide welcome fruit, which wasn't available this time. Not sure if it's a cost-saving measure, haha."

"The most healing homestay in Fuzhou is located next to the historical and cultural district of Nangong River Estuary, adjacent to the South Park, hiding between the ancient Hesi, quiet in the middle of noisy, like breaking into a poetic secret place isolated from the world 🌿 24-hour butler service, the stay is very ritual, first choose the shower gel taste you like, three brands, both flower fragrance, but also wooden post-tuning, people are a little surprised, is my favorite brand. The room has its own balcony, and you can see the characteristic Fuzhou building by pushing the door. It feels very quiet when it rains. The window of the room is like a painting. When the sun is shining, the light and shadow are shining. When it rains, it has a melancholy temperament, which is very suitable for emptying the pressure. The whole room is very simple, but not out of style. Here I took a photo of my son with an 18-year-old salute. It is very interesting to come to Fuzhou this summer vacation. It is a wise choice to choose ～ when you choose Yin. Breakfast is more amazing, semi-self-service mode, but I didn't expect it to be related to Fuzhou characteristics, relying on the mountain to eat the mountain, relying on the sea to eat the sea. Wuyishan black tea, sea cucumber millet porridge, salmon side dishes, seafood fishing, Fuzhou special meat swallows, this breakfast is like a feast, opening a very wonderful day. This historical and cultural district of Nangong Estuary, Zengfan's thousand-year-old ancient temple, is the Ming and Qing Haisi Road, China-Qingfeng Gong's trade port, but also witnessed the ”department department into the city with the tide boat” century-old bustling, quiet and simple. Afternoon tea under the century-old elm tree, the water in front of the door facing the Millennium Road Bridge, the water, bridge, tree, saddle wall with the same frame, a living flowing ink painting. You don't need to travel far, you can take a vacation in the center of Fuzhou. You really don't have to catch the attractions when you come to Fuzhou. "My stay this trip was absolutely perfect, I genuinely recommend it! The hotel is located right in the city center, with the subway, shopping malls, and attractions all within walking distance, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm and efficient; they even thoughtfully upgraded my room and provided a welcome fruit platter. They were always quick to resolve any issues, which was really heartwarming. The room itself was cozy and spotless, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete with stable water pressure, and the soundproofing was excellent. "I genuinely feel that this hotel in Xiamen is the one I regret not having stayed at sooner. The service here is truly the best in all of Xiamen, bar none. From the housekeeping staff to the front desk and even Cece at the executive lounge, I can honestly say that the service at Fairmont Xiamen is incredibly meticulous and absolutely fantastic. From the detailed explanation of the hotel's history to the thoughtful service in every aspect while sitting in the lounge, including a wonderfully delicious breakfast – I will definitely stay at the Fairmont again next time!"
