This was my first time in Guilin, and the scenery is truly beautiful, as are the people. I booked this hotel, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive to every detail. The handsome and beautiful staff at the front desk always greeted us warmly; they have excellent presentation and demeanor. The boss should really give them a raise! They even reminded us about changes in the weather and were very generous—if we ran out of tissues or water in the room, they promptly replenished them, no questions asked! The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked great. It offers excellent value for money. You can tell this hotel is run with great care and attention. It left a wonderful impression on me! I hope they continue to grow and succeed! I'll definitely be back next time!

Amazing stay with stunning views! We really appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely come back next time we are in Yangshuo. Hotel is 10 min drive from the town square with tourist attractions like pedestrian street, food spots and shops. The room was so beautiful and the view was stunning both in the morning and in the evening. The bathtub is really spacious with good view. Hotel provides a single-use bathtub cover, it was very considerate! The breakfast was nice. They have both Chinese and western options like cereal and turkey ham/beef slices. Hotel kindly reserved us the Liu Sanjie performance tickets with a discount and allowed us a late checkout. Hotel provides costume photography services, but sadly we could not use the photography service this time. A scooter can be rented for 50 yuan (200 Yan deposit) right downstairs! The lady that rents the scooters helped us with some recommended places and map locations for insta-worthy pics: rice fields and mountain views, hot air balloon, etc. Beware of mosquitoes, don’t leave your windows or balcony door open. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and will definitely be back. Thank you very much! ❤️

This hotel is perfect for travelers who love shopping and good food. Just a short walk from the hotel's right-hand side, you'll find Sifang Pavilion, surrounded by countless alleys offering a huge variety of delicious food. It's incredibly convenient for both exploring and dining. Elephant Trunk Hill Park is also within a reasonable walking distance; you can enter through Gate 3 and exit through Gate 2. The female front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming. A male staff member even escorted me to my room upon check-in and explained how to use the facilities, which left a strong impression. I originally booked for one day and extended my stay for another. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location by the Two Rivers and Four Lakes is perfect – it's peaceful yet central. My room was window-facing, but it wasn't noisy at all. I booked a queen room and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a super king room. Upon entering, I was greeted by a lovely green view, which was such a delightful surprise. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, with great amenities like a smart assistant (XiaoDu), an electric bidet toilet, a heated towel rack, and a direct drinking water dispenser – fantastic value for money! The service was also very thoughtful; during my two-night stay, a butler handled my laundry daily. The downstairs restaurant served delicious food too. All in all, I was very satisfied with this trip; it definitely enhanced my Guilin experience.

I had a truly unforgettable stay here! The staff is incredibly responsive and attentive. A huge shout out to our butler, Mayling Cindy, and our photographer, Xiao Zeng—you both were amazing! Also, it was so sweet of the team to keep me stocked up with drinkable water over the last two days; such a thoughtful gesture! 💧 The desserts were also a highlight, especially the one I had yesterday (absolutely delicious, though I feel bad for not being able to finish both! 😅). But honestly, the room and the view are just on another level—literally breathtaking and beyond words. It’s been so hard to ‘move on’ from this experience! The room directly overlooks the artificial lake, which is absolutely beautiful. If I were to visit again in March or April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, it would be truly magnificent. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable; I even got to make my own waffles, which were wonderfully fluffy and soft, just like the ones my grandma used to make back home. The environment here is also very relaxing and pleasant.

Gulong Stay Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I recently stayed near Gulong Canyon and had a wonderful experience overall. The area is surrounded by lush green mountains and rivers, so the views are absolutely stunning, especially in the early morning with mist in the valley. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had a rustic charm that fit the natural setting. The main attraction — the glass bridge and skywalk — was breathtaking (and a little scary if you’re afraid of heights). Staff were friendly and helpful, though English was limited, so having a translation app helped. Local food was fresh and tasty, especially the river fish dishes. One tip: bring comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for some steep climbs. It’s best to visit on weekdays to avoid heavy crowds. Would I come back? Definitely — especially to enjoy more hiking trails and maybe try the zipline next time.

There are so many hotels and guesthouses in Beihai. I initially booked a place near Jintan Beach, but it was the same price, but the room was too small and not clean, so I cancelled it. After searching for several hours, I saw this place recommended on Ctrip and decided to give it a try. The owner had even turned on the air conditioning beforehand, so it was very cool as soon as I entered. The room was really clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The room also had a washing machine and enough disposable toiletries. It was very clean and convenient. The owner was also super nice and even sent me a message to remind me to eat breakfast. I decided to extend my stay. Because I had other plans in my itinerary, the owner kindly helped me call a car on the third day. Before I left, he even cooked breakfast for me. The seafood noodles were really delicious, even better than what I've had outside, and there was a lot of variety. Oh, and while I was eating breakfast, the owner also gave me a big box of Beihai's specialty sea duck eggs and helped me carry all my luggage to the car. I was really grateful. I will definitely stay here again after I return from Weizhou Island. In short, it was a great experience.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here last December with friends when we visited Liuzhou, and both the cleanliness and service were excellent. The location is superb; even our Didi driver mentioned that Qingyun Market and Wuxing Street are easily reachable on foot from the hotel! 😂 Of course, my favorite part is the spacious bathroom. This stay felt even better than the last; everyone was so warm and attentive. The breakfast offerings were also very satisfying. Although I didn't get to see the musical fountain this time due to upstream flooding, the hotel concierge informed us beforehand, which is understandable as it's an act of God. I'll definitely choose Wyndham again on my next trip to Liuzhou.

Choosing this place meant even a rainy day became a rare and beautiful experience. What was even more delightful was the hotel's service. The one-on-one butler was thoughtful and meticulous, ensuring everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. In the morning, that authentic bowl of Guilin rice noodles, with its rich卤香 (lu xiang - savory braised flavor), left a lasting impression. The room facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. This trip's perfect experience was set from the moment I first gazed out the window at the stunning view. Waking up in a misty haze and falling asleep surrounded by mountains and rivers – I wholeheartedly recommend this Guilin to anyone yearning for a poetic escape.
