Pullman Hotel is our favorite place on Yalong Bei in Sanya. Very cozy and comfortable villas on a large territory. From the beginning of check-in to the end of our vacation the best assistant is a hotel employee named Jeffery. He is always in touch with you and solves your questions very quickly. The attention of this man speaks of his professional training and desire to provide tourists with a comfortable vacation.  The hotel has the most inexpensive bbq buffet  However, there is a wish for the hotel owners to install pool heating equipment for the winter period. Alternative energy sources will help in this easily

These are the best villas I have found in Sanya! Absolutely stunning. The design and amenities here are excellent. The villas and surrounds are so beautiful and everything is very convenient. They also have shuttle buses come to collect you whenever you ring and they are very swift. The staff were all very lovely and some spoke English. The was a slight issue at check in as our villa wasn’t ready so after 2 hours and some free drinks for the inconvenience, we were upgraded. After that, everything was perfect, my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The design of the villas is pure luxury and are very much worth the price. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a great stay.

This is my favourite resort and place to stay in Haikou thus far! We booked the family room which comes with 2 double beds and a bunk bed. It's super spacious despite the number of beds, and the kids loved the hot tub. The only downside was the sliding doors were a little hard to manoeuvre for little hands so we just mostly left them open. There were both adult and kids bathrobes and bedroom slippers and wet slippers (we used it for our trips to the hotspring and pool) as well as kids dental kits and shower toiletries. Our package included buffet breakfast and dinner, spread was great and the kids had no difficulty finding food they liked. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotspring, followed by the indoor pool. The animal club was small-ish but the kids had fun there too. It was a pity the outdoor water park and firefly activities were closed/not available as it was winter and we weren't aware of that. Also, not all the pools in the hotspring were loaded with the herbs but the upside was there wasn't much crowd when we were there. Just a side note: A number of farms in the area were closed on weekdays also because of winter/typhoon destruction. So make sure to call up before heading over.

Located at the far side(if looking from Sanya) of the Yalong bay, just by the beach. Overall a decent place for a reasonable price as far as Yalong bay is concerned at least. The suite is really spacious and has a working stove and a washing machine. Also, on top the AC the room also has the ceiling fan which was great, because it kept the room cool enough even with the AC turned off. The pools have a nice layout, are almost clean, but tend to get seriously hot by the evening. The beach is just in front of the hotel though. The cook that led a baking activity for the kids was really nice.

Excellent hotel, located right in the jungle! The surroundings are very beautiful and the air is clean! Breakfasts are delicious and varied. There are pools with thermal water, including hot water, on the territory. The amazing Qixianling Park is nearby.

St Regis hotel provides perfect service and your individual manager would help to arrange all according to your needs. I was very happy to discover that hotel offers complimentary yoga and Pilates reformes mini group classes every day for all in-house guests. You can also schedule your own private or group class for extra payment. There are a lot of activities for kids. I also like hotels spa. As for recommendation, I can suggest to offer the mattress for sunbathing bunches coz it’s not that comfortable to lay down just on the towels

Very convenient location within the city, so it’s possible to go out and discover the food options the city has to offer. The resort architecture and decoration it’s another label, sober and elegant still with a south asian touch and far from the usual bling bling massive resort style. This time I rented the Villa which couldn’t get any better. Beautiful house, and luxurious build: the ceiling was more than 4 meters high! Massive and double walk in closet, bathrooms etc. loved it! Special thanks to Manager Asitha and Ámbar from the Reception. Actually all staff are great, specially the mini car drivers that’s helps to move around and brings the takeaway orders.

We absolutely loved our stay at wanda reign. Originally we only planned to stay for 1-2 nights but ended up staying for our whole 5 day trip. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful views from the lobby, luxurious villas with private pool, great pool near the beach etc. What we really liked was how private the resort feels. A lot of the other resorts are full of people and there is almost no privacy, that is completely different here. The other major plus was the service. From the moment we checked in Alex helped to upgrade us to a private villa, helped to arrange toys for our 1 year old, arranged for food to be delivered to the house etc. He made us feel very welcome and was a great help. Also barry from the concierge service was great. Always helping to arrange buggies to bring us to different places. Very friendly and professional. We also like to thank the hostess at the breakfast (unfortunately we didn’t get her name). She made us feel welcome and understood our preferences after a few days which was great. Last but not least we like to thank 梁俊豪 from the lobby bar. He makes great cocktails but what really impressed us was his service mindset! He is very proactive and thinks for us, very detail oriented. Thanks all for a great stay! We will be back.

The hotel is a really good option to have a relaxing time and avoiding the crowded places like in Sanya. Here is simply great. Only I suggest that the second pool to be open and allow the people to swim in the beach. Apart of that is simply great. Thanks for all the great service

A good check-in experience, good front desk service, fast check-in. Breakfast feels very healthy, I like it very much! It is very close to Xiuying Port, Xinhai Port, and Haikou Railway Station, so it is very convenient to travel by high-speed rail! Those with children can go to the nearby Holiday Beach, Guanhaitai Wuyuanhe Wetland Park, Crater Park and Huanying 100 for a walk. If you like seafood, you can also go to Rongshanliao Fishing Village, which is caught by local fishermen in the near sea and sold on the spot, which is very fresh. Service: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Environment: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Banyan Tree, my home away from home ❤️ This was one of our best trips all because of the incredible facilities and services that Banyan Tree offers. You are treated like royalty from the moment you enter the grounds till even after we left. We forgot 2 items in our villa and the amazing ladies have shipped it back to us. The ladies at the front desk were amazing the buggy drivers were so helpful and the spa was incredible!!! We didn’t get everyone’s names but Acco on reception, Summer and Anna in the spa were some of the kindest hosts. Every staff member we interacted with, was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Overall Banyan Tree is a 12/10. The hotel wins for us in all the small details like our welcome gifts, fresh fruit daily, daily pool cleaning and fresh towels and robes. The one and only feeling I have that isn’t 100% positive is the food prices at the hotel. Just be prepared for expensive food, especially if you want steak.

Coral Hotel on Wuzhizhou Island is a must visit hotel when travelling to Hainan. The rooms were very clean with fantastic amenities, however my biggest highlight was the lobby manager named Lan Rui. As I’m from an English speaking country he was incredibly helpful assisting me with any and all of my needs during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was always comfortable, patiently helping me to translate my requests using his mobile phone and helped me on several occasions. First he kindly showed me how to buy drinks and snacks communicating with the staff, then when I asked about towels at the pool he personally took me there and showed me around plus let the staff know I wanted to swim and to look after me. On the day of checkout to my absolute surprise he rushed to return some cuff links I had accidentally forgotten in the room! When I was eating lunch in the restaurant struggling to eat with chopsticks, the staff advised they didn’t have cutlery. But guess who arrived in short time bringing a nice set of cutlery to save me? Lan! I was truly amazed and beyond grateful. He really is the definition of top tier service with a dedication for customer focus and satisfaction. Lan even assisted my friend and I bringing our luggage on the hotel electric shuttle bus and carried it onto the returning ferry! I cannot thank him enough. Words cannot express how happy I am to receive such amazing service. Thanks to Lan I will never forget my stay at the Coral hotel and cannot wait to return again. Thank you so much Lan for your amazing and incredible customer service!

Facilities: Not outstanding but OK, the floor and wallpaper are bulging and moldy. There is no way to deal with the location, and it is old. It needs to be renovated. The hot spring is good, but it is very hot and needs to be drained in advance~ Sanitation: Clean, the only thing is that there are many fallen leaves in the swimming pool, and the water is not circulating all the time. Someone comes to clean the swimming pool every morning, but there are still some fallen leaves. Environment: It is on the mountain and very quiet. The sound of airplanes is a bit loud~ If you want to come here, remember to rent a trolley! Otherwise it is really inconvenient Service: Butler Ma Jie provides very good service, he is a concierge, a front desk, and a waiter! He does all kinds of work. There are indeed not many waiters in their family, and they are short of staff during the Spring Festival. The buffet is not delicious, ordering is OK, it is inconvenient to travel, there are no supermarkets and restaurants around, and shopping is a bit far~ Thank you for upgrading my room type~

The hotel environment is very good, parking is convenient, very quiet, the smart robot leads the way to the room, the room is quite standard, with a balcony. The bed is very comfortable and soft. The hot spring has an outdoor public pool; there is also an indoor one, divided by men and women, and you need to register to enter; there is also a small pool in the guest room, where you can soak yourself. The breakfast is average, with not many varieties. Two tickets to the betel nut garden are also given when booking a room.

The hotel building and rooms are a bit run down, but all the basics are there. Service is very friendly and even with the language barrier they do their best to help you out. Restaurant is reasonably priced and food quality is good. There's a vending machine for snacks and beer and there's a local shop a few hundred meters outside of the hotel. Overall an interesting experience!
