Arrived quite late, but staff were there to guide me from the car and help with luggage. KK at the front desk processed my check-in quickly and smoothly. I had plans for the next day, so KK kindly arranged a quieter room for me, which I really appreciated. 🙏🏻 The room was refreshingly cool upon entering, as the air conditioning had already been turned on. The bedding was also very comfortable, leading to a pleasant night's sleep. The hotel features many traditional Chinese paintings of flowers and birds, and upon closer inspection, each one is unique – clearly a lot of effort went into them. Since I arrived late, I didn't book breakfast, but I heard it's served until 12 PM, so I'll definitely try it next time. Overall, it's highly recommended.

This hotel is located near Haikou Bay. Just across Century Bridge, you'll find numerous popular spots like the Sports Library and Bund Center, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, offering a great view of Haikou Bay. In the evening, sitting on the balcony with friends, chatting, enjoying the sea breeze, and having a drink was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It's perfect for business travelers or those on a layover. Downstairs, there's even an arcade, so it's great for families with kids too. Nancy's service was highly efficient; she quickly responded on WeChat and promptly arranged for anything we needed. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

This is a decent, standard airport hotel, very close to the airport. They offer a shuttle bus every half hour, though you can actually walk to the terminal. There's also an outlet mall next door for shopping and dining. The facilities are relatively new and have all the necessary amenities. Most of the staff are dedicated and helpful, though a very small number had slightly poor attitudes, which I can understand if they were on a night shift. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were very warm, hospitable, and went out of their way to help guests, even providing a charging cable to a guest next door, which wasn't even part of her job. There was a faint lingering smell of smoke in the room when I entered, but that's not the hotel's fault; it's due to a previous guest violating the no-smoking policy.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and professional. A special mention goes to the team at the Langham Club on Level 42 and the bar on Level 43. In particular, Amber was exceptionally hospitable throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to accommodate my special requests and ensure I felt well taken care of. I am also incredibly grateful to Kevin, the intern at Level 1, who was an absolute lifesaver. He assisted me with my Taobao parcels, helped with my luggage, and even helped me make restaurant reservations when I was unable to do so without a local phone number. His willingness to help and positive attitude made a significant difference to my stay. So grateful to meet these friends during my stay in Langham Haikou. The genuine hospitality and attentiveness shown by the team truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Thank you all for making my stay such a memorable one.

We had a beautiful view of the sea from our cave-like room but the cleanliness left much to be desired. We often saw bugs in the toilet 🚽 so that freaked me out a little. The towels also seemed very old and used, so bring your own if possible. The service was great though, simply connect with them via WeChat and they will check in and share more info with you during your stay. There was complimentary afternoon tea daily, which is basically a drink and four tiramisu cake cubes. The drink is alright, but the cakes you can skip. The room package includes a photoshoot too. While they offer 3 complimentary soft copies of the photos taken by a photographer, note that they are unedited. After seeing the edited version, it usually makes you want to pay more for the edited version. Lastly, the hotel location requires a short walk through white dragon street after alighting by car, so bear that in mind for accessibility. It’s great for walking around, exploring the town and access to the beach.

Overall, a perfect score and highly recommended! From check-in to check-out, the staff were professional, enthusiastic, and reliable. This stay was in a private hot spring pool room, a club room, and a high-floor sea-view room. I especially loved the private hot spring pool with its outdoor showering area – it felt so much like a Maldivian overwater villa, truly unique! The hotel was very busy, and I was pleasantly surprised when the butler and front desk helped upgrade my room type. I booked a room with executive lounge access, and I didn't leave the hotel for two days; the executive lounge was more than sufficient. The afternoon tea had a rich variety and quality ingredients, and the evening happy hour offered plenty of food, with different cocktails served each day – the experience was fantastic. Many thanks to Butler Annie, who contacted me in advance to confirm my needs before check-in, responded promptly to all my questions during my stay, and even arranged a thoughtful check-out. She was attentive and responsible throughout. The hotel is located next to Xiaodonghai Reef Beach, where you can snorkel. The waves were quite strong on the day, so it's important to be careful if you go into the water and not go too deep. Although the water quality wasn't exceptional, I still saw many small fish. The private and serene resort atmosphere of this bay is very similar to the Phuket Merlin Marriott where I stayed before. About 80% of the guests in the resort seemed to be Russian tourists, which made it feel like an international vacation. Overall, everything was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sanya.

The breakfast had a great variety, and I left feeling very satisfied. The room had an amazing view, and the TV supported screen mirroring, which was super convenient for watching shows. The environment was flawless, with sea views and lush greenery, making for a very relaxing stay. The service was also top-notch, and overall, it was a great experience. I had such an amazing stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay. The location is honestly perfect — everything you need is right there. You can simply walk down to the beach, enjoy water activities, and explore so many restaurants nearby. It’s the kind of place where you never feel isolated because there’s always something happening around you. One of the things I loved most is that the hotel is connected to the Shanhaitian Resort Sanya, Autograph Collection. If you’re staying at JW Marriott, you can also enjoy their pools and facilities, which really adds to the whole experience. The hotel itself has so much to offer, especially for families. There are daily kids’ activities, and my son was never bored — there was always something fun planned. The playground is huge and honestly looks futuristic, like something out of a movie. It’s such a dream space for children. They also have a beautiful swimming pool, which makes it even more enjoyable to spend your days there. I also visited Casa Corona Beach Club, and it was such a vibe. The atmosphere, the food, and the whole setting made it a really memorable experience. The spa was another highlight — so relaxing and exactly what you need when you’re trying to unwind and take care of yourself. On top of that, the service throughout the hotel was incredible. The staff really made everything feel smooth, welcoming, and special. It’s honestly just a great place to be with your family. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront stay with lots of activities, especially if you’re traveling with kids. It truly has everything — location, experiences, and comfort.

This hotel is perfect for a family trip. It effortlessly offers everything you could want: an aquarium, a water park, a beach, outdoor swimming pools, grassy areas, palm trees, and an indoor kids' playground. Three days and two nights simply aren't enough time to enjoy it all. We also watched the C show, mermaid show, and the dolphin and sea lion performances. The photography here is very professional. The staff are plentiful, always ready to answer questions, and the service is excellent. A special thank you to our butler, Paopao Yu, for all her help during our stay. She recommended must-see performances, helped us with bookings, and answered all our questions, making us feel truly at home. Many thanks; it was definitely a worthwhile trip. This is a paradise for children, so be prepared for a lively atmosphere.

This hotel is very close to Qixianling National Forest Park, making it perfect for a hot spring getaway after a hike. The hotel environment is fantastic, with lots of tropical plants, truly a natural oxygen bar. The infinity pool offers incredible views that are truly refreshing. There are two outdoor hot spring areas with many pools, but during the off-season, only one or two are open. The staff mentioned they could open more if requested, but I found the private hot tub in the room to be perfectly fine. The water temperature was just right and very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful, but try to go early; it gets quite crowded after 8:30 AM. The air humidity is high, so remember to turn on the humidifier once you get into your room.
