An Unforgettable Experience Our brief stay at this stunning hotel was a masterclass in exceptional service. Our spacious river-view room with a bathtub offered breathtaking views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, with Ms. Xiao Zhao's outstanding service leaving a lasting impression. She arranged for a driver to take us to Furong ancient town and waited for us to return safely, despite being off-duty. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. I wanted to lie down and have a comfortable rest, but there were many problems with the room, which made me feel bad. I wanted to give a bad review directly. This was my first time here. Later, the problems reported to Miss Cao Dan were quickly solved. The efficiency was very high and the service was very professional. 👍👍 When I changed rooms, she also helped me with my luggage. The new room was very good. I was generally satisfied. I will give priority to Crown when I come to Jishou in the future.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, plus a lovely view of the river. The location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the old town but in a quiet area at night. The amenities were a nice touch, including slippers, flip-flops, and a bathrobe. Common areas were pleasant and well-kept, with a cozy spot to enjoy tea. Breakfast was varied, with options for everyone. The staff was friendly and helped us book a transfer to the station. A couple of small drawbacks: no gym, and the staff’s English was limited, but we managed to communicate just fine. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

The newly opened Hilton Hotel, the environment and facilities are very good, the room is very large and comfortable. The service is also in place, especially like the garden, the service is professional and friendly. The Hunan rice noodles for the buffet breakfast have been praised by the family. If you come to Xiangtan next time, you will book this hotel. recommend!

High price high standing. We had an amazing stay. Location: walking distance from East entrance of the park (can cross the river through a charming wooden path) + walking distance from Wulingyuan center and cute streets. Room (rating the suite with bathtub): best part of the stay. The view on the river+city+mountain is stunning, can even be enjoyed while taking a bath. Room is very spacious, ultra modern (automatic curtains, many lights, hanging chair, fancy bathroom), it has all necessary equipments and the bed is super large and comfortable Staff: extremely friendly and helped us anytime of the day (WeChat and front desk) to prepare our trip, share recommandations, arrange special needs. Service is way above average. Breakfast: the one (and only) disappointment of the stay, it looks like a canteen and clearly not up to the hotel’s standards. Nothing important as you may want to leave early to enjoy the park anyway.

Have stayed here during our visit to Zhangjiajie mountains for 4 nights. It was chosen between several hotels in the area and the choice was absolutely right. We really enjoyed our stay in Harmona. The resort has a unique location in a forest between mountains, so u can feel all the beauty of nature. Also very welcoming stuff here who always try to make your stay more comfortable doesn’t matter that time is it. Especial thanks to Cherry, who assisted us all the time and to Nancy from the front desk and Huhuayong the driver. The position of the resort is perfect for visiting main attractions - forest park, canyon, dragon cave - just 10-15 minutes drive and give you all the opportunities of forest silence in the evening after busy day in the crowd. All amenities are good and usable - hot springs, restaurants, tea house etc. And landscape of resort is perfect. The view from the room in 8th floor is wonderful.

I really liked the room style—the wood fit the park vibe. They upgraded us to the river room and it had a nice view of the river in front of the hotel and a balcony with a large bathtub and stone flooring. The included breakfast was nice to fill up before a long day of walking at Zhangjiajie National Park. It’s a good location, short walk to the east gate of the park and they help you create a park strategy depending on how many days you plan to attend the park which was very useful. They also have discounted tickets to the park and the Great Canyon if you book through their front desk.

We dropped the hotel our wechat prior to arrival and the Hotel was kind enough to contact us if we needed help with transportation to the Hotel. The location for the hotel is just beside the entrance to the lake (tickets required to visit the lake). It is also within 10 mins drive to the east gate for the main scenic area. There are plenty of restaurants along the road and if you walk to the other end of the road, you could reach Xibu Street (google it for more info). There is a massage parlour by the Hotel for you to get a massage after a long hike. We arrange for a didi to bring us to the Canyon as well and this hotel is definitely nearer compared with staying in ZJJ city itself. It is definitely a recommended hotel to stay.

Our family of four went on a self-driving tour to Changsha during the Spring Festival. We stayed in Changsha for two days and stayed at the Yuezhi Hotel. The itinerary included a trip to Liuyang to set off fireworks and watch the fireworks show. Because I had a good impression of Yuezhi, I also booked Yuezhi when I went to Liuyang. Yuezhi's decoration and service should be regarded as top-level in the hotel industry. When I arrived at the room, a robot brought welcome fruits. The hotel also provided dozens of additional free services. My favorite was the free laundry and delivery service. When traveling, the children's clothes would get very dirty after playing, and this service was really thoughtful. What's more, they are very friendly to ladies and provide a small dressing table, great! ! ! The service staff is also very polite and the room is well soundproofed. The fireworks in Liuyang are beautiful, the food is delicious, and the experience is great 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I have a small suggestion. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel lobby. Can you indicate where the smoking area is? The benches for sitting and resting while waiting for the elevator on the first floor also need repair. They must have been broken by guests, posing a safety hazard! Also, there is a push-pull reminder on the bathroom and toilet doors in the room, and sometimes it is difficult to tell which side to pull open. 😂
