"The hotel was very crowded, and there was a wait for check-in. However, while waiting, the front desk gave us temporary room cards so we could visit Panmen. The pool was the most crowded spot, with many coaches giving lessons both indoors and outdoors. It was swarming with people, and they splashed water everywhere without regard for others. It was only less crowded around noon and early in the morning. The breakfast was good and served until 10:30 AM. Although there was no announcement before closing, the local specialties were all delicious, and the fruit was very sweet. The only fresh juices available were carrot and cucumber. However, during our stay, there was renovation work on the floor above us, specifically floor drilling during nap time, with no prior communication. The assumption that guests wouldn't be in their rooms was very disappointing. We called the front desk to complain about the noise, and they kept saying they would look into it, but nothing was done. Eventually, my family had to go upstairs themselves to ask the workers to stop. Afterwards, the duty manager came to apologize and asked if the renovation could continue for just another hour... I almost laughed out loud. We paid to stay here, not to listen to construction noise. They finally offered a welcome fruit basket as an apology, which was also quite amusing, as other hotels provide welcome fruit upon check-in, but here you only get it if something goes wrong. Neither during check-in nor check-out were we asked if we had a car, nor were we informed that we needed to scan a QR code for free parking. It was also difficult to reach the front desk by phone, as it often rang for a long time without anyone answering."

"I have to commend UrCove by Hyatt Nanjing South Railway Station: Unbeatable location: Right outside the high-speed train station, with intersecting subway lines – no stress for catching your train! Exceptional details: Smart voice control for the entire room + Peet's capsule coffee machine + mini-fridge with free soft drinks. The mattress is perfectly balanced, neither too soft nor too firm, and incredibly comfortable. Amazing service: The front desk staff are enthusiastic and efficient. For food delivery, a little robot brings it directly to your room door. The 24-hour gym and laundry room are so convenient. Definitely on my must-stay list for my next trip to Nanjing! "First and foremost, a huge thank you to the butler for upgrading our room – we were absolutely delighted! Nanjing is a city rich in history, and for personal reasons, I hadn't quite gotten around to planning a trip there. This time, my eldest, who's in junior high, wanted to explore Nanjing, so we decided to make it a family summer vacation. The hotel's location is superb, and the interior is wonderfully quiet. After the rain, the air was exceptionally fresh and clear! It truly felt like sleeping at the foot of Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum, close to our ancestors. Just a 5-minute walk left from the hotel entrance takes you straight to Gate 5 of the Mausoleum, from where you can immediately cross the famous '网红桥' (Internet-famous bridge) and reach the hundred-year-old stone statues – incredibly convenient! The Meiling Palace is also nearby, probably just a 20-minute walk from the hotel, so its convenience goes without saying. The Nanjing Museum is only about 2 kilometers away too. If time permits, you can really take your time and soak it all in. Nanjing is a city surrounded by plane trees, a city full of green vitality everywhere you look. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Oh, and if you're traveling with kids, a visit to Yuhuatai (Rain Flower Terrace) is a must! One last thing, the hotel's self-service laundry facilities are incredibly convenient!"

"Yangzhou Yingbinguan (Yangzhou Xiyuan Hotel) truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier garden hotel in Yangzhou. Spanning over 400 acres, it's a complete Jiangnan-style garden in itself. The environment, location, and exclusive experiences are all top-notch. Even without entering the Slender West Lake scenic area, staying here allows you to enjoy a private part of the lake's scenery. It offers both great value for money and a relaxing atmosphere. **I. Irreplaceable Location Advantage** The hotel is separated from Slender West Lake by a body of water and features an exclusive express通道 for guests. You don't have to queue at the main scenic area entrance; you can walk directly to the core area by the lake. Building No. 1, Shoufanyuan, where we stayed, is the closest building to Slender West Lake in the entire hotel. From the room window, you can see a small patch of lake view with weeping willows, enjoying the scenery of Slender West Lake without even leaving your room. Additionally, Building No. 1 is only a 2-minute walk from the Black Pearl-rated Qüyuan Teahouse, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy authentic Yangzhou morning tea without a long trek through the park. **II. Exclusive Features and Immersive Ambiance** 1. **Commemorative Souvenirs:** You can get exclusive hotel postcards at the front desk, and there are several spots within the garden where you can stamp them as a souvenir. You can also get a custom room key card, which makes for a meaningful travel keepsake. 2. **Explore the Expansive Gardens:** The entire guesthouse is filled with pavilions, waterside terraces, rockeries, and long corridors, with lush greenery everywhere. Every step offers a new view, and you won't get tired even after strolling for half a day. The internal scenery is as exquisite as that of paid gardens. If you get tired of walking in the vast park, you can call for a free shuttle at any time. 3. **Weekend Intangible Cultural Heritage Performances:** On weekends, there are intangible cultural heritage mini-theaters, where you can watch Yangzhou's intangible cultural heritage puppet shows and folk music performances without having to leave the hotel. **III. The space is generous, and the bedding and soft furnishings are meticulously maintained. **Sole Drawback:** The bathroom hardware has a noticeable drawback: the shower pressure is low, and the water flow is weak, making for a mediocre experience when washing hair or showering. **IV. Overall Summary** There's a good reason why Yingbinguan consistently receives rave reviews: it boasts private views of Slender West Lake, its own Black Pearl-rated morning tea, vast garden grounds, unique commemorative souvenirs, and a full range of leisure activities. If you prefer a tranquil, retro atmosphere and want to experience the quality of a traditional state guesthouse, Building No. 1 is an excellent choice. The only thing you'll need to adapt to is the low shower pressure. If you're looking for brand-new modern facilities, consider buildings No. 8 or No. 18. For our trip, having already visited Slender West Lake, staying here meant we didn't need to re-enter the scenic area. We could enjoy a comparable lake and garden experience right within the hotel, perfectly meeting our need for a relaxed vacation."

It's located in Cultural Plaza, with grand and photogenic architecture, right next to the library and museum, creating a rich cultural atmosphere. It's also super close to Dinosaur Park, making transportation very convenient. The hotel rooms are clean and elegant, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. "I booked this hotel for a badminton tournament at the Nantong Sports Exhibition Center. The lovely lady at the front desk upgraded me to a river view room, and watching the sunset from the 46th floor was absolutely delightful. The hotel is located in a complex with several other hotels. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked great, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nantong. Just a small suggestion for the front desk: it would be helpful to have a notice about the parking fees, so guests don't have to ask at reception."

She even thoughtfully retouched the children's makeup during post-processing, making the entire shooting process pleasant and enjoyable. Hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and responsive. The accompanying photo shoot service was a big bonus, allowing us to create precious memories for our trip even on a rainy day. Both in terms of travel convenience, accommodation environment, and ancillary services, this hotel is very suitable for family travel. Choosing this place for our trip to Yangzhou resulted in a very good overall experience, and it's highly recommended."
