Returning to Shenyang from abroad, the Grand Hyatt was the perfect choice for a restful stay. A big thank you to Dino for the meticulous service throughout – knowing I'd been traveling long-distance, they prepared a comfortable room and thoughtful welcome drinks in advance, which really helped alleviate my travel fatigue. The hotel environment is quiet and private, the room felt luxurious, and the bedding was incredibly soft. The dining quality was consistently excellent, and the attention to detail truly showcased the hotel's high standards. It cured all my travel weariness, and the experience was simply impeccable.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The room was spacious and bright, impeccably clean, with top-notch hygiene. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a very restful sleep. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and thoughtful, and they were super quick to respond to any requests. The overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It's definitely on my rebooking list!

Even though it's an older hotel, it still exudes luxury and attentive service. As expected from a Shangri-La hotel, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the atmosphere feels fresh and clean. The lady at the breakfast restaurant was very enthusiastic and helped recommend various must-see spots. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and friendly, and the complimentary welcome coffee☕ was a nice touch. I stayed for three nights, and the hotel's location is excellent – super convenient with subway access, high-speed rail connections, and various shopping areas right nearby.

It's incredibly convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or subway. Plus, it's right next to MixC shopping mall, offering a wide array of shopping and dining options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. 2. **Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:** The guest rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. The bedding and mattress are quite comfortable, perfect for families or extended stays. 3. **Excellent Hallway Soundproofing:** Even when people are passing by or talking in the hallway, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. 4. **Reliable Security:** The security measures are effective; you need a key card to access the elevators, which gives great peace of mind, especially at night. 5. **Varied Breakfast with Plenty of Western Options:** The Western breakfast items (like bread, eggs, bacon, etc.) are of good quality and meet basic needs. There's also a decent selection of Chinese dishes. Cons (Needs Significant Improvement): 1. **Lack of Enthusiasm from Restaurant Staff:** The servers were slow to respond and lacked proactive service. Their attitude was cold, which falls short of the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. 2. **Serious and Disappointing Room Cleanliness Issues:** * **Uncleaned Wardrobe Stains:** Upon checking in at night, even with dim lighting, we could clearly see large, uncleaned dragon fruit stains in the wardrobe. The color residue was obvious, suggesting a superficial cleaning job. * **Trash Left on Windowsill:** There were potato chip crumbs from a previous guest left on the windowsill, along with noticeable dust accumulation. The attention to detail in cleaning was completely lacking.

The room was very neat and clean, and it was tidied daily. The hotel facilities were complete, and it's very close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The front desk staff had a great attitude. I'm very satisfied with this experience.

I had booked a high-speed rail ticket back to Shenyang, so I went downstairs to check out early. While waiting in line, both reception desks were busy with guests, including wedding inquiries and group check-ins. Even though there were staff available, they didn't approach to ask if anyone needed anything. Since I had to rush to the station to check out, I had to hand over my belongings to the delivery guy who had pre-ordered them. The hotel receptionist told me I couldn't keep them at the front desk and told me to wait at the hotel. After repeated requests, I asked another colleague, who directly told me they could keep them. I left my contact information and asked to staple them to my pocket in case I took the wrong item. The receptionist told me they didn't have a stapler. The check-out service was completely resistant to customer requests. I don't know what was going on, and I was in a hurry to leave, which was really frustrating.

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the service hotline was answered promptly. Hygiene: Excellent environment, with a wardrobe and various complimentary amenities. Ambiance: It wasn't yet the season for air conditioning, and as it's a fully enclosed hotel, the room temperature was a bit high. Service: Attentive, meticulous, and patient. This included room service, the hotel front desk, restaurant service, hosts, and guest relations like Ellie, all demonstrating the high standards of a five-star hotel. Notes: A small suggestion – the scent at the hotel entrance was a bit too strong. It triggered my rhinitis; the fragrance was indeed a bit overpowering.

This hotel is really good and cost-effective. The location is very good, the traffic is convenient, and the surrounding eating and shopping are very convenient. The front desk service is warm and the check-in and check-out speed is very fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was good, which made me sleep well. The sanitation is very clean, the hot water is fast, and the water pressure is stable. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good, which can meet the taste of most people. The overall experience is great, I will choose to stay next time and recommend it to friends.

Jackie was very attentive and responsible. The room arranged for us was perfect – non-smoking and facing the sun. It was excellent. The room had a desk, which was very convenient for the kids to read. I'm especially grateful for the help with printing the kids' test papers; the service was truly superb. The robot delivery for our late-night takeout was super convenient. There's a piano in the lobby, and I never expected my child could practice piano even while traveling. It exceeded my expectations and was totally worth it!
