"This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan."

"The hotel is new and spotless, from the interiors and room amenities to the surrounding environment. It's just a short walk across the street to the beach. The beachfront promenade stretches for miles, perfect for a morning run to catch the sunrise 🏃 or an evening stroll with a sea breeze – incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The nearby Haitan Mall isn't large but it's very new, with plenty of dining options. There's even a Tsutaya Bookstore on the 4th floor with direct sea views. And the hotel's breakfast restaurant offers amazing sea views! During our stay, our butler Rose provided impeccable service, responding to our needs very quickly."

"This hotel is centrally located in the old town, making it super convenient to get everywhere. Just a few steps away is Bajudaju, which is great for shopping, eating, drinking, and entertainment. The hotel itself is very new, and the service is excellent, especially on the executive floor. The cleaning staff are already waiting in the hallway bright and early every morning. Upon check-in, we even received a welcome gift with local specialties like fried flatbread, yogurt, and Zibo cola – it truly felt like a home away from home. In the evenings, there's a live singer in the lobby, which was a nice refreshing touch. The breakfast spread was also very rich and diverse."

The Pullman Linyi Lushang is the first and only international upscale hotel in Linyi a beautiful Hotel with 34 floors and 312 Rooms, with a great view of the Yi River and facing the largest wetland park in China, we are in a great location, 10 minutes to the City Center as well as to the main railway station, only 15 minutes driving to the Airport and without any doubt we enjoy the best view of any hotel in the City.The Executive Lounge as well, which is located on the 31st floor of the Hotel with a stunning view of the Yi River, it is a nice place to enjoy an afternoon tea break or a small and intimate friends gathering, definitely a place to be!
"The service was indeed excellent. Before arriving, I saw various reviews and pictures, which prepared me for the hotel's situation. It's true that in an emerging market, older five-star hotels that don't keep up with the times can face significant challenges. However, the human element of service is dynamic, and as a benchmark in the service/hotel industry, every staff member here left a great impression on me. The concierge asked if I needed a carry bag when storing my luggage; when I told them I didn't need housekeeping the next day and requested a bottle of water, the attendant immediately gave me four. For my two-night stay, I was provided with welcome fruit, and upon checkout, I was even given packed fruit and snacks to take with me. The room's cleanliness and facilities were generally very good. The surrounding environment is perfect for a slow-paced trip. Highly recommended."

"Stayed at the Qingdao Yihai Garden Hotel, May Fourth Square branch, on June 6th. I booked a two-night stay in a deluxe king room via the Trip.com app. Upon check-in, I was lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a king room with a sea view. Many thanks to the gentleman who handled my check-in.
**Location**: Just a few minutes' walk from May Fourth Square and right next to MixC shopping mall. A bus stop is only 3 minutes away from the entrance. Very convenient for getting around and dining.
**Room**: The hygiene was excellent, and they provided welcome cookies and drinks. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing was a little lacking. However, considering the cleanliness, service, and location, this is a negligible issue.
**Breakfast**: There was a wide variety of options, probably enough to satisfy everyone's taste. Personally, I found it quite delicious.
I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao."

"The hotel's location is superb, right inside Daming Lake, and they even deliver takeout to your room. The room itself is lovely, clean, and tidy, and you can sit inside and enjoy the view of the small bridges and flowing water outside. The staff are also incredibly friendly and energetic. "The F&B department at this hotel is absolutely terrible. On the first day, I was having dinner with a colleague and there were people smoking without anyone doing anything about it. The next day, I was in a hurry and ordered some dumplings for 69, but after half an hour, they still hadn't arrived. When I tried to rush them, the service staff looked incredibly impatient. The waitress said she'd go check, but then came back and didn't even bother to update me. I had to pull answers out of her, and she had a long face the whole time. After checking out, as I was walking to the lobby entrance, a server chased me down saying there was a mistake in the payment, and I had only paid 0.69. I ended up scanning a QR code and paying the remaining 68.31 while walking, and she insisted on taking a picture of the payment record, as if I was trying to run off without paying. The worst part is that this server had really bad breath when she spoke, which was truly disgusting. For a five-star hotel, this Sheraton Rizhao has really been an eye-opener."

"I stayed one night in Jinan to rest and chose the Lvfaguhe InterContinental Hotel. Overall, I'd rate it 7-8 out of 10. The location is its biggest highlight, being right in the heart of Jinan's downtown commercial area, next to Guihe Shopping Mall. You can walk to attractions like Baotu Spring, Quancheng Square, and Kuanhouli, making it super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I specifically chose this hotel for its prime location.
The hotel's facade and lobby are grand and impressive, with a high ceiling design that gives it a luxurious, high-end feel. My first impression was definitely upscale and sophisticated. However, the room's hardware is a noticeable drawback. The hotel has been open for quite a while, and the room facilities are generally dated. You can see clear signs of wear and tear on the furniture, bathroom fixtures, and appliances. The decor style is a bit old-fashioned, lacking the refined touch of newer hotels, and the maintenance of details could be improved.
What most affected my experience this stay was the communication regarding services, with multiple basic oversights. I booked two rooms, but upon check-in, I was only given four key cards for a single room. After going upstairs and realizing I couldn't access the second room, I had to go back to the front desk to get new ones, which was a time-consuming hassle. Additionally, the booking included the hotel's standard spring water bottles, but neither room had them. When I went to the front desk to ask for them, there was a lot of back-and-forth and blame-shifting, requiring repeated communication for a minor issue, which lowered both the efficiency of my check-in and my overall impression. The bedding was comfortable, and the basic living functions were fine. It's a good choice for travelers who prioritize a city-center location and mainly focus on sightseeing."

LLaimixiLocation: Close to the Olympic Sailing Center, Lover's Dam, and May Fourth Square, it's convenient for watching shows at the Sea Theater, all within walking distance. The dazzling night view is visible right from downstairs. It's also relatively quiet, and about a 25-30 minute drive to Qingdao Station if there's no traffic.
Facilities: The room is spacious enough for a family of 3-4, and the view outside the window is great – what you see is what you get.
Cleanliness: Pretty good. I stayed for 4 days, and the room was cleaned and tidied daily according to my requests, which was comfortable.
Service: Before check-in, a concierge contacted me on WeChat, providing proactive and enthusiastic service. They even offered fresh fruit upon arrival.
Breakfast: Available from 7:00-10:00. The taste was decent, mostly Chinese food, but the selection was limited and there was no coffee. The restaurant environment was average, a bit dim and dated.
You don't need a key card to enter the elevator, and delivery drivers can come upstairs, which has its pros and cons. The hotel's overall decor feels a bit old-fashioned and dim, showing its age.
Overall, it's still a good option, especially suitable for family travel.

GGuest UserLocation: It's conveniently located near Nantianmen and Taohuayuan Cableway, perfect for travelers to rest after arriving at Nantianmen, and also great for visiting Tianjie and Yuhuangding, or for heading down the mountain via Taohuayuan Cableway.
Environment: Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at night, as many tourists camp out on the streets, leading to continuous sounds throughout the night. Inner courtyard rooms should be quieter, but naturally, the price will be different.
Food: For a mountaintop establishment, the food is quite good. The breakfast voucher is 20 yuan per person. The fried dough sticks and fried buns are delicious, and the soy milk is also very good. However, if you like eggs, be aware that each person is limited to one egg for breakfast, while other items are unlimited.
Facilities: Given the limited conditions on the mountaintop, the hot water pressure is very low, making showers not very enjoyable. The floor drain in the bathroom has a rather strong odor, which is understandable given the mountaintop location.
Service: Excellent. The rented overcoat had an odor, and they swapped it out without a word. They also take guests to watch the sunrise in the morning.

WWeiliangのmoxiaoqiuThis hotel, in my opinion, offers a thousand-dollar service experience for a hundred-dollar price range. Sam, the service manager, was excellent. I was originally booked for an Executive King Room, and this was the first time I've ever experienced such a seamless room upgrade. Most five-star or five-diamond hotels in Qingdao would rather leave a room empty or charge an extra 100 RMB than upgrade you. I stayed for three consecutive nights in an Executive Suite, directly facing the Laoshan District No. 2 Experimental Primary School. You can see students playing during the day, but with the windows closed, you barely hear any noise. The hotel is 12 years old now, since 2014, and aside from the bathtub faucet and shower diverter being a bit tricky to operate, it has almost no flaws. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough for me, given I'm sensitive to heat, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they offered a fan. This way, you don't need to open the window, which is good because there's ongoing construction on the left side, so opening the window would be noisy and affect sleep. The only potential downside for most people might be that it's a bit far from the subway, nearly a kilometer's walk.

NNicyAlthough very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed.
The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me.
The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from.
I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could.

The location is perfect, as you are only a couple hundred meters from the entrance to the Temple of Confucius. The premises are clean and spacious. The hotel immerses you in Chinese culture. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and give great advice. Also, the dinner is excellent! If you are visiting Qufu, it doesn’t get better than this!

GGuest UserI just wanted a quiet beach getaway, and after a long search, I chose this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Yantai Station, and the service is absolutely top-notch. They upgraded me to a sea-view room, and even offered warm milk before bed. They provide one-on-one service to every guest. I have neck issues and asked for a latex pillow, which was delivered very quickly. The breakfast was great, with delicious desserts, noodles, and mackerel dumplings. The facilities are well-maintained, and any minor flaws were easily overlooked thanks to the outstanding service. Plus, at this price point, it's incredible value for money.

CchriswoNo regret booking the 180 degree sunrise room as the view was superb despite the following day being rainy and cloudy. The hotel itself was amazing with extremely attentive and helpful staff, especially JiX! whom helped to accommodate our requests! We enjoyed the hotel very much, beds were comfy and facilities like a gym room with the washer and dryer room were bonus! If we returned to Yantai we will definitely stay here again.

Pros:
1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby.
2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery.
3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it.
4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely.
5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly.
6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier.
Cons:
1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews.
2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken.
3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival).
4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub.
5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby.

After check-in, someone will bring your luggage to your room, and fruits will be prepared in the room. My good impression is instantly improved. In the end, What surprised me was that free late-night snacks were prepared in the evening. After staying in so many hotels, this was the first time I met someone who prepared late-night snacks. Nice! The disposable slippers in the hotel are also very nice. I regret not taking a pair back. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for taking a bus to Baotu Spring. The hotel has free parking and the soundproofing of the hotel is also good. After staying for two nights, I moved to Zibo. I also stayed in Zibo for one night. In comparison, I was most satisfied with the one I stayed in Jinan. Highly recommended...I'm not asking for help, I really want to recommend this good hotel to everyone.

DDantiiiI originally booked three nights at another hotel, but after staying for a while I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I decided to cancel two nights and find another one! I booked this hotel at 3 o'clock in the morning. There was only one room left. I went directly the next day. It was much better than some chain hotels. It was a very thoughtful B&B hotel. You can park your car in the community. The small door leads to the seaside, which is very convenient.
