We booked a family room and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was huge, the temperature was just right, and the bathroom even had underfloor heating. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The infinity pool by the sea was so comfortable that we went three times. I even managed to hit the gym in the morning on an empty stomach. This is definitely the top choice for a weekend getaway with kids. The hotel staff, especially Ms. Ginny, was super attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. We're very satisfied and will definitely be coming back for future vacations!

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

As everyone knows, hotels in Daqingyan never receive bad reviews in winter, and this one is no exception. **Service:** Impeccable. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive to all requests. When I called the front desk to ask about the location and usage of in-room facilities, they were able to provide clear and immediate answers, which many high-end hotels can't do (they usually have to check the room first). This deserves praise; truly a testament to the staff quality of a five-star hotel. **Facilities:** A pleasant surprise. I was generously upgraded to a high-floor sea-view room and was delighted to find a bathtub! As someone who loves a good soak, and given that Trip.com didn't indicate any room type had a bathtub, I had deliberated for a long time between this hotel and an Indigo. I ultimately chose this one for its location, so having a bathtub was absolutely perfect. The hotel also has a pool, which is a bit dated, but the direct sea view from the pool is a huge plus, making up for not being able to swim in the sea in winter. The public areas' hardware is excellent. For example, the lobby and restaurant are on separate floors, preventing the lobby and breakfast experience from feeling crowded, unlike some five-star hotels with mixed-use floors. **Hygiene:** The room was exceptionally clean. There was no dust on windowsills, and the bathtub was cleaned daily. Overall, it was superb. There were a few water marks in the bathroom, which is understandable for a hotel that has been operating for many years, but the cleaning and maintenance are clearly very proactive. I hope the breakfast can be further improved. Currently, there are too few meat options; adding some local seafood specialties would be a great enhancement.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and elegant. Marilyn, the front desk lady, was so kind and patient, and even upgraded us to a lake view room. The room was stocked with snacks and drinks, including a complimentary glass of Tsingtao draft beer. The breakfast was hearty! And since it's on a super high floor, the view is amazing! 👍 The overall experience was fantastic, and I'm definitely bringing my girlfriend back next time! PS: The hotel's laundry service is outsourced, so there's no free laundry service. Please note if you need it.

Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

When it comes to prime locations, no one beats the Shangri-La. Both the spring and city views are absolutely stunning. The Baotu Spring offers unique beauty in every season, and Quancheng Square is consistently spacious and prominent year-round. The hotel has been open for some years now. The public areas and facilities are still quite good, but the in-room amenities are rather outdated. The room isn't huge, and the bathroom feels a bit cramped. For the same room type, the InterContinental's bathroom design is much more practical. The in-room equipment definitely shows its age, though it's maintained reasonably well, and the cleanliness is excellent. The shower is ancient, lacking a rain shower head, and the handheld shower is difficult to use; no matter how I adjusted it, it sprayed towards the wall, making showering quite a hassle. The drainage isn't very smooth either. Even the clothes hangers are worn out but still in use. The complimentary drinking water is the cheapest kind available, and the dental kit is practically unusable. Shangri-La, can't you procure some better quality items? These aren't even expensive. Otherwise, you'll lose all your guests. I called guest services twice from the room phone, and no one picked up. It's quite surprising to encounter such a flaw in a five-star hotel. However, the overall service at Shangri-La is very good. The staff are warm, attentive, and polite. The Christmas atmosphere on the ground floor, both inside and out, is very festive. The excellent location significantly enhances the value for money at Shangri-La Jinan.

Came here with a friend, and the hotel is quite good. The decor is grand, and while the facilities aren't brand new, they are well-maintained. The location is excellent, right on Quancheng Road. From the south side, you can see Quancheng Square, and from the north, you get a distant view of Daming Lake – the location is definitely a highlight. The room design is practical, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The lobby features a giant starlit Christmas tree paired with a reindeer's small snow house, and the scent of pine needles intertwined with the lights creates a full-on Christmas atmosphere. The room is spacious, bright, and the bedding is comfortable and clean, promoting relaxation and good sleep. The hotel service is genuinely good; the front desk staff are efficient and quick, and Connie, the Quality Control Manager, is warm and professional. All in all, it's perfect and worth experiencing.

The hotel is very clean and in a prime location connecting to a mall next door. The housekeepers are also very accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much as there is a large variety of choices. The receptionist Maggie Wu was very helpful, thank you!

Service: The front desk manager and the check-in staff truly provided five-star service. The greeter girl in the lobby greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. During check-in, they even helped me choose a room that suited my needs. Honestly, with service like that, even if there was something I wasn't happy with, I'd probably end up satisfied anyway – and in this case, there was genuinely nothing to be unhappy about. The swimming pool and gym facilities were comprehensive. The water was crystal clear, and the gym equipment had everything you could possibly need to work out every part of your body.

I had a very satisfying stay at MGM. The butler, Miss Ella, made me feel right at home. She arranged a great room for me and constantly checked in on my experience, asking if I needed any help with anything. She even upgraded my mini-bar snacks and drinks and gave me two adorable little lions, which my wife loved! Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'll definitely stay here again. To the hotel management: please give Miss Ella a raise! Employees like her should be promoted quickly to retain them, as they are key to making Qingdao MGM better and more complete.
