My overall experience staying at the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao Tower was excellent. The hotel boasts a prime location with expansive views, offering a tranquil yet grand atmosphere. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the quality and elegance of a high-end hotel. The room was spacious and tidy, with well-maintained facilities and comfortable bedding that ensured a very high quality of sleep. The staff were professional and attentive, from the front desk to housekeeping, all were very welcoming and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with good quality food and a comfortable restaurant setting. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure vacations. The overall value for money is high, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended.

I stayed in room 8521, and the room was absolutely beautiful and exactly to my liking. It was clean, spacious, and completely free from any musty smell or cigarette odor, which made my stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Leo for helping me communicate with the taxi driver and for assisting in finding the necklace I accidentally left in the taxi until it was successfully recovered. I would also like to thank Lin Feng for helping arrange a larger room according to our needs right from the first day we checked in. Additionally, I would like to thank all the front desk staff for being friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with whatever I needed. I truly appreciate the housekeeping staff as well for cleaning the room thoroughly every day. This was a wonderful and memorable stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Super convenient, you can walk to many places! Our room even had a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower! Definitely worth recommending. The AC didn't heat in winter, but they provided a fan when we asked. The service was genuinely great; they even helped us receive packages. I'd stay here again if I have the chance.

The Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai, a five-star luxury hotel under the European Kempinski Hotels group, is ideally situated in the heart of Shanghai's Pudong Lujiazui financial district, close to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Shanghai Ocean Aquarium. The hotel boasts excellent service from its front desk, rooms, and restaurants. The guest rooms are well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, clean, and tidy. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hotel also features a selection of Chinese and Western restaurants. The river-view rooms offer a fantastic perspective of the cruise terminal on the North Bund. With numerous dining options in the vicinity and convenient transportation, it's an ideal hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

The room was comfortable; although the facilities were a bit old, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The lobby had a strong Christmas vibe. My return flight was late, and the check-in staff kindly helped me arrange a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent; the Pudong Art Museum had a new exhibition, and it was within walking distance, saving me the hassle of traffic. Public transport was also very convenient, and there were plenty of options for dining out or ordering delivery. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai. We were really happy with our stay at the Radisson Collection Hyland. The location is excellent especially if you are travelling to Shanghai for the first time as there is direct access to Nanjing Road East and you’re just a short walk from the Bund. The staff were great.The room was spacious and cleaned well everyday. This hotel really goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed for one week at the beautiful and world-class Radisson Blu Hotel. We are extremely satisfied and pleased with our choice. We are certain that every time we travel to Shanghai, we will definitely stay at this hotel. We will recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel to all our friends who plan to visit Shanghai. Staff members at the hotel are very friendly, respectful, and professional. They do their best to ensure that guests have an enjoyable stay. November 26th was my wife’s birthday. We were out all day and upon returning to our room, we seen a beautiful and delicious small cute cake sitting on the table with a birthday greeting message on it. We believed that the cake was being sent by hotel to our room. We celebrated her birthday with that cake. Thanks to hotel for the sweet surprise. We also enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast every day, which was very diverse and delicious. One of the staff members, named Lidiia along with the rest of the restaurant team, made a great effort to ensure that the hotel guests enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options.

This old-school five-star hotel under the InterContinental Hotels Group really lived up to its reputation. The location is super convenient, right on Nanjing Road, the 'Paris of the East,' making it easy to check in even after enjoying Shanghai's nightlife. I especially loved the mousse cake at breakfast 🍰, absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, truly exceptional!
