I brought my grandson to Shanghai and we stayed at the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao for two nights. It was excellent value for money! The front desk staff gave us a room on the 77th floor and also included executive lounge access for meals. We could have used the 83rd-floor lounge from 6:30 AM to 8 PM daily, though we were out sightseeing most of the time and didn't get to eat there. The views from the 77th floor were absolutely stunning, especially at night, with the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Shanghai Tower right before our eyes. Getting around was super convenient too, with Metro Line 14 right downstairs. With such a great location and amazing hotel service, I'll definitely be staying at the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao again if I get the chance.

Fantastic stay at the Treasury Hotel – highly recommend. We had an excellent stay at the Treasury Hotel in Shanghai. The room was spotless when we arrived and was cleaned to a really high standard throughout our stay, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re travelling. The hotel itself feels well looked after and comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. What really stood out was the staff. Every single person we dealt with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Anytime we needed directions, recommendations, or help figuring out transport, they went out of their way to explain things clearly and make sure we were sorted. Nothing felt like a hassle, and they were always smiling and approachable. The location is also a big plus – very convenient for getting around Shanghai, with shops, food, and transport links nearby. It made exploring the city really easy. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding service. We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.

My stay at the Mercure Hotel was fantastic, definitely a 5-star experience! The location is very convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, especially the young man, was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and even recommending local attractions. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai. Highly recommend it to everyone!

The front desk staff and housekeepers were all very kind and friendly, which was great! The hotel's location is excellent; it's less than a 5-minute walk from Nanjing East Road Metro Station Exit 2 or 3. There's a Starbucks downstairs, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is right next door, about a 15-minute walk to Raffles City. The hotel breakfast was also quite good, and the room was clean (though a smoky smell seemed to come from the bathroom entrance). There was a crystal essential oil diffuser on the nightstand, which gave off a pleasant, fragrant scent. The teacups, coffee cups, and kettle in the room were well-chosen, showing the owner's thoughtful attention to detail. They also provided plenty of bottled water, which was a real plus! I really liked this hotel; it's definitely on my list of places I'd want to stay again! Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, from the front desk staff, garage and ground parking attendants, those issuing parking vouchers and inputting license plates, to the housekeeping on each floor, and the restaurant and executive lounge service teams—everyone was friendly, polite, and patient. During the day, doormen in European-style uniforms assisted with car drop-offs and luggage handling. The dining options were plentiful and of high quality. Both the hotel's interior and exterior, as well as the room condition, exceeded expectations. The suite was furnished to feel like a home, complete with various furniture and amenities. The executive lounge environment was also very elegant and comfortable, and the hotel is close to the ferry and cruise terminals. As a Bund hotel, it offers excellent value for money overall and is a perfect place to enjoy beautiful scenery, delicious food, and unwind.

This time I stayed in Lujiazui for the convenience of dining and travel. Among similar room types, the value for money was high, especially since we needed a suite with family. After consulting the hotel in advance, we chose the Pujiang Building (old building) based on our personal needs. You can see the river from there, although the suite's view was a bit lacking. However, the swimming pool on the fourth floor and the executive lounge both offered excellent views. The new building overlooks the 'Three Piece Set' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers), but I personally prefer the style of the old building. Both buildings have takeaway lockers downstairs, which is very convenient. The New Year's desserts were both beautiful and delicious, and the staff provided a lot of assistance. The room was very comfortable, allowing us to sleep in until we naturally woke up... We didn't leave until the afternoon. Whenever I stay in Lujiazui, I'll choose this place.

Booked a collection executive room and was very happy with my room on the 29th floor with the most perfect view on Shanghai's skyline. Hotel is perfectly located on the Nanjing East road in the very center of Shanghai. Hotel itself and rooms are a bit worn out - need renovation in the nearest future but room was immaculately clean and provided with fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast was very good - both chinese and western. cuisine provided, lot of fruit, pastry and very good coffee. Special thanks to the executive lounge manager Annie who is the most friendly and helpful lady with perfect knowledge of english language. During the happy hours and afternoon tea time Ms. Annie explained clearly all the choices of food served and the beverages.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They try their best to accommodate us in all aspects. I bought a pair of shoes that would be delivered to the hotel on the next day, I informed the concierge and they thoroughly went through details of the expected parcel to prevent errors and miscommunication with the delivery. The next day when my parcel arrived, the concierge called and make sure the parcel delivering was the correct one for me. As for the house keeping, they noticed that we drank all 4 bottles of complimentary water everyday and from our 3rd day of staying onward they gave us 6 bottles without our request. Not to mention that I accidentally spilled milk over my bed in the rush, I informed the front desk before we headed out and they enthusiastically told me not to worry they would send the house keeper to change my bed sheet right away. In the morning of our last day, Oliver from the front desk called to confirm our check out and informed that hotel’s check out time was twelve noon. They also asked how many luggage we had and what time would we want the concierge to come collect them which I told them to come up around 11am, and at 11am sharp they rang on my door. Oliver from the front desk came along with the concierge, accompanied us down and helped us through the check out process and luggage deposit. Around 1:30 pm when we came back from lunch, our luggage was ready for us to pick up and headed out to the airport.

This old-school five-star hotel under the InterContinental Hotels Group really lived up to its reputation. The location is super convenient, right on Nanjing Road, the 'Paris of the East,' making it easy to check in even after enjoying Shanghai's nightlife. I especially loved the mousse cake at breakfast 🍰, absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, truly exceptional!

MM270941****Came for a relaxing vacation, and in winter, Banyan Tree's special rooms with the 'Yuexin Pool' are a top choice! The room has a heated private pool which is super comfortable. As soon as you enter the hotel, you're greeted by the scent of cinnamon essential oil; the Christmas atmosphere is really strong, and they even have craft activities. I'd definitely go back to experience it again if I get the chance. Cynthia called to check on us during check-out, which was very thoughtful. I'll choose this place again next time.

GGuest UserThis stay far exceeded expectations and must give it a full review! It is very close to the Bund, with a prime location and convenient transportation. The surrounding facilities are complete, making travel, shopping, and dining very convenient, making it ideal for both business trips and vacations. The check-in procedures are efficient and fast. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, patiently answering various questions and proactively providing thoughtful service, instantly bringing a sense of warmth. The room is clean and tidy, with a rational layout. The space is spacious and bright, and it is well-ventilated and well-lit, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The bedding is soft and comfortable, with a mattress of moderate hardness, ensuring a good night's sleep until dawn. The toiletries are complete and of superior quality, and the bathroom features a scientifically designed separation of dry and wet areas, ensuring thorough cleaning without stains. The room is well-equipped and brand-new. The air conditioning provides excellent heating and cooling performance, has a full network signal, abundant TV programs, and a stable and sufficient hot water supply. Every detail demonstrates thoughtful attention. The hotel offers a quiet and elegant environment, with clean and orderly public areas. The decoration style is minimalist and elegant, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western elements. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, delicious, and can meet diverse taste preferences, thus starting a vibrant and energetic day. If you have any needs during this period, contact customer service will be able to respond quickly and properly resolve them. The service is professional and considerate, providing a comprehensive and immersive experience throughout the entire process. The overall cost-performance ratio is extremely high, with flawless hardware facilities and software services. It offers an excellent stay experience and is highly recommended to everyone! DDixuanzhimiaoThis is a Holiday Inn affiliated with Gujing Gong Liquor in Bozhou, Anhui Province! The hotel is conveniently located, and the room facilities are quite good. The mattress is very soft and comfortable, and the hot water comes quickly. Everything is pretty well-equipped. The service is very thoughtful, even providing an electric heater! There's a Gujing Gong Liquor Museum on the first floor. I recommend culturally inclined people check it out; it's very unique!

MMelody mengA very satisfying stay. The room was incredibly clean; even though it's an older hotel, it smelled fresh with no peculiar odors. The room facilities weren't outdated either, feeling quite high-quality. The service was excellent, with staff from the front desk to housekeeping being warm and attentive. The surrounding area has plenty of businesses, with a rich variety of Chinese and international restaurants and snacks. The hotel entrance is right at People's Square subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The only minor regret is that the classic red roses were replaced with pink ones. Personally, I think the red ones were more elegant and timeless.

GGuest UserLocation of the hotel is quite central and about 15-20mins walk to the Bund or Yu Yuan. Their room is generally quite clean and well maintained with some old marks around but overall was a pretty comfortable stay. The staff there were all very friendly and helpful making the stay pleasant. There is also free self service laundry for guest but the only issue is it only opens from 9am to 10pm which pretty much is only useful if you are staying in the hotel and not doing anything as there's not much facility in the hotel.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Fengxian, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, service, and modern design. Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing environment after a long day. Service: The staff was consistently professional and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, and any requests I made were handled promptly. While not everyone spoke fluent English, they were eager to assist and always did so with a positive attitude. Dining: Breakfast offered a good mix of local and Western dishes. I found the variety and quality to be above average for a business hotel. The restaurant staff was courteous and ensured the dining area remained clean and well-stocked throughout service. Facilities: The gym and public areas were clean and modern. I didn’t get a chance to use the meeting rooms, but they looked well-equipped. The hotel also had a calm, business-friendly atmosphere that made it ideal for both work and rest. Location: Situated in Fengxian, it’s a bit outside central Shanghai, but perfect if you have business in the area. It’s relatively easy to access via Didi or taxi. The nearby surroundings are quiet and safe, with a few local restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. Overall: A solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort and consistency in Fengxian. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a dependable Marriott experience outside the city center.

Bbilly5## My First Encounter with Regent Shanghai Pudong A near-perfect experience, despite a few minor flaws. **The Lounge and Oriental Pearl View Room Offer an Unbeatable View!** I could actually gaze across the river at the W Hotel (nicknamed 'Seagull Regent'), Shanghai Mansions, Waibaidu Bridge, Bellagio by MGM Suzhou, and the Postal Museum. It truly lives up to the foundation left by Four Seasons, a definite head start. **The Lounge:** The club team provides attentive service. Special thanks to the two lovely ladies who handled my check-in and mixed cocktails. The savory items at afternoon tea deserve high praise. The four window-side tables are highly sought after. It would be even better if there were freshly stir-fried vegetables during happy hour, a wider variety of T9 tea bags, and if the ice cream's sweetness could be reduced. Of course, for bar snacks, one shouldn't expect too much. The lounge breakfast is very peaceful. **The Room:** **Cons:** Manual toilet, old-fashioned Braun hairdryer (usable, but not high-speed and quite heavy). During check-in, I wasn't asked if I needed a toothbrush and toothpaste. The complimentary dental kit provided a rather large tube of toothpaste. **Pros:** Room service is quick to respond. The toiletries are still Perricone MD, but without the magnolia scent. Turndown service replaced used towels. The long sofa and bed-end stool were very well-maintained, unlike the often grubby sofas in most hotels. **The Pool:** To take photos at the pool, you can change into slippers and then use the staff entrance. Thanks to the lifeguard for the tip! I'd suggest the fitness center front desk staff explain this more clearly to guests who are there for photos. The next morning, I went for a swim. The water quality was excellent, and while the temperature was a bit low, it was suitable for exercise. Being on the 41st floor, the highest point of the hotel, both the pool and hot tub offer expansive views. Unfortunately, the swimsuit spin dryer in the changing room was under maintenance. On the plus side, the shower water pressure was much stronger than in the guest room showers. **Luggage and Concierge Services After Checkout:** These services also maintained the positive impression.

GGuest UserDuring my recent stay at Chateau Star River Hotel, I found the facilities to be excellent and the interior decor tastefully designed, creating a luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, contributing to an overall pleasant physical environment. However, the service quality did not match the standard expected from such a well-appointed hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff mistakenly assigned me a children’s room, which required me to return to reception and resolve the issue—a rather inconvenient start to my stay. While the room I was eventually given was comfortable and spacious, cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathtub, in particular, had two dead flies and a hardened stain on its surface, which was quite disappointing. I did encounter staff members who demonstrated professionalism—for example, the gentleman managing the breakfast check-in was courteous and efficient. Nonetheless, such instances were the exception rather than the rule. On one occasion, I decided to book a massage at the hotel spa to relieve some back pain. The treatment, which cost approximately $50, was average and initially unproblematic. Unfortunately, at the end of the session, the masseuse offered me an additional service, the nature of which I will refrain from describing here, but I trust it is not difficult to imagine. I declined immediately. Regardless of the hotel's level of control over this matter, given that the spa operates within the premises, I found this situation deeply inappropriate and upsetting.

__WeChat229852****Staying at the Bellagio Shanghai on the Bund, right in the heart of the city, far exceeded my expectations. It's definitely one of the most satisfying hotel experiences I've had recently. **Environment and Room:** The hotel is located by the Suzhou Creek, right next to the Waibaidu Bridge, making it incredibly convenient to get to both the Bund and Nanjing Road. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with a modern and luxurious design, impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. Most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a perfectly quiet night's sleep even in the bustling city center. **Dining Experience:** Breakfast was semi-buffet style, offering both a rich variety of choices and exquisite presentation. The buffet items were fresh, and the à la carte dishes were truly a highlight. Whether it was the Chinese dim sum or the Western omelets, everything was prepared with great care, and the taste was impressive. **Service Quality:** From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently excellent. Ellie and Moon were professional yet friendly, always responsive to our needs, making us feel comfortable and at ease. Overall, this is a hotel that perfectly combines location, facilities, dining, and service. It's highly recommended for guests who value quality in their travels.
