The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities and a well-thought-out layout that was convenient to use. The self-service laundry was a lifesaver for guests. The hotel staff were attentive and had excellent attitudes, making guests feel right at home. The hotel's surroundings boasted incredibly convenient transportation and perfect commercial facilities. There were also many attractions nearby, such as Cuihu Park and Kunming Old Street, allowing us to experience the convenience of living and traveling.

The Kaleidoscope room is truly amazing! You can capture the chimney night view right from the balcony, and the most stunning surprise was on the day we left – I opened the curtains and saw the sunrise, it was absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff's service attitude was also excellent. I accidentally scraped another car while parking, and they quickly helped resolve it. They even gave us two complimentary breakfasts afterward. I'm truly grateful; this hotel is genuinely fantastic. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the scenic area for photos, but the Dongfengyun Scenic Area is only really suitable for taking pictures; we finished exploring in half an hour. By 3 PM, we were so bored we just watched TV at the hotel. If I hadn't booked the hotel in advance, I would have just gone back to Kunming that evening.

Whenever my husband and I travel, we always have to pick a really nice hotel, as he's quite particular. I chose this one after seeing it ranked number one in Pu'er based on reviews. It was my first time staying here, and I was absolutely blown away. First off, as soon as we got out of the car, a dedicated staff member helped us with our luggage to the front desk. While we were checking in, a lovely lady had already prepared and served us tea. We were quite thirsty after a long journey, and usually, I rarely drink the tea offered at hotels. Out of politeness, I accepted it and took a sip, and it was simply amazing (YYDS)! Pu'er tea really is something else. It was fragrant, mellow, sweet, and had a lingering aftertaste – I ended up drinking three cups. After checking in, another lady had already taken our luggage to our room. These thoughtful details alone were enough to impress me. Stepping into the room, it was incredibly comfortable. The environment goes without saying, and the attention to detail was exceptional. I had initially planned to write a glowing review yesterday, but I wanted to experience the breakfast first, so here's my review today. Breakfast was also fantastic, definitely something to look forward to. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Pu'er – come and experience it for yourselves! Plus, laundry service is free, and snacks and fruits are all complimentary.

The hotel's actual environment is even better than the photos provided, and personally, I think it's even superior to Banyan Tree, yet it costs less than half the price. If you're coming to Lijiang, it's really worth trying out. The breakfast offers a wide selection, and the buffet presentation is up to par with what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The pastries were just okay, and the rice noodles (er si) were a bit bland, but everything else was pretty good. It would be great if there were more golf cart drivers available for rides back to the rooms. We often had to walk back ourselves, and there's a bit of a distance from the hotel entrance to the guest rooms. Luckily, the hotel grounds are beautiful, so the walk wasn't unpleasant. The small petting zoo at the hotel is a nice touch, though the pigs were a bit smelly. But their cuteness makes you forget everything else!

This hotel truly boasts a first-class river view, offering stunning sunset views every day and a light show across the river. The front desk lady was exceptionally warm and welcoming. My only minor complaint is the constant buzzing sound at night, which seemed to be from the neighboring air conditioning unit, likely because our family room was on the end.

This hotel, which opened on the 25th, has a decor that perfectly matches my taste. They even provided complimentary welcome fruits, and there's bottled water available for guests to grab at the elevator, which is a really thoughtful touch! The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of great food and shopping options nearby.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! The room was spacious and spotless, with excellent facilities that really surprised me. Even though it's close to the airport, the windows are well-sealed, keeping it nice and quiet. The free airport shuttle service was a huge convenience. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the housekeeping team always greeted me, making me feel right at home. They even gave me some flower cakes as a welcome gift! Downstairs, there are shops and restaurants where you can buy things, or enjoy Yunnan rice noodles and mushroom hotpot, or even mushroom dumplings – super convenient! What really impressed me was that after I checked out, the hotel called me to let me know I'd left something small in my room. The service here is truly outstanding! For the price, this hotel far exceeded all my expectations!

Facilities: The hotel's facilities are superb! The bedding in the room is comfortable, the toiletries are complete and of great quality, and basic amenities like air conditioning and hot water run smoothly. The smart room control system is also very convenient to use. In the public areas, the fitness and lounge areas are well-equipped with brand new and well-maintained equipment, and the public area hygiene is also exceptionally good. Service: This stay was fantastic, and I must highlight Minnie and George Chai at the front desk for their exceptionally professional and attentive service. Check-in and check-out were super efficient, they were smiling throughout, and patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for local attractions and dining. Their thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. Any questions we had were answered instantly, and their attitude was gentle and considerate, adding so much warmth to our trip. Their excellent service truly made our entire stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and commend Minnie and George Chai for their outstanding service!

The hotel is an old building with modern amenities. Our room is large and comfortable. Two things stand out for us. 1. The front desk staff are most courteous and helpful, 2. The hotel breakfast was delicious. Choose the ”Crossing the bridge noodle” The only challenge we had was finding the hotel. Since it is located on a pedestrian street, we could not be dropped off at its doorstep. It is only a short walk from the dropoff once you know your way

Everything was great, except for my bad luck with the weather. It was foggy on the mountain for two straight days, and I only got a 30-minute window to see the rice terraces. I upgraded to the best room, which really does offer terrace views right from the bed, but sadly, it was all shrouded in mist. I had dinner there, and both the Stir-fried Fish and the Fried Pork Ribs were delicious. They have their own parking lot, and someone came to pick me up within minutes of calling – everyone was very friendly. I hope to have the chance to visit again, and hopefully, I'll have better luck with the weather next time!
