"I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the small fridge in the room stocked with drinks—you can simply enjoy what you like and pay for it at checkout, which was super convenient. The rooftop was definitely a highlight. It offers a stunning overlooking view that’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying the scenery day or night. Downstairs, there’s also a great bar where you can chill, unwind, and grab a drink without even leaving the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing view. I’ll definitely be coming back and with friends next time!"

"I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel, and overall, my experience was very positive. The hotel stands out for its excellent cleanliness, comfortable surroundings, and efficient services. Regarding the location, the hotel isn't in the absolute city center, but this was a conscious choice on my part; I preferred to rely on the reliability and standards of the Mercure brand. In any case, this wasn't an issue as the city center is quickly accessible, and local taxis are very affordable. The only minor inconvenience I encountered – which I'm bringing to Trip.com's attention so they can follow up with their partner – was regarding the application of the city tax. Even though I was traveling alone, during check-out, the hotel initially demanded payment for two people, based solely on the fact that I had booked a double room. However, the city tax applies to the individual staying overnight, not the room itself. The taxable event is the actual overnight stay of a single guest. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I feel it's important to report it to prevent other solo travelers from encountering the same problem. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel where I would gladly return."

The addition of a pool and a refined bar area for evening drinks would perfectly complement the hotel’s atmosphere. Overall, a refined and enjoyable stay."

"Travelled to Tirana and hooked this hotel for 1 night only as i was in transit. Good value for money, decent breakfast. Hotel had all the amenities needed. Another reason why i chose this hotel is there's free parking, though it was tight but the staff were helpful enough to help with parking my car. Overall experience was good for the price."

"We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel."

"Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!"
