The location is great, the hotel looks nice n comfortable. Amazingly, the hotel room toilet is using smart toilet. The housekeeping is very hardworking, every day insisted to clean room even though we told her we need not to. She insisted the bed sheet, pillows covers n quit cover must be changed 2 days once. May be my skin is too sensitive, even with the frequent changing for bed sheets I still feel like bitten by some bed bugs and got some red rashes. Overall it was a great stay here.

We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

Great location, next to the main lines of metro to move around and surrounded by restaurants. The hotel offers welcoming coffee in the afternoon. Excellent service, in concrete great experience with Mia for facilitating seamless checking and checkout. Gym with cardio equipment.

Our first time staying in this hotel and generally gave us good impression from the first step inside the lobby. Staff are very polite and helpful. Although room size is not big but it’s neat and clean. Bathroom is clean and so as the towels. It will be perfect If the lighting condition can be improved as we couldn’t see clear from the mirror. Lighting there is quite gloomy! Checking out was efficient and we were surprised with a gift - a bag of Pullman chocolate! Elena was very nice and helpful. Her warm greetings and smile gave our trip a pleasant touch! We’ll come back to this hotel in our future trip to Zhuhai!

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

St Regis Hotel Shenzhen is located at the Grand Theatre Station which is a few stops from Lo Wu Station. It’s also on the way to KK Mall so it is extremely convenient to go eating and shopping there. The guest room is very spacious with a good city view. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the water temperature is just perfect. From the swimming pool, there is also bright sunlight shining through the big windows. The only drawback is that there is some cigarette smell in the toilet and I am not sure it’s inherited from the immediate guest before. Overall, I think it is a first class hotel in SZ and it is good value for money to stay there for a short trip.

Near to luohu station. Very near to Renmi south station exit A line 9, about 100m walk. A lot of eateries, about 15 mins. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, great place to stay. Offer hand made coffee, just request from customer service counter.

Modern and beautiful hotel. Staff were polite and check in was a breeze. Comfortable and clean room with breathtaking view that overlooks the city. Breakfast spread was good. Love the bathtun. Definitely will visit again!

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

Great stay, we got upgraded Lk room which was a surprise. Convenient location! Lucas at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, nice big rooms, great breakfast… but what made this hotel stand out was the service. It was my dad’s birthday and they arranged for a cake to be ready for him when he returned in the evening… what a lovely surprise! After checking out, I left my luggage for safe keeping, but I lost the ticket when I went back for pick up. A big shout out to Zoey and Richard at Hilton for helping me out and I was able to reclaim my luggage really quickly and without stress! The only negative I have to say was that I purchased the afternoon tea and happy hour package, but the afternoon tea was just some ham sandwiches, fruits, cakes and drinks on a “help yourself” system. Not quite the 5-star quality I expected. I will definitely come back but will only go for the breakfast option as that was really nice.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering excellent service. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to get around. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Great amenities and value for money—I highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the Sunshine hotel is perfect, about 200 meters from the GUOMAO subway station. It is very tidy and clean. The international breakfast is delicious, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, Xiao Tang, a young and sweet Madam, gave me a great help when I planned to extend my stay in the hotel. Definitely I will consider staying the hotel on my next trip in Shenzhen.

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

we stayed at the Hilton Tianhe in Guangzhou for one night and the service was amazing. Nicole from front office was around to ensure that nothing went wrong, and kimi at front-desk was very warm and friendly. The check-in also didn't take long. this gave us the feeling of being valued as guests. We were also given an extremely early check-in at 11am, and the 23rd story (the building has a total of 24 stories), and a nice birthday cake as an amenity. The price is reasonable and it is located a short walk away from the mrt (we used exit B2). Based on the hotel's TV information, a shuttle bus might be available, so do email them to ask. A first time visit to Huadu and must stay hotel. Excellent location and walkable distance to Sports World and Hot Miracle Ski world. It's great for first time visit. Also, the Chinese restaurant food is outstanding in taste and presentation. The massage at hotel is also very relaxing. Everyone from young to old enjoyed our family trip.

First time at W Guangzhou. Prompt check in and had a very nice stay. Nice room, bathtub, international breakfast. Also had a nice evening at Woobar with nice band. Kuddos to Alan, Clark and so many staffs that I did not manage to get their names. Definitely recommended to stay!

My impression of this hotel is quite simple: everything was great! I had some trouble when I checked in, but a beautiful and smart salesgirl solved it for me. I'm grateful to her and her colleagues for their kindness. I'd like to stay at this hotel again!

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

Booked this hotel for its two famous restaurants. It’s turns out that the room is also well-maintained and rather spacious. The soundproofing is poor though, not sure whether it’s for all rooms or because we are assigned a room with connected one.

The location is very excellent, close to the metro station, markets and international restaurants. The staff are friendly, the room is good but needs attention to cleanliness. You can see dust in the corners and the bathroom doors are not clean at the top.

First time in Guangzhou and stayed in one of the best hotel. Loved the location, service, cleanliness and space in this hotel. Surrounded with plenty of food, malls and was right above a metro station. Gooding to the Guangzhou Dong HSR is super convenient which is only 3 stations away. Will return to this hotel if going Guangzhou again.

had a connecting room which is very good for family. buffet breakfast was good too. though variety is limited and does not change much daily, the taste is good and love the range of fresh bakeries everyday. they allow take aways too if you rush for time. the only improvement needed would be for the hotel Concierge staffs to be friendlier and more helpful.

This hotel is just amazing with service, atmosphere, gym and swimming pool, all outstanding. Next to a mall is just speechless, can eat all you want from morning to night. Would definitely come again. My family especially my kids love it.

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

Marriott Hotel has always been one of our favorite brands, known for its comfort and reliability. This time, we chose it to celebrate a birthday. They acknowledged my request for room decorations via WeChat, but unfortunately, they overlooked the flower delivery. When we checked in, the flowers were still sitting at the concierge, despite my earlier message—it was quite disappointing to see. On a positive note, we appreciated the room upgrade for the birthday occasion. However, the receptionist at night mistakenly mixed up our room key cards with those of another group of friends, which somewhat spoiled the surprise. The room itself was spacious, and we loved the bathtub, although the air conditioning could have been cooler. Overall, while there were some hiccups, we still enjoyed our stay and the special celebration.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We truly appreciated the hotel arranging a cake for me and providing a playground pass for my child. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options. The service was professional, thanks to the check-in staff and the concierge. The hotel is quite new, and it was convenient to have the mall on the hotel's second floor. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet. Jisoo at the children's playground was exceptionally polite and patient.

2nd over 5 days.It has been a good experience. Especially the 23rd Floor view at night. Fantastic. At price of S$95 per night, i will definitely recommend.

Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.
