I stayed here for three nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment I walked in, the vibe felt calm, modern, and tucked away, exactly what you want from a boutique stay in the middle of Chengdu. What I loved most was the view, especially at night. Watching the city lights reflect off the river felt like having my own private slice of Chengdu. It’s the kind of view that makes you pause, breathe, and realize you’re somewhere special. The room itself was cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The little touches made the stay feel more personal, way better than the big chains. I only wished my room had a heated toilet seat, which I have grown accustomed to at other hotels in China. And the location? Perfect. Taikoo Li, Hejiangting, and all the fun areas were within easy reach, but the hotel still felt peaceful and hidden away from the noise. If you want a stay that gives you comfort, aesthetics, privacy, and beautiful nighttime views, The Hidden House is an easy yes. I would absolutely stay here again.

Facilities: So-so. There's an indoor staircase I've never seen before, it looks just like a basement. WiFi and 5G signals are poor. Cleanliness: Average. Environment: Convenient for dining nearby, very close to Chunxi Road. Service: Decent. Overall, it's acceptable.

Coming to Chengdu Chunxi Road for some shopping and dining, choosing this Mercure hotel was absolutely the right decision! As soon as we stepped through the hotel entrance, a staff member handed us a warm cup of herbal tea, instantly dispelling the fatigue from shopping. The front desk lady was not only warm and attentive, but she also proactively added us on WeChat and shared an incredibly detailed guide to Chunxi Road's shopping and dining spots, even clearly marking which hot pot restaurants didn't have a wait. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft it made us fall asleep in an instant. The free laundry and drying service was a lifesaver for our short trip; no more carrying around dirty clothes! The afternoon tea every day was the highlight – we even got to enjoy Häagen-Dazs ice cream, filling us with sweet happiness. To get this kind of service at this price point, the value for money is just incredible. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Xiao Dan at the front desk checked in quickly and gave away toys for the children. The facilities and equipment in the room were relatively complete and the room was large. great location. walking distance to center. lots of restaurants and shopping around. the only thing is the hotel elevator is outside the door not inside hotel. I did not like when the front desk lady urged me to give 5 stars as review by giving me small souvenir. I want to give honest review because I rely on the reviews on trip.com for my hotel choices this hotel is good bargain.

Overall, the stay was quite good, and the room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is about the Cloud Cafe on the 19th floor. The hotel offers complimentary tea and drinks for guests until 11 PM. We arrived around 10:30 PM, just planning to have a hot tea and then leave. However, the female employee was very impatient and rude, giving us a dirty look. She told us she still had to clean before she could leave. Of course, we were very cooperative and understood that her job wasn't easy; as soon as she told us it was closing time, we promptly left. It was just the sour face and impolite tone that made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed here and spent 2 days/1 night in Leshan. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor and you access it via a lift from ground level. The reception is located on the 2nd floor, it has views from the river. The staff is super helpful and very communicative, the breakfast is super tasty, and the rooms are super spacious and clean and within a reasonable price range. The hotel features traditional Chinese style architecture, minimalist interior, and clean. It is also really well located close to shops, restaurants and riverwalk. The hotel is called 'a beautiful dream hotel', and I had many dreams while staying here! Wish we could have stayed longer, definitely recommend.

Imagine being able to lie in your room and watch the sunrise and sunset over Mount Siguniang, capturing incredibly clear photos with just your phone. What more could you ask for? Well, there's actually more! The room amenities are thoughtfully chosen: a Marshall speaker, a Dyson hairdryer (though I didn't dare wash my hair to use it), and all the furniture is quite upscale. The 270-degree window offers Mount Siguniang's gaze on one side and the companionship of the forest on the other (I imagine the colors change with each season). What more could you ask for? And yes, there's even more. The service here is exceptional. All the staff, both the young ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling, and greeting you with genuine care. When I ran out of water, they brought me some in the middle of the night. When I experienced altitude sickness, they immediately brought me glucose water and an oxygen tank. There's a shuttle bus service to and from Changping Valley Tourist Center, and we didn't have to touch our luggage at all. Interestingly, we stayed at hotels belonging to the same group for our two nights in Shuangqiao Valley and Changping Valley. First, we were woken by a dream, then we gazed at the starry sky. It feels like fate, and it also shows that our taste in hotels is consistently good. We'll definitely be back next time.

If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. Good hotel with great service. Perfect for families using Didi, as it's not near the train station. Walkable to Chunxi Lu. Loved the fast laundry service and self-service washing and drying machines. Breakfast repeats every other day. Overall, a very good stay. But if u need aircon, high tech facilities and toilet basin with warmer, this is not the hotel for u. No aircon only fan mode during winter
