The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is rich with all kinds of food, including a good continental breakfast selection. The rooms are wide and have an office space that is ideal for business trips. But the real good value is the staff. The hotel's employees are well-trained, professional, and extremely kind and helpful in all departments. It was amazing to stay in this hotel knowing that so many people have the goal of making your stay comfortable and easy. I will go back soon!

During my recent stay at The Oberoi Bengaluru, I was truly captivated by the serene beauty and exceptional service offered by this magnificent hotel. Nestled in the bustling heart of the city on Mahatma Gandhi Road, it provided a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. From the moment I arrived, the hotel's lush, award-winning gardens, with their towering raintrees, offered a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, an iPad for in-room customization, and Ayurvedic toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my stay. One of the standout features was the impeccable service. The personal butlers were attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring that every need was met with grace and efficiency. The dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse range of cuisines that catered to every palate. Whether it was the sumptuous Indian dishes or the delectable Italian fare, every meal was a culinary delight. The spa and wellness facilities were the perfect antidote to a busy day, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with the use of wind energy and EV charging stations highlighting their dedication to the environment. Overall, The Oberoi Bengaluru provided an unforgettable experience, seamlessly combining modern luxury with timeless elegance. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent stay in Bengaluru. --- I hope this review captures the essence of your experience. It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Good business hotel. Breakfast delightful because Kendernath sorted everything! Room comfortable but not well cleaned and some furniture needs updating - very scratched and ‘lived in’.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Everything perfect , The reception and staff are helpful and the rooms are maintained well., there is a need of small windows., the about 24/7 ac....and the shower water adjusted very slow flow., I think the management look it in to the matter because shower 🚿 is the most important part of the beginning and end routines of the guest., so the stars are less...

I have stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Bangalore. Horel is located almost near the geographical center of the city. And while it is convenient from the trainsportation side of things, there is almost nothing to see in the near vicinity, except maybe gurudwara across the street. However, offices of the several IT-companies are in 10-minutes of walk, so this accomodation may be useful for business trip. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is impecable. Also, when I was checking in, there was a nise bonus in the form of bar and spa vouchers. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in the property and recommend it to everyone visiting the city.

GGuest UserI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay. From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management. There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control. A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights. Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit. Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus. The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong. Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste. All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

GGuest UserThe road to the hotel was a bit of a pain due to sewer pipe construction, so I had to pull over and take a carrier. Changing course meant a 5-minute detour. Once the construction was finished, it was a 15-minute ride from the metro station. It cost 330 rupees to take a local bus from the airport, and took a total of 2 hours. Shall we take Uber? By the way, the bus was empty.
