Really really love to stay there. The location, the breakfast, the room and facilities very complete and comfortable. My favourite is massage when back to hotel. Really relaxing đ. Will be stay again in the Forza Nagasaki if going back Nagasaki again
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is fantasticâconvenient for getting around, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible design. Every corner of the hotel has a strong sense of style, with thoughtful details that create a unique atmosphere. And as a special highlight, the view of the pitch was absolutely amazingâit gave the whole experience a thrilling stadium feel. Highly recommended for both design lovers and sports fans
đ The room is spacious and clean, offering all the necessary amenities, including a microwave. The bathroom is exceptionally large. Also, all the lights are conveniently controlled by remote.
đď¸ The hotel is situated on a narrow street just off the main road. The location is ideal, with Peace Park Nagasaki and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum within walking distance. A short walk to the tram station provides easy access to other attractions. A Lawson convenience store is just 200 meters away. Though the area is a bit dim at night, it remains safe for walking.
đ Parking is available for 1,500 Yen per night. While it might seem a bit high, but nearby parking options are limited. Additionally, the receptionist speaks English, which is very convenient for foreign tourists.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything about this hotel just worked. The room was clean, spacious and properly laid out. And the amenities were fantastic. From the natural hot spring to the massage chairs to the free refreshments and free evening (small) ramen. There is a shopping mall across the road (AMU Plaza) and also a tram stop a stone throw away. The breakfast was good but nothing to write about. And if thatâs not close enough, there is a 7-Eleven next door (and connected to the hotel).
We are coming with family occupied two rooms. Front office staff are very nice and arrange us on the same floor. The rooms are big enough to open two large suitcases. The double bed is so huge that can sleep three people. The only complaint is the car park arrangement, this information need to post in the website for us to aware in advance as the carpark is not on the same building and there is no space to park the car for unloading the luggages. The front office staff only tell us we cannot drive through the building at that time cars cannot enter. We need to park to two designated parking areas which make us in a hurry to drive away the car.
Great hotel, next to the Shinkansen station. Unfortunately no English speaking reception. Amenity bar is good and very clean. Only the bed is so small; you canât call this a 2-personsbed! When they clean all rooms, they use the hallway for all linen and cleaning stuff, a bit unprofessiona
Good location and quiet and comfortable rooms . Very nice bedding and good mattress .Â
No communal spaces in the hotel other than the lobby . No living room .
No laundry service at the weekend .
No English speaking  staff and google translate didnât seem to work for them which meant I had a lot of frustration in trying to find out some information .
If I spoke Japanese it would be a lot easier
This is one of the best guesthouses I have stayed at so far, and I highly recommend it. The bedrooms are semi-private, so you can maintain a fair amount of privacy even though it is a guesthouse. The interior is decorated in white, giving it a clean feel. The location is close to Chinatown and the shopping district, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff are also very friendly. A simple but complimentary breakfast is included. This is a guesthouse I would like to use again if I have the opportunity.
The check-in and check-out procedures were conducted smoothly. The hotel is conveniently situated in close proximity to Nagasaki Station and the local city tram station. A convenience store and a shopping mall are located nearby, directly below the hotel. The hotel itself is located on the second floor of the shopping mall, requiring an escalator ride to access. The room was clean and spacious for a solo traveler, even featuring a dedicated area for hanging clothes. The bathtub was also quite satisfactory and clean. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return should I visit Nagasaki again in the future.

Great
JJethro_NganAfter picking up our rental car at Fukuoka Airport, we drove straight to Hotel Okura JR Huis Ten Bosch. The hotel itself is like a grand castle, perfectly blending in with the nearby Huis Ten Bosch theme park â quite a spectacular sight! The room was incredibly spacious, which is a rare find in Japan. We also highly recommend the buffet lunch in the hotel lobby; it offered a good variety of dishes at a reasonable price. Definitely worth trying!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location and cleanliness were outstanding, as expected. But what really stood out was how incredibly helpful and friendly all the staff members were. The person who assisted us with check-in was particularly amazing; knowing we had an early flight the next day, they went above and beyond by arranging a taxi, organizing a car to take us to the pickup point, and even showing concern for our meal plans. We're truly grateful for their kindness.
TTCYLWe had a connecting room facing Huis Ten Bosch. There's a private entrance that people staying at Hotel Nikko can use to get into the amusement park which closes at 9.30am.
If you are early, you can check in first and leave your luggage. The staff will bring them to the room when the room is ready while we went to the amusement park.
The facilities are dated but clean. There's onsen that we can use and the breakfast spread is tasty đ
Staff are very friendly.
__M1355235****It's located on a pretty steep hill, and there isn't much commercial activity around. You'll need to take a bus to get into the city center. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, conveniently named after the hotel itself. Make sure you get off at that stop; getting off even one or two stops earlier will mean a steep climb.
It's not far from the summit of Mount Inasa, and there's a direct bus. If you miss the bus after enjoying the night view, a taxi back to the hotel is only about a 5-minute ride and reasonably priced.
The hotel's own free rooftop observation deck is absolutely amazing, and enjoying a drink and the night view in the lounge is also very pleasant.
There's a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Nagasaki Station.
There's also a hot spring (onsen).

GGuest UserLocation-wise, the hotel is conveniently right in front of the Ohato Station of the Nagasaki tramway system, and is a very walkable distance away from many attractions including Dejimamachi, Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown, and the Nagasaki Seaside Park. The cleanliness of the room and hallways was excellent and the front desk receptionists were kind and welcoming. The coin laundry room has 4 washing machines and 4 dryers (as of Sept 2025; do note that the coin laundry room feels like a free sauna when at least 4 machines are running), the wifi for guests worked consistently, and the smoke-free policy meant that no areas smelled of smoke. The air conditioning for the rooms was sufficiently cool, the lighting control and mini alarm clock by the bed worked well, and overall the room felt very cozy and comfortable to stay in. Because the single room has a relatively narrow entrance walkway, try to avoid bringing multiple pieces of large luggage as there may not be space to open them at the same time. I greatly enjoyed my stay here (especially it being my first solo trip), and would book it again if returning to Nagasaki in the future.
çççćžä¸ĺ°Stayed one night in this hotel, the interior is new and clean. The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture.
This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one. I personally like the public bath a lot, especially the outdoor pool. The room has the body wash and shampoo, other toiletries can be self service from the reception.
Not forget about the location, just a stone throw away from 2 tram stations, basically you could travel around Nagasaki from these 2 tram stations.
One thing worth mentioning is, the bus no 5 that goes to Inasa-yama park cable care and slope care station, is just few minutes from the hotel, which is a pleasant surprise and saves me a lot of time when I was trying to find my way to the park.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, highly recommend it!
PPonyTaroA very comfortable hotel located just about 400 metres from Nagasaki Station, with a tram stop, bus stop, and a convenience store right at the doorstep. Getting around is incredibly easy, as it sits right in the heart of everything. Glover Garden, the Atomic Bomb Museum, Peace Park, and Chinatown are all just a few tram stops away. You can even walk to Mt. Inasayama in around 10 minutes, which makes visiting for the famous night view especially convenient.
The room was clean and cozy. The public bath was spacious, with multiple tubs to choose from. There are also laundry and dryer machines available (three of each), though you may need to time your usage a bit.
The breakfast was excellent, especially for those who enjoy Japanese-style options. It included a rotating selection of Nagasaki specialties such as champon, Goto udon, and sara udon. There were also breads, salads, and made-to-order egg dishes. However, it might feel a bit pricey if you do not prefer Japanese-style breakfasts, as they make up around 60% of the selection.
GGuest UserThe hotel bedding is comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. The facilities are complete, and the soundproofing is good. Overall, the stay experience was excellent, offering great value for money. It's highly recommended, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It's a hotel with a lot of character.
