"It was an easy walk from ShinImamiya station ( that has direct line to/ fro Kansai airport ) to the hotel, I was greeted with friendly hotel staffs. Check in was seamless and fuss free . Room was clean , reasonable size and it was comfy in term of bed size and lovely pillows , with very cute PJ , fitted with bath tub, plenty of food option , with a Mega Donki, Sugi pharmacy for late night shopping. Being in Shinsekai mean lot of food options, and nearby subway / JR lines made easy and seamless travel to many places. Love the place and will definitely stay there again :)"

"This Hotel Vischio Osaka by JR West is in an absolutely fantastic location! It's just a few minutes' walk from Higobashi subway station, making it super convenient to get to Nakanoshima and the Science Museum. There are tons of restaurants nearby too, so finding a place to eat is a breeze. The hotel itself has a charming retro-luxury vibe, and the rooms are spotless. The in-room dryer is a lifesaver for travelers, and the large windows offer great views and plenty of natural light. Since it opened in 2020, all the facilities are modern and new. It's generally quiet and peaceful. I stayed in a twin room by myself, and there was plenty of space, and the bedding was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were kind and attentive. It offers great value for money, and the flexible free cancellation policy is a bonus. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Osaka's Nishi district. I'll be staying here again!"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and got a great deal, probably because it was the off-season. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. We had an amazing overall experience during our stay. My child absolutely loved the rooftop area and enjoyed a lot (I’ve attached a photo of it!). The view from the hotel was also beautiful. Location-wise, it’s perfect. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Namba (the main market), and the surrounding local market area is also fantastic. Highly recommended!"

"Had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent — right next to Dotonbori Street, making it super convenient for food, shopping, and sightseeing. Everything was within walking distance, and the area was lively both day and night. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka. If you’re staying at main tower residence, you can request for daily housekeeping at no extra cost. Otherwise it’ll be scheduled housekeeping, maybe once every 3-4 days."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling Shinsaibashi area. It's incredibly lively at night with tons of food options, especially a wide variety of snacks. Across from the hotel is Japan's largest Don Quijote 24-hour drugstore, making shopping super convenient. The hotel rooms themselves are quite spacious, and the bathroom has a nice wet/dry separation, which is a plus."

"The hotel is quite new and very clean, with modern facilities and comfortable rooms. The lobby can get a bit crowded at times, but that is quite common for hotels located in the city center of Osaka. The service is average—staff are generally helpful, though not particularly exceptional. Overall, it is a good option for travelers who value a clean and convenient place to stay in a central location"

"The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from the subway station, and there's a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs. It's much quieter here at night compared to the American Village area. About a 3-5 minute walk away, there's a Tamade supermarket where you can buy daily necessities that locals would. The alley isn't super clean, but it's acceptable. The front desk staff are very polite; even though there's no room cleaning service, they promptly help with trash disposal. The room's cleanliness was also pretty good."

"Had a really good stay here. Location was excellent as it is just 1 station away from Namba so easy access to/from airport. It is just a short walk from Shinsaibashi station(Midosuji line) exit 2, go straight when you see dean & deluca cafe, and take the escalator up at North 8. Go through 1 block of the shopping street and turn right when you see krispy kreme. It is literally a few steps away from the shopping street so it was very convenient! Right in front of the hotel is patagonia and there is a family mart just beside. Check in and out was a breeze and staff was friendly. As for the room itself, it is very clean and spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed. Able to open 1 large and 1 cabin sized luggage. The toilet also has sufficient space to move around and there is a bathtub. The bed was soft and we really had a good sleep for 8 nights. Only thing to note is that cleaning will be done every 3 days but if you want to clear your trash or change your towels, you can leave them outside your room before 1pm. There is also coin laundry in the hotel itself which is convenient but take note that there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer on 3 different floors, so if you are lucky like us you don't have to wait to use them. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and really glad I chose this hotel for my trip. Will definitely be back here."
