Loved the location, near to Ebisucho metro station. Walking distances to Shinsekai Tower. Loved the supermarket nearby. The hotel staff are all very helpful. Ryu at the front desk helped me with the luggage delivery. The room was cleaned every day. Thank you to the house keeping teams, they worked hard in cleaning the room thoroughly. The free ramen was really good, I missed it already. The staff in the restaurant did very good job in keeping the restaurant cleaned and very patient with the guests although some guests didn’t cleaned their own dishes. Well done to them. We love the hotel and will come back

We stayed in a triple room. While not huge, the room was perfectly fine and incredibly well-appointed, showcasing the meticulous attention to detail typical of Japanese service. For instance, demonstrating their thoughtfulness towards guests, each bed was equipped with numerous power outlets and USB ports for charging devices. They even provided useful amenities like a shoe dryer, which was a very considerate touch. Each floor also featured a water station, offering ice, water, and iced water – a really thoughtful amenity, especially welcome during the hot summer months. A microwave was also provided, and boiling water was quite convenient. Our room offered a direct view of Universal Studios, where we could watch people on the roller coasters. The 31st floor boasted a lovely public bath, and what's more, after a relaxing soak, you could claim a complimentary ice cream or beer. Taking a moment to unwind by the window afterwards was absolutely delightful. Breakfast was just average, with a limited selection, though the dishes did offer a distinct local flavor.

It was great to be able to use the Mirable shower. I was also impressed that they also had a ReFa hair dryer and curling iron. The room was very spacious and I was able to relax. There was also a massage chair. I would like to use it again next time I visit Osaka.

This hotel is fantastic! It's incredibly convenient, located just 10 meters from Yotsubashi Subway Station, right outside Exit 2. Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori are only 1.2 km away, so you can easily walk there to explore the area by night. Plus, there's a supermarket right next door, which is very affordable and handy for grabbing essentials. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. While the rooms aren't huge, they are very well-equipped and even include a fridge, which is incredibly handy. On the second floor, there's a free hot and cold water dispenser, saving you from buying bottled water. They also have a microwave and an ice machine available for guests, which is super convenient for heating up meals or getting ice anytime. They also offer luggage storage, which is a thoughtful touch. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka.

Well, when I checked in on the first day I’ve had a bad experience with the receptionist, rude attitude - due to the system error suddenly my booking for two-twin bed became 1 person stay only!!? And the cost for additional person seriously no joke! This hotel doesn’t clean your room throughout your stay (mineral water only provided on the first day) but they do change your towels & provide amenities on a daily basis. Lowson (convenience store) is connected with the hotel. Plus point - location, I strongly recommend this hotel! Very close to the subway (Higobashi station), exit 2 just walk straight for less than 5min you’ll reach Welina. Also, it’s within the Osaka central, if you rely heavily on public transportation then this hotel could be a good option, access easily to Osaka’s main centres - Umeda & Namba just two or three different stations away.

The room is spacious in Japan, and the shower area is separate and great. There are 3 Dotonbori Crystal Hotel, don't go to the wrong one. The hotel is in a quiet location. There are shower caps, razors, etc. in the small cabinet facing the front desk on the first floor. Bottled water is not in the room, you need to get it at the front desk. In general, the cost performance is relatively high.

Very comfortable and nice pace to stay! Tidy and clean, amazing Japanese style breakfast, location is right next to the subway station one dude and famous Osaka castle an other side. Highly recommend! Thanks for your hospitality!!!

It's directly near the train station. It takes by train around 30 to 50 minutes to the airport. So the location is very convenient if you are going to the airport the next day. The service is very good. The employers also speak English and I got recommendations from them for where to buy Matcha. There's a big supermarket near the hotel.Thanks. It's very clean. I saw they also keep cleaning 🧹 the floor. There are free teas at the lobby. For the information, the restaurant also provides dinner. So the guests don't have to go searching for food. There's hot spring but I didn't try. The breakfast is good. They have something what I have not seen in other hotels. Like 可儿必思calpis。 I would recommend this hotel.

We spent a night at Cross Hotel Osaka before an early flight the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Namba Station (Exit 14) and right next to Dotonbori, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and eateries. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and we appreciated the option to enjoy a ‘socking bath’ after a long day of sightseeing. The value for the price was excellent, and we were really impressed. We would love to explore other hotels in this chain in the future!

I had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room were big and the beds were awesome! What I love is they had a shoes dryer which is so helpful. The location was convenient, and overall, I enjoyed the experience. Would consider staying here again!
