I booked classic room. A little old but spacious. Apart from that, it was amazing! B1 is for kids!!! They have alot of games/ stations for kids to play whole day! Onsen also included!! On good day, you can stars glazing too. They have lounge access for classic room too. Small snack section. Classic room really basic, dont expect too much. This hotel was my pit stop before heading back to Tokyo (:
Staying here when visiting Fuji-Q Highland is incredibly convenient. You get priority park entry in the morning, and you can even register your facial recognition for the park directly in the hotel's basement. The highway bus stop is right outside the hotel. The breakfast restaurant offers stunning views, and the food selection is both diverse and delicious. I also booked dinner, which was equally satisfying. The executive floor is definitely worth it!
Free shuttle service between Lake Kawaguchiko and the hotel, with frequent runs. The shuttle from Kawaguchiko Station departs from platform 10. There are also shuttle buses to Mishima and Gotemba. Breakfast was decent. You can rent electric bicycles nearby, and it's not far from the lake with many dining options. There's also an interesting stone accessory shop nearby. It's a few minutes' walk to Lawson, and you can even get a view of Mount Fuji from there. Guests can try the rock bath for 1000 yen, which also includes a sauna, and it's not crowded, very comfortable. Overall, it exceeded expectations – incredibly convenient.
The location is easy for travellers with cars. Otherwise shuttle bus to town is not available all the time. Breakfast is good, dinner not so much. Wet and foggy during our star so couldn’t see much views. Staff don’t speak much English which makes the stay not pleasant. Hotel facility is great, and clean, nice resort when you have car and speak Japanese.
The room was clean.
Amenities were provided.
The breakfast was varied and delicious.
It was a wonderful hotel with a Japanese feel throughout.
I also used the large public bath,
but there was visible dust on the fan in the changing room.
The ice cream and lemon water after the bath was very good.
I would like to use it again.
This hotel is absolutely great value for money for couples! The service was superb, the shuttle arrived promptly, and the food was exquisite. The yukata (kimono) were perfect for photos, especially for women who had many styles to choose from. The staff were also very helpful with taking pictures, whether it was using our phones to pose with Mount Fuji or our instant camera. We had a really wonderful day!
Renting an electric scooter at the entrance costs 150 RMB per day, but you have to park it at designated spots. Taxis are even more expensive. The owner, an auntie from Northeast China, is very friendly, and the front desk staff from Zhejiang is also nice. The on-site hot spring is very comfortable. In the evenings, the cafeteria on the first floor turns into a KTV, playing only Chinese songs; I didn't notice what time it closed. The hotel is located at the starting point of Lake Yamanaka, and cycling around the lake is very enjoyable.
The room was very clean. The best parts of the hotel include free supper noodles which were yummy, free icecream in evening, free Yakult in morning and massage chairs. We were also able to park our rental car in their car garage (for an extra fee)
Traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, dinner is more exquisite, hot spring water quality is very good. Booked a relatively high cost performance, Japanese friends said that they are not so cheap in Japan. Next time I bring my family will stay
I stayed here many years ago and loved it, so I booked another two nights this time. Although the price has gone up significantly, the food was just okay, and you still have to pay tax even if you don't use the hot springs.
The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for boating and taking the cable car. There's also a supermarket and several restaurants nearby.
If you're coming to Lake Kawaguchiko, it's still a decent choice.

Very Good
EEvan 勾勾The location is more suitable for driving to, much like being in a forest resort. Although the rooms show signs of age, the space is very spacious and comfortable. While it's a bit inconvenient to walk a distance to reach the hot springs within the resort, it can still be considered a pleasant stroll.
MM238400****I booked this room specifically for the Mt. Fuji view. It was much cheaper than other hotels in the area, but really, all you're getting is the view and a place to sleep. I hadn't booked a room with an outdoor hot spring, but there wasn't even a bathtub in the bathroom, nor a large public bath. For this price, I really think there should be a tub. For meals, sukiyaki was the only option, so thankfully I'd bought some ready-to-eat meals at 7-Eleven. The view was good though.

SShanghaiqianqianThis hotel might be the best value for money by the lake. It's directly facing Lake Kawaguchiko, and Mount Fuji is right to the left, so you can enjoy beautiful views without even leaving the hotel. The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich and the hotel service is excellent. Highly recommended!
SStephaniezdpThe room is a Japanese-style tatami, and there's a hot spring right on the first floor, located by Lake Kawaguchiko. Dining at night can be a bit of a hassle; if you don't want to eat at the hotel, you'll need to walk about ten minutes to an izakaya. Be sure to check the bus schedule at the entrance beforehand, otherwise, it's nearly a 20-minute walk to Kawaguchiko Station. There are buses to the outlet mall at 9:10 AM and 10:10 AM, but on popular days, it's advisable to buy tickets in advance as there might not be seats available if you buy on the spot. On-site purchases require a credit card or cash; Alipay and WeChat are not accepted. I imagine Lake Kawaguchiko would be beautiful during cherry blossom season, but in winter, I personally prefer staying at Lake Yamanakako for the beautiful lakeside cycling.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff can understand English and Mandarin, can communicate accordingly, and are very polite to guests. The facilities provided by the hotel are also good, and the hotel is next to the cable car attraction, which is very close and convenient. The hygiene is also good. Thanks to the staff for their help.
__WeChat42915****The hotel service was excellent. They had a private car pick us up from the station and also dropped us off when we checked out. After checking in, both dinner and breakfast were meticulously arranged, and the onsen was very comfortable. My only minor regret is that check-out is quite early at 10 AM, which doesn't leave enough time for another dip in the onsen after breakfast. On the bright side, our room on the 3rd floor offered a view of Mount Fuji.
AAnonymous UserI love everything here, the room, the view from the room, the onsen and the dinner set. Just a couple of small things. When I asked if we could use the hotel bicycles, the front says it’s not for guests. However, I did saw a couple of tourists ride them the next day. One thing I think could be improved is, door lock is still using key. Would be better if changed to keycard.
ZZac ZhangThis is the BEST Japanese hotel I've ever stayed, best facilities and Services, with Mt Fuji view right in your room. We've requested to stay in room 442, which has the best view of Mt. Fuji from the Onsen in your room
