I stayed for 2 nights (31st January and 1st February) and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable.
The location is excellent — very close to Hassan II Mosque, the Old Medina, and the railway station. Everything is nearby, so if you like walking, it’s a perfect place with all facilities easily accessible.
Good stay, polite people. Some good choices for breakfast. Rooms look new, luxurious bed and towels with high quality soap and shampoo. Not sure why we were not provided with daily complimentary water and tea. Near to shops and supermarket so we were able to buy water and any other essentials. Loved Morocco!
Manal was super helpful, also room service was great and fantastic, room was very very clean and smells great and well organized, also the breakfast was delicious and all the employees working there were super sweet and helpful will a lot of patience. Thank you very much. Also the security at main door was helpful and helped me with my bag checking in and out.
The hotel's location in the old city center is quite good.
Transportation-wise, there are two metro lines right downstairs, which is very convenient.
Check-in was well-organized.
I was assigned a high-floor sea view room, and you can see the ocean.
The room size was decent, and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast offered local specialties.
Overall, it's a recommendable hotel.
The front desk staff were very warm and responsible. There was one woman who could speak a few specific Chinese phrases really well (like ”WiFi password,” ”thank you,” and ”breakfast at 7 o'clock”). The only thing to note is that guests from China or Europe should bring their own hair dryer, as the rooms don't come with one by default.
The hotel is great: everything is new, looks fresh and fancy. Breakfast was plentiful, with great choice. Location is nice - not in the very center, but close to everything needed. The only flaw of the hotel - they have loud parties every evening. It is impossible to avoid this noise and loud music - from 7pm to 11pm everyday, no matter if you close the windows - you will be unable to relax. Maybe rooms that look at the street are better, but not sure.
Ideal for those looking for just a place to sleep, decently clean, easy walk to places or short taxi ride from CB old town and Hassan II Mosque.
Zac at reception was friendly and available, nice guy!

This hotel was perfect for our one-night layover before flying out of Casablanca. Its main draw was its close proximity to Rick's Cafe, which was easily walkable. As an Accor Novotel property, it consistently met international brand service standards, living up to expectations with good service and dining options.
My top choice for business trips. Even with a minor hiccup, it was still a good stay.

IIakov LiloA great hotel. Stylish, beautiful rooms. A very good restaurant downstairs, with decent breakfasts. You can try Moroccan cuisine!
The room had a slight smell, the rooms were outdated in places.
The staff is very helpful. They try hard to make your stay at a good level.
Taxi from the airport 300 dirhams. To the airport 350.
Holidays in Morocco are a unique experience.
BBouchra kiramiI stayed at Barceló in a king-bed room. Overall, everything was good, and the room was well equipped with most of the amenities you need. The only missing items were toothbrushes and slippers.
However, there wasn’t much variety at breakfast—very limited choices. For a hotel rated five stars on Booking and TripAdvisor, I expected a much better breakfast. Instead, it felt more like a one-star hotel breakfast.
Otherwise, the room quality was very good.
GGuest UserThis was a welcome Oasis which we booked for a night due to a sufficiently long layover to justify. This case it was around 15 hours and it would be overnight so it was decided to book this hotel in order to be a bit more comfortable and refreshed for the next day's leg. For those who are sensitive, there does appear to be evidence to suggest scented product use throughout the establishment... But it's not too overpowering such as on the Royal Air Morocco's aircraft.... Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The rooms are neat and tidy and well laid out with sufficient room to move about in. It's a surprisingly quiet area given its proximity to the airport. And it has a free shuttle which is currently running every 30 minutes on the hour. Give yourself a little bit of extra time to find where the shuttle is though as it may not be particularly apparent. The breakfast spread is very delicious and the fact that they had the famous Moroccan mint tea and bottomless cups really made my day! My only regret in staying here is that it was a bit of an excursion to go into the city to do some proper sightseeing and take in all the wonders of Casablanca.... Even if I've only seen the movie once ;) ... But this isn't on the hotel.... And hopefully I look forward to visiting again and spending a bit more time to explore this interesting region. A thoroughly endearing part of this hotel were some cats patrolling the premises.

GGuest UserGood location, good service, continental breakfast, a little old, that's it, sea view room, you can see flocks of seabirds landing on the trees
IIsmailThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.
PPaogedxbThis hotel was quite a pleasant surprise! For such a great price, I got a budget hotel with a good location and clean environment. The only downside was the difficulty with parking. If they could sort out the parking, I think their business would be even better.
JjhjqThis hotel and restaurant is run by three Chinese women. We booked a deluxe double room, which was quite spacious, very new, and clean. Their Chinese restaurant is supposedly the best in Casablanca, and it really lives up to its reputation. Our Chinese friends working locally treated us to a meal there, and it was incredibly authentic – it didn't feel like eating Chinese food abroad at all. They have three chefs: one from Guangdong, one from Sichuan, and I forget where the third one is from. There are Chinese staff at the front desk, so communication was seamless. You can also directly scan WeChat to exchange RMB for Dirhams, which is something other hotels don't offer. Breakfast is a Chinese buffet, quite rich, with congee, soy milk, steamed buns, twisted rolls, and tea eggs. The hotel is very close to Mohammed V Square and the Old Medina, within walking distance, and there's a tram stop nearby, making transportation convenient. There are also many coffee shops and juice bars in the vicinity. Perhaps what needs improvement is the enthusiasm of the staff; when Chinese people meet other Chinese people, not even a basic 'hello' is offered.
Sspin the globe, Earth RouletteThis guest house delivers exceptional hospitality with gracious, attentive hosts who make you feel truly welcomed. The property is located in a safe and serene area, surrounded by a warm and inviting atmosphere. My stay included beautifully prepared meals, as well as seamless airport pickup and drop-off at no additional cost. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, with all fees covered at the time of booking, allowing for a truly effortless and refined experience.
