At the hotel, our experience was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided us with exceptional treatment, making us feel welcome and cared for at all times. The outdoor pool was a true oasis of tranquility, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything needed for a 10 stay. Additionally, we decided to have a massage at the hotel spa, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations, leaving us completely revitalized.

Gostamos muito da estadia neste hotel. Atendimento excelente e tudo muito limpo com cuidado nos mínimos detalhes. Deram uma flor ás mulheres no pequeno almoço. Apenas duas coisas a apontar,
o acesso ao spa faz com que se tenha de passar pela área de restaurante e bar, onde recai também a segunda crítica, de que deveriam disponibilizar robes a todos os hóspedes de forma a não ter de vestir e despir a própria roupa ao chegar ao mesmo e ter de passar por estas áreas do hotel, o que não acontece. De resto estava tudo 5 estrelas.

Well located, there is free parking.
Spacious and well-equipped room. Everything is new.
There is free coffee, tea, and water on the ground floor 24 hours a day. There is a microwave and tables so you can eat what you bring. A real success.
They accept animals. We brought a small dog, which requires an extra charge. However, they did not give me a bed or a water bowl.

Very good location, close to village center with a lot of shops nearby.
All staff was super friendly, and room was super clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. The hotel has a very calm ambiance with gorgeous views to the river Vez. Parking was also available. I definitely recommend a stay at the hotel.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. We especially loved the breakfast and spa. GGuest UserThis was one of the best and most unique hotels we've ever visited. The location is perfect, there are tons of shops, restaurants, and bakeries, plus several historical sites and museums that are must-see. The hotel's chocolate museum is truly an incredible experience, especially in the education of the history of chocolate and the cocoa bean. And the chocolate products themselves are fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel if you are planing to visit this town.

Loved the thick granite walls and original wooden doors/shutters with hardware, antiques and displays everywhere, beautiful view, and even a pool. It is situated in a quaint little area by a church and you can easily walk down to the river. The area around Ponte da Barca is absolutely beautiful and fun to explore. The hosts are very friendly and offered a lovely breakfast.

NNick DewhirstHad the room all to myself. It's a really modern property overlooking the sea /river. The breakfast was excellent as ever. Great stop off between Porto and Santiago de Compostela. Sadly only two trains per day!
