Hotels With Breakfast in Chon Buri Province, Thailand

The hotel is relatively close to the Sanctuary of Truth, about 1.x kilometers away. However, it's quite far from Terminal 21 and the bustling beach area. The upside is that there are various restaurants and massage parlors along the way. The downside is that you'll need to rely on songthaews for all your transportation, and during the May Day holiday, with many Thais also on vacation, the roads were extremely congested. My advice is to prioritize places closer to Terminal 21 for easier access. The air conditioning in the room blew very cold. Even though it was directed towards the window, the cold air bounced back to the head of the bed, and the bed faced a mirror... I woke up feeling cold in the morning because the air blew all night. Turning it up made it too hot, and turning it down just increased the fan speed, making it cold again. The AC filter was extremely dirty, covered in a layer of dust, and the bathroom exhaust fan was the same. It felt unhealthy. It seems like they host a lot of tour groups. A 1000 baht deposit is required, and they'll give you a receipt. Make sure to proactively present the receipt when checking out to get your deposit back, as the front desk won't remind you... speechless... Breakfast was decent for a couple of days, but eating it more than that would get repetitive.

A pleasant location with a magnificent view. The pool and view deserve five stars! As for breakfast, there is a wide variety of dishes, so everyone can find something to their liking. I give a good rating for the location and service, but there are some aspects that really surprised me: Apart from the small hotel grounds, there is nowhere to walk because there is a large vacant lot nearby with lots of dogs. These dogs constantly run onto the hotel grounds and sometimes fight with each other, so it cannot be called safe... Be careful and have a nice stay!😌

The hotel offers a wide variety of food, and the dining area is spacious. The staff are also very enthusiastic. Most importantly, the surrounding environment is excellent and very quiet, which is perfect for those who need absolute peace and quiet to sleep.

The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, but the air conditioning wasn't very cool. They have bowling, a pool table, and a kids' zone. Parking is convenient, and the room view is stunning. The hallways are beautiful and don't feel spooky at all. I'll definitely go back.

Loved it! The environment was fantastic, and the room was huge with a bathtub, which my friend and I both really enjoyed. The only minor issue was that there weren't enough bellhops at the entrance. They got quite busy when there were a lot of guests checking in or out. When we left, no one was available to help us load our luggage into the car, but it wasn't a huge deal. Every staff member inside was very friendly, and the restaurant food was quite good too.

I had a very good stay at Prima House Pattaya. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff are friendly and helpful, and overall the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. It’s a great option for travelers looking for a relaxing stay in Pattaya. However, as a digital nomad, I noticed one point that could be improved. There is no dedicated space for working on a laptop or computer. There is a café called Calender, but it closes at 17:00, which makes it difficult for people who work online or need a quiet place in the evening. I believe the hotel could do even better by adding a small co-working area or extending the café hours. This would make Prima House an excellent choice not only for tourists, but also for digital nomads and remote workers. Overall, a very good hotel with great potential.

I originally booked a premium room, but was a bit disappointed to find it was a connecting room. The front desk upgraded me to a much better room. I had several interactions with them, and their service was excellent every time. I even got a towel elephant! The private beach's sand wasn't the best, but the fact that it was uncrowded made up for it. It's a shame I missed out on the cafe and happy hour.

It's very peaceful and quiet. There's limited parking. The staff are lovely. I'll definitely stay here again. I loved it so much!

I took my family on a 3-day, 2-night long weekend trip. The hotel was packed, fully booked, but the staff service was still excellent. There are two water play zones; the swimming pool closes at 8 PM, while The Wave artificial sea closes at 6 PM. The kids absolutely loved The Wave. The welcome coffee machine was available until 5 PM. The room was clean and up to standard. However, the facilities and food were a big problem for us: 1. The elevators were small and very slow. With so many people, we had to wait a long time during the mornings, noon, and evenings – around 15-20 minutes. 2. We had to queue to get into the restaurant, waiting about 15-20 minutes. It's not advisable to go when you're very hungry, or you'll get frustrated. 3. The breakfast variety was good, but the food was too salty. Many dishes that shouldn't have been salty were excessively so, like Tom Kha Gai, Tom Lued Moo (pork blood soup), and the bacon was extremely salty. There was only salted butter for toast, no unsalted butter. 4. The snacks and instant noodles in the room were complimentary, but only provided for one day. We stayed two nights but didn't get a refill on the second day. 5. When we returned late at night after going out, there was no parking available in the building, so we had to park in the open lot next to it.

The hotel is located right on Sukhumvit road, in between Sri Racha and Laem Chabung, so the location is perfect for people coming to both areas. The room is very well decorated, even though the A/C was a bit poor, not cold enough somehow. The facility is good with pool, onsen, gym, and breaksfast. Even though, I think the breakfast is just ok, but this is still acceptable. Overall, the place is amazing.
