Clean and tidy hotel within easy reach of all the Downtown attractions, WTC, Battery Park, Staten Island Ferry etc with easy access to the Metro. Restaurant food is expensive but there’s lots of street food and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Fairly easy (and cheap) to get to from Newark International AirPort. A few people said the lifts were slow but I never had to wait overly long. I’d stay there again

The location is 100% good for tourist, very centred and surrounded with a lot of great restaurants! However the room wasn’t that clean as i found a false lashes beside the sink which is definitely not mine. I told them about this and the housekeeper came to check but that’s it, no feedback or follow up. They even forgot the replace the duvet cover for us … I would say the room offer no amenities. The staff was fairly friendly. In general it was just a so so hotel.

Great location to be at, it’s a very busy hotel.. You can request toiletries from the housekeeping if you forgot to bring your own. Very thoughtful housekeepers who kept the room tidy although I had lots of stuffed toys all over.

Highly recommend this hotel with great location which is 5 mins away from subway,train and bus station. Tons of yummy food around and just walking distance away. Clean room and nice customer service.Better free breakfast than other hotels nearby. It is a good choice to stay definetly.

Pod Times Square is perfect if you are solo, great location, room was basic but clean, cleaned every day, clean towels, hairdryer and tv. My view was of the Hudson River, what's not too like. Walking tours every day if you are interested. Bar facilities, including happy 2 hours and coffee, muffins etc available for breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back. I stayed in a Queen room which slept two which was fine for me, just be aware if you are sharing as it is small but hey how long are you in your room in NYC.

The hotel is in a great location. Fascinating view. Unfortunately, the lounge was closed from Friday lunchtime, making it unavailable for our stay :-( Nice staff at check-in. Unfortunately, important information wasn't provided (or was only provided after the second request) (that you have a $15 daily budget for the restaurant and kiosk). The correct billing of this budget on our check-out bill was also only corrected upon request. It could be better! And, larger sheets would be welcome, so they don't constantly slide off the bed.

The location is nice, close to Times Square. The hotel is clean, as other Hilton hotels. Breakfasts are good too, with very pleasant service. But there are some things that left that bitter feeling after my stay that I would like to share. 1. Destination charge. This is the second Hilton hotel in New York I have stayed at, and both charged additional USD35 for so-called destination fee per night. As the receptionist said, it’s MANDATORY. This 35 dollars are charged per day and the guest must use it the same day, they don’t even accumulate. How do you spend it? In the hotel restaurant or bar. What can you buy with it? Three bottles of drinking water, or two cans of beer…. Why am I forced to spend my money on the things that I don’t need and that are so overpriced? You already charged me for the room, and I happily paid for it. 2. The hotel page here shows a picture of “swimming”. It’s a rooftop swimming pool. I was excited to have a chance to spend some time in the pool. The reception said there was none. Please remove the picture from the page, as it is misleading. 3. There is no tea or coffee in the room. That’s the amenity available in every hotel, even the cheap ones. But when we called the service, they said: no, we don’t offer coffee or tea. But they did bring us a kettle:) I can see that it’s not listed in the available amenities here, but I didn’t even expect that. It’s such a little thing that makes your guest’s stay more comfortable. Anyways, it was quite a pleasant stay despite these unpleasant details. Thank you.

The shuttle service to LGA and subway station is awesome! And the room is quite clean.

After reading the reviews on here I wasn’t expecting too much from this hotel. I wanted to write some comments that reflect on the main themes I picked up (where they were similar and different). It seems I wasn’t charged the additional destination fee for my stay, although I had to ask a second member of staff to confirm as the first wasn’t clear. When I arrived for check in there was no wait. The staff member was not terribly friendly and welcoming. Of all the three hotels I stayed at in three different cities in the US, this stuck out as the poorest customer service. It wasn’t awful just not as welcoming as the other places. The information provided was not as clear and the general manner quite abrupt. The room was clean but the hotel generally was dated. The rooms didn’t seem fully clean or fresh but it was more that things were scratched, worn and dated rather than dirty. There were some stains on the carpet too. The location was, as others have said, excellent. I would have expected more for the price but it also was better than expected from reading some of the reviews on here.

The location is ok, but there’s no subway stations nearby, so you need to go to Central Terminal Station as the closes place to take it. Or walk, which is in general OK, unless it’s raining, 😁. The room is fantastic, but the general conditions of the hotel let you know that it’s an old one. Also, I was charged extra in the hotel, what I was not made aware of. They give you back part of it as a “credit” to spend in THEIR cafe, which is OK, but I rather spend the money somewhere else, specially because I booked the room without breakfast because I don’t eat too much in the morning and, therefore, it’s a waste of money to pay for it at hotels in a city like NY.

We chose the hotel for the second time this year, and it did not disappoint. We received the same attentiveness and carefree rest as the first time. Maintenance and renovation also took place in the time between the two occasions, which I can confirm, as we requested and received the same room both times, which we were pleased with. We almost came home, we felt at home. The staff is wonderful, conscientious, self-sacrificing. They are extremely attentive, we asked for and received a refrigerator and microwave. We love its location, its surroundings are calm, safe and spacious. Shopping and transportation options are easy to solve, with Hudson Jersey in the background it's beautiful. Thank you for letting us spend Christmas with you, we already want to go back! Grateful thanks!

During check in the asian young lady, she was not really polite, a bit rude, maybe it is normal in such a mass New York city, but for Intercontinental Hotel it shouldn’t be! She gave me handicap room, without any informing me! Later I had to wait 30 minutes in order to change it to another room. The new room window was broken, Room number 748, engineer came and could not fix, this took another 30-40 minutes. The bathroom I could find some blond hairs from previous tenants mostly, was not really clean. Price wise for such a service 500$ is too much, I would hardly pay even 200$ for such a services and conditions! I will not stay anymore in this hotel!

As an IHG member, I am glad I picked this intercon hotel to stay in for our NY vacation and my Carnegie Hall performance debut trip. This hotel is in central location and all staffs, from doormen, concierge, frontdesk and cleaners-- all were excellent! We'll use this hotel again if we come back to NY.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Fifth Avenue, with Rolex, Tiffany, Rimowa and other big brands outside. The hotel is the first St. Regis in the world, and there are many historical introductions on the first floor. The room is very comfortable and spacious. It is a great hotel in Manhattan, where every inch of land is valuable.

Environment: Although the hotel is old, it is clean and well located. Central Park is downstairs. Service: The waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic. They feel that they are very active at work and will take the initiative to greet us. They also gave us a bottle of Trump champagne, which is very delicious. Facilities: There is a gym and swimming pool downstairs, which is very good. There are few people. The Michelin Jean Georges is next to the first floor. The hotel front desk can help with reservations.

When I checked in, the hotel front desk said my credit card couldn't be used! Later I found out that there was a problem with the hotel check-in system! I had to wait for a full hour and a half. When I entered the room, I found chocolate on the floor that had not been cleaned up. The rooms provided are also corner irregular rooms. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the hotel to complain. Someone from the hotel inspected the floor of the room and upgraded me to another room. Ctrip conducted customer interviews, learned about the situation and communicated with the hotel, and finally Ctrip provided a service plan! Thank you to Ctrip staff for their responsible spirit! The hotel is nice and the restaurant service is good! The quality of management staff's work and customer service quality need to be improved (to be worthy of the hotel brand's image among customers).

We booked a junior suite, which was different from the pictures on Ctrip. I felt that the merchant was deceiving customers. The bathroom and cloakroom were quite large, but the room was quite small. For a family of four, if we opened the sofa bed, the room would be very crowded.

After all, it's a new high-rise building, the location is OK, but the air conditioning temperature can't be adjusted high. I asked a worker to fix it. One room was fixed, but the other one was not fixed. It was still quite cold at night.

It's close to Niagara Falls State Park (not visible from the accommodation, but all American hotels are like that). The pool is well-maintained, so it's good to go with kids. However, the accommodation's soundproofing isn't that good.

Really close to everything. Nice views from the Hotel. The Hotel is so tall you can see it everywhere!! Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. 😃

Nice location with room facing the river and balcony. Staff provided us with complimentary cookies when we purchased from the mini bar for something to eat in the middle of the night

The room is big enough, the two double beds are comfortable, there is a coffee machine in the room, but the carpet is not very clean, it is best to wear your own slippers. The hotel is next to the waterfall, across the road is the waterfall park, and there are many restaurants around. In short, first-class location, second-class hotel.

The hotel is close to the waterfall scenic area and has a beautiful environment. The room is spacious and bright, clean and well-equipped. The service staff is friendly. The price is affordable and I will stay here again if I have the chance.

Good location! It's walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park about 6 min. The room was big enough, a little outdated room but the bed was great and comfortable. It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!

Some balcony rooms, the exhaust vent on the side, nervous people take care of it. Breakfast does not need to be packaged, it is OK to order now.

The hotel is in a good location, 14 minutes drive from the Grand Falls. There are also many restaurants nearby, no need to drive, there are many things to eat in 10 to 15 minutes, and there is a supermarket next to it.

A very new hotel with good service. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Niagara Falls Park. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, but they are charged. There is no stove in the kitchen, only a microwave. If you want to cook your own food, you can drive to Walmart far away to buy some food, and choose simple ingredients that are ready to eat or can be heated in the microwave. In general, it is a satisfactory hotel.

The room was clean except for the sink, which didn't let water in, and the closet with the ironing board, which hadn't been dusted for a long time. The pool is very small for such a big hotel. We did not like the breakfast, there was little food, at the next table, the family did not get breakfast and the manager said that nothing to do with that, it was strange for a Hyatt hotel.
