A huge thank you to the car dealership staff for their help; everything was perfect. I'll definitely use them again if I have the chance to do a road trip in the future, and I'll recommend them to my friends. Thank you! 🙏🌹

A very good experience. I rented a 2025 Harrier. The car was in very good condition, with only about 10,000 kilometers on it. The rental process was smooth, and the staff were very helpful.

The rental experience was excellent from start to finish. The company provided a nearly brand-new vehicle in outstanding condition, and the car performed very well throughout the trip. Driving through the remote areas of Eastern and Northern Hokkaido can be challenging because many roads are isolated, so having a reliable vehicle gave me great confidence and made the journey more enjoyable. I strongly recommend purchasing the insurance offered directly by the rental company instead of relying on Trip.com insurance. Although the Trip.com policy may appear cheaper, in the event of an accident you must first pay all repair costs and compensation yourself, including Japanese consumption tax, which is not covered. The rental company’s own insurance costs slightly more, but it truly provides peace of mind. During this trip, I encountered deer twice and foxes three times near the roadside, so having full coverage allowed me to drive confidently without stress. Highly recommended！

I rented a car from Carmirai in Tokyo last time, and the experience was great; the service was excellent. My family insisted on driving only a 4WD vehicle, and after looking at several rental companies, only Carmirai's Alphard was a 4WD model. The car was in great condition and very clean. This time in Hokkaido, we rented a Honda 7-seater minivan, a brand new car, which drove smoothly in the city and surrounding areas. Considering the tight return time, I bought a full-gas package, which was cost-effective and saved me the hassle of refueling later. The rental location is a little over 10 minutes from the airport. We left a bit late, but thankfully it was close enough to catch our flight. This trip was very successful; thank you Carmirai! I will definitely choose them again next time.

My first car rental experience at this newly opened rental company was fantastic! The owner is a very attentive and considerate young man; he even lent me an umbrella when it rained, which was so kind of him! The car was in excellent condition, practically brand new, clean, tidy, and still had that new car smell. It was also very fuel-efficient. Airport pick-up and drop-off and paperwork were all handled very smoothly – the whole process was incredibly seamless! Although the weather was a bit unpredictable, I still managed to take many beautiful photos, and I was very satisfied with the entire trip. In short, this is a rental company I highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back!

A very good car rental experience. Upon arrival, they found a new SUV and switched to this one. The process was smooth and the staff were very friendly. The four-wheel drive SUV has a range of nearly 900 kilometers, and my child loved riding in it. Thumbs up!
