The hotel is located in a perfect location, the staff was nice and the room was clean. Maybe a little bit noisy because the walls are not too thick and there was a family with kids beside us, but after a long day walking it wasn’t too hard to fall asleep ahah

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Super close to Daxing airport. Free shuttle buses to and from airport. Varied and well presented breakfast catering for Chinese and Western cuisine. Swimming pool and gym were both clean, large and well presented. My only real gripe was to do with the pool.  Only reason I chose this hotel was after making sure it had a pool. On arrival no one said the pool was getting maintenance the following day and would be shut. I had intended to swim the next day. I went wandering and found the pool where I also found a sign explaining the next days closure. I then wanted to use the pool that night. Only to then be informed that I need a hat and goggles to use the pool (this should be made clear before booking anywhere with this silly hat regulation). I had goggles . Conveniently for themselves they sell ‘hats’ 156yuan! Crazy price! I went and complained about all this at the front desk and after some phone calls they reluctantly decided to let me borrow a hat so I could swim. Westerner winge over. Otherwise would highly recommend

It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everything you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snooker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! See you soon!

The room is not large but perfectly well equipped with all you need. Spot on cleaning, very travellers friendly room,love the universal plug and bed side switch! Free minibar in your room and mid night snacks at the lobby. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style- carb heavy and lacking variety. Absolutely love the self serviced free laundry and drying in the lobby too! The staff is so nice and gone beyond to assist you! They’re pretty responsive and can be reached with WeChat! The only cons is the room smells like cigarettes which I find it pretty common across mainland China.

Most staff in this hotel spoke English and they understand foreigner problems because most our mobile dont work in China so they are helpful with it. Train station line 2 and 5 are right outside the hotel front door. Most popular street is 1 stop away from line 2 trainstation. Tiananmen are closeby but not too close, which is good. (Tips: do not stay way too close to Tiananmen coz the phone signal will not work, so will have so many problems using the phone) This hotel have their own Termal spring water system, so its good for spa after whole day walking. Only down side is there is no air conditioning in the rooms but the receptionist provided me a fan, so it no big issue.

The staff was very friendly. They offer shuttle service. They went above and beyond and helped me order food when I checked in around 2-3am via personal funds. The showers are hot and rooms are clean with nothing malfunctioning I would definitely recommend it to anyone's first time to Beijing! Oh the shuttle will say the hotels name on it. It was a black van.

The hotel is really near to Wangfujing metro (approximately 3 mins walk from E3 exit) which is super convenient for us especially when we have many luggages. Secondly, the hotel rooms are really spacious and is enough for us to put 4 big luggages. Lastly, to us, it's worth the price paid given that there are so many good points about the hotel. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers, free mineral water (you can get more if it's not enough!) and some of the receptionists were really friendly and helpful too (sadly not all :( ). Also thankful that the hotel allow us to check out an hour later! Will definitely stay again in the future if i visit Beijing and will recommend this hotel to friends and family too! 酒店距离王府井地铁站非常的近而且很方便。房间非常的大，可以容纳4个大的行李。而且酒店还有两架洗衣机和烘干机，以及免费提供饮用水。有些前台人员非常的有礼貌和热情，在我们遇到困难时会及时帮忙。也感谢酒店让我们迟一个小时退房！下次再来北京一定会再光临这间酒店，也会介绍亲朋好友来住！

The hotel was good. The receptionist is so so. But i want to appreciate the cleaning service name Zhang Yonggang. His hospitality is top notch. He gave my children kids slippers and kids toothbrush. Also when he knew the heater in my room cannot function properly, he got the portable heater and put it in my room. On last day, he gave me 10 water bottle. Amazing 😊😊 Good job Zhang Yonggang. The location is good. It’s located near Wangfujing, very near. You only need to turn left and you arrive at Wangfujing area. There is 7/11 in front of hotel and open for 24 hours. If you go around by train, you need to walk about 5 minutes to train station. Not really far.

It was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and I had the chance to connect with fellow travelers and share experiences. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel, especially solo female travelers. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and a safe environment made my stay truly memorable. The check-in staff were very friendly and answered our questions readily. The next morning, we checked about late checkout and a different staff also replied us patiently..wonderful 👍 the room was very clean, with all basic stuff for a night stay. Great that the TV has international channels 😃 a great way to make the trip to Universal Beijing enjoyable as we get the early entry pass with the hotel stay. Enjoyed a few rides with basically no queue. The entry and exit to and fro the hotel & park is seamless..excellent 💯
