I would like to thank Piyanshan Hot Spring Hotel for a fairy tale that lasted me 5 days. Everything was so good, beautiful, tasty, healthy! There was beauty everywhere, the whole atmosphere was magical! The people who work in this amazing place are just as wonderful! A vacation that will be remembered for a lifetime. I found a place that I want to return to and that remains in my heart. Thanks to the fact that my room had its own access to fresh air, I was able to see the beauty of the night sky, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Thank you for the gift you gave me. The front desk lady Jennie was very nice. She upgraded the room for free and was very gentle. She also gave us a self-made tourist route and some recommended food pictures. We called the front desk and said we wanted to add a bed and quilt. Then the room attendant directly made the sheets for the sofa bed for us and a new quilt. Seeing that we were with the children, she also sent us two more bottles of water. The service was excellent👍

Location: Just opposite the ski resort, it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the ski resort. However, the hotel has a special car for pick-up. You can make an appointment with the butler to take you directly to the entrance of the ski resort. Facilities: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Standing on the balcony, you can see the ski field opposite. The scenery is unobstructed. The town is more beautiful at night, like a fairy tale world. Service: Attention to detail, a full range of supplies, not cheap Also, the boss is so handsome, the kind with the highest emotional value All the price-performance ratios are superb

A very modern single-family villa hotel with everything you need, good service, and a dedicated butler to meet all your needs. There is also a dining bar at the front desk where you can have snacks, etc. It is close to the ski resort and can be picked up by a special car. Check-in was quick. The room was comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable. I will come back next time!

The hotel is located directly opposite Yanji University, and it takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Internet celebrity bullet screen wall! 💁 Service Highlights: Warm and caring care like home The front desk lady will take the initiative to hand over hot tea and recommend local people's private food guides. When we found that we wanted to go to Tumen Port, she also helped to contact the carpooling driver, and the price was cheaper than the Internet. When we left the store, we gave a Korean-style bookmark as a souvenir, and the details were so touching! 🍜 Breakfast Features: There are not many types of authentic Korean-style breakfasts, but they are authentic! Whether it is geographical location, artistic design or service quality, this hotel is far beyond expectations.

When I checked in, when I checked out, all of them were other staff, and they were all friendly. The room was clean and all the necessary items were prepared, so I had a comfortable day. Namhu Park was also well seen in the room. I will stay here again next time I come to Changchun.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is near the Wanda mall. It’s also 10mins short drive to 网红墙. It’s a “smart” hotel with robots delivering your ordered food from Mei Tuan. Room is also controlled by AI assistant “Xiao Du”. Hotel manager very helpful. He provides local information as well as facilitates guests queries effectively. Hotel provides free self service laundry on the 11th floor. You do need to understand Chinese to use it. We were there in December and room central heating is too warm to our liking and cannot be controlled effectively within the room even with “Xiao Du”help. Housekeeping between the 2 days can be improve as well. However I will still recommend this hotel if you are in YanJi.

The hotel staff is nice. They were helpful and upgraded my room. Rooms are very clean. Probably the best hotel around Culture Square. Some negative aspects though: - The check-in took more than 20 minutes. - On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration. - The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.) - The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.

A large part of the credit for spending two pleasant days in Changbai Mountain when it was not open was due to choosing this hotel. Our room had a great view and faced the wetland park. The room was large. The hotel just opened at the end of last year, so the facilities were also new. It was very convenient to order takeout. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
