Family Friendly Hotels in Macau, China

Fantastic service from the team, glad to assist with all directory questions. Booked 3 rooms, 2 were available for early check in slightly before noon. The last room reeked of cigarette smell and no questions asked, they changed a new room for us.

I recently stayed at Conrad Macao to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and everything was perfect! The service was excellent, with thoughtful touches that made our experience truly special. Our room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at this Line friends themed hotel :) it makes the kids stay so memorable and we loved all the decor and little touches, would definitely recommend!

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Though there’s no transportation to take me to most parts of tourist attractions, I love the service it provides.  I’ve booked a non-smoking room but when I entered the room, I smelled a strong smell of smoke. I requested to change to another room and they helped me to settle in fifteen minutes in a new room.  This is a birthday trip for my husband and when we returned after dinner, we found there’s a small cake in the room. What a surprise! If they can provide more shuttle bus service to different parts of Macau, it’ll be perfect!

We were here for celebration and everything is good. Although there was a dirt on the bedsheet which we found out at night, the team came over to change it quickly and provide compensation to us. We would definitely pick this agn when we travel to Macau as the convenient location. There's also a Michelin Cantonese yum cha restaurant just locate at the first floor.

I had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I requested higher floors and they only gave me a room on the 17th floor, and there are like 30+ floors. They told me that’s the only room available, I’m disappointed in that as I have booked my room a few days ago and waited so long at checkin. I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoking. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay. In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it? One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from. The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use. The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are. The entrance is “enclosed” but building besides, so feeling much isolated when entering from the front entrance.

Our stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the suite we got was nothing short of stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the coolest features was the use of robots to deliver amenities straight to our room. It gave the whole experience a high-tech, futuristic touch that really stood out. There’s also so much to do within the hotel itself. From world-class restaurants and shopping to entertainment and the iconic indoor canals, you could easily spend days exploring without even stepping outside. It truly feels like a destination on its own. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Macau!

The Macao Parisian Hotel left an exceptionally pleasant impression! The service deserves the highest rating - service at the level of 5 points, the staff is attentive and polite. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, everyone will find a dish to their liking. Particular pleasure is given by the beautiful view from the pool to the Eiffel Tower, creating a romantic mood. For families with children, there is a play area with children's slides, which makes staying comfortable even with little ones. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Great overall experience. The amenities were great. Excellent accomodate and space for kids; the staff were very helpful and friendly. Free popcorn in the lobby and also free drinks and snack in the room. Shuttle bus available to and from the ports.
