Hotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.

I was recommended this place by xhs. At first, I only had hope for the location. After all, the geographical location is the primary condition for choosing a B&B. This can't be wrong. The Mufeng Lake View King Room I stayed in has a small terrace with two chairs. It's really a perfect photo location. Of course, the weather needs to be helpful 👍 👍 Although it's only 15 square meters, it's very cozy and well-equipped. You can see that the decoration and layout have been carefully thought out. The materials used in the hardware design are pretty good. The floor heating comes quickly. It was terribly hot on the first night. Hot water came as soon as the faucet was turned on. They are semi-transparent and fully blackout. They are private and romantic. There is a magnet in the middle of the curtain to prevent light from leaking. It's full of details. We chose Belle Hotel on the first night we landed in Xinjiang. Because the flight was delayed, we arrived at the hotel at around 11pm. The lady at the front desk was very kind to check us in and upgraded our room. The room was large and clean, and there were pillows of different hardnesses to choose from, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's breakfast was also delicious. In a word, I was very satisfied and will come again next time!

The hotel's environment and conditions are good, and the room has a good view. I heard that it was in the scenic area before, but it is still very good now, with a panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains and Sailimu Lake. The original intention of booking this hotel was to see the stars, but the weather was not good yesterday. It was windy and rainy when we arrived, and there was lightning at night. But when I woke up early in the morning, it was sunny all day, and I also saw the sunrise, the morning glow, and the golden mountain in the sun, which made up for it. In addition, the best thing about this hotel is that the staff are very nice, Dina, Arman, Xiaowu, and a big brother who drove a domineering car who forgot to ask his name, helped us a lot, and I will recommend it to all friends who come to Sailimu Lake, and I will come again if I have the chance.

I drove from Xinyuan County to the Nalati Scenic Area and booked a homestay near the scenic area. I could see it when I drove on the national highway. It is only a few kilometers away from the Nalati Tourist Service Center and is easy to find. The entire homestay has a unique design style, and the facilities in the room are complete and thoughtful. It can be seen that they are carefully creating a tourist experience. The owner of the homestay is a thoughtful lady, and the service is in place. She thoughtfully upgraded the experience. Outside the window is the Gongnaisi River and the rolling mountains. The spring breeze blows, and the door curtain dances in the wind. The experience is excellent, but April is not the best month, otherwise the experience should be better. The owner of the homestay also raised two ostriches and a ragdoll cat, which adds some fun to the entire homestay. It is recommended for tourists who come to the Nalati Scenic Area. The lawn and grassland outside the window are connected into one piece, which is worthy of the green mountains. When you wake up in the morning, you can see herds of cattle, horses and sheep like a scroll in front of you. Just seeing such a beautiful scenery is enough to make people comfortable. The service is also in place, helping to transport luggage, wash clothes, and the housekeeper service is very considerate. It is recommended to book a few more nights if time permits. The hotel is next to the sheep pasture, very close to the entrance of the Nalati Scenic Area, and it is also convenient to go to town for dinner.

However, because it is by the river, there are many mosquitoes in the room, so the boss enthusiastically bought mosquito coils for us. The recliner in the room was not easy to use. I fell down when I sat on it. Wi-Fi is also not easy to use, and basic apps such as WeChat group, **, and Taobao cannot be opened at all on the second floor. Management needs to be improved. We were only given one toothbrush and three towels for the four of us. Breakfast also starts relatively late, which is not suitable for people who need to go out early to visit attractions. In addition, the hotel does not have a washing machine, so it is inconvenient to not be able to wash clothes if you are traveling to Xinjiang for a long time. In addition, it is very inconvenient that there are no curtains in the bathroom. When taking a shower at night, you can see the shower area just by walking through the path on the back. Overall, it's a very good accommodation, recommended!

Keketuohai Town is surrounded by snow-capped mountains on all sides, with unique scenery, like a paradise, and convenient transportation. The hotel is in a good location, 300 meters away from the No. 3 mine. The parent-child room we stayed in was spacious, and the snow-capped mountains were visible from the window. The hotel has a good price-performance ratio. The hotel's cancellation policy is very friendly, and it is very convenient for us to adjust our itinerary. The waiter Alin and the housekeeper Buli provide excellent service. The hotel restaurant is a major feature. In such a remote mountain town, there are authentic Cantonese cuisine, which is deeply loved by children. There are many types of breakfast, taking into account the tastes of China, the West, the South and the North. My child doesn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, so I take some breakfast upstairs every day. The noodle stall chef Wen is very considerate and helps me arrange it. The other service staff are also good and the communication is smooth. The hotel's small robot often helps deliver things to the door of the room, which is very convenient. If there is a slight need for improvement, it is that the floor heating is a bit hot and can't be lowered. We have to open the window to cool down every day. Overall, I am very satisfied, recommended, and I will stay here next time.

I just don't understand why the bathroom has no door and a cloth curtain. Is this a special decoration concept or is it to save money?
