Family Hotels in Mimaropa, Philippines

"Our family had such a wonderful stay at Funny Lion! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and completely stress-free throughout our visit. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made this a memorable experience for all of us. A very special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an outstanding team, and to Janine for being extra patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my questions and requests were attended to. Huge thanks as well to all the rest of the staff members who were consistently friendly abd attentive in every way. We also really enjoyed the food at Hunt Restaurant — definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and taste made it worth it. We originally wanted to dine at C75 as well, but it was fully booked, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, although the spread was a little limited. The pool was very well maintained, and we appreciated that water activities like kayaking were included free of charge. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the resort sandbar due to unexpected boat issues. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely little touches like fresh fruit juice and daily snacks that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, it was such a warm, relaxing, and enjoyable family getaway. Thank you, Funny Lion, for the amazing hospitality — we can’t wait to come back!"

"We paid for an upgraded room on the first floor, but they checked us into a room on the second floor. It turned out the door lock didn't work. They immediately moved us to another room on the same floor, but this room was half the size (our suitcases barely fit). The room was very worn out, with outlets falling out of the walls. There was no carpet on the floor, and no toothbrushes (which should have been included in our paid room). The room door opened directly onto the main road, and the windows faced the parking lot. The staff acted as if nothing had happened. When checking out, they asked us to sign some kind of receipt. We asked what it was for (since everything was already paid), and they said it was just for their records. We didn't want to ruin our mood or cause a scene, as we were only there for two nights and had little time. The pool is available, and breakfast is tasty. I do not recommend this hotel; it's not worth the money or your peace of mind."

"As many other guests have mentioned, the staff’s friendliness, professionalism, and warm smiles were truly outstanding. We booked a town-view room, so we had already given up expecting any ocean view. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room still offered a view of the sea. The hotel is conveniently located, with many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Our room was on the second floor, but we were hardly bothered by any noise at night. The front desk staff were also very helpful in arranging a rental motorcycle and a van for our return trip. The prices were fair, and the process was easy and convenient. This was truly a wonderful hotel with an exceptional team of staff. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable."

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The free breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options to start the day. We also loved having free access to all the hotel facilities, which made our stay even more relaxing and fun.Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our family and friends!"

"This hotel has everything you need to get away. It’s far from the city but close enough to get all you need as a big department market store. The customer service is in a different level. I have to say it’s a five star customer service level. I’ve been in the industries for 22 years and I have to say it was amazing customer service. The hotel itself has character. No abilities is going to be perfect but what this has his character and it shows his age but it’s beautiful."
