"Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest. Can’t imagine staying in a different hotel and having to commute in the freezing weather for the already intense course. Getting to and from the airport is literally just across the link bridge and you don’t need to even expose yourself to outdoors at all."

"The room was very clean and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were also kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. While it's a bit far from the center of the Old Town, it's easy to get around by foot or public transport, so I didn't find it inconvenient at all. Also, the pasta at ”Trattoria Pergamin Nullo” near the hotel was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it for meals during your stay! Considering the price, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Krakow."

"Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution. Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet."

"Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton."

"If you're driving from the city center, following Google Maps navigation often leads you down back roads, some of which are not accessible to regular cars. You might end up getting lost near the hotel, so I recommend taking the main road first. This room had a microwave, but a different room I stayed in at the same hotel didn't, so it seems to vary by room. The breakfast had a good variety of items and was surprisingly nice. If you don't opt for breakfast, it was 50 PLN per person."

"15 minutes walk to train station and major business area. Amenities are fantastic with swimming pool, kid's pool, jacuzzi (both indoor and outdoor with fantastic view), sauna, gym, spa and bars. Got a little treat if skipping the housekeeping service."

"B&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane."

"Grumpy staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant/at breakfast. The room was opposite the elevator, so it was very noisy and loud at night. The room itself was fine but decorated very cool and business-like. The parking garage was difficult to access; it was steep and the barrier pole was halfway up the ramp, causing you to roll back easily. The city center is a 25-minute walk away, and there's a tram stop nearby. There were pile-driving activities right next to the hotel and a lot of construction work around it. It's also right behind the football stadium, so expect a lot of noise from there during the season. Wouldn't recommend it; I'd choose the Radisson SAS in the city center instead."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it."

"Staff were okay, the room was absolutely perfect and so soc Lea. Only negative was some noise from the clubs below the hotel but that wasn’t too much of a problem. Love having a Zabka in the hotel and was such a convenient location. Would 100% stay again."
