The best part is its proximity to Central Street, the subway station, and Hongzhuan Morning Market, offering incredible value for money. I was very satisfied with the service; every staff member was kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions. In the evening, you could even choose your preferred pillow and have a staff member deliver it to your room."

"Excellent Location and Wonderful Service. I would especially like to thank the tall gentleman wearing glasses who assisted us at the front desk during check-in. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch his name. He spoke excellent English, so there were no communication difficulties at all, and he made the entire check-in process smooth and comfortable. Having a staff member who can communicate so fluently in English is a great advantage for international guests. His friendly and professional service left a very positive impression on us . Xu Tingting at the breakfast restaurant was also very kind and welcoming, with a lovely smile. The staff members who cleared the dishes from the tables were equally friendly and attentive, which made our breakfast experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is excellent. It was very convenient to have meals or go shopping at Wanda Plaza and then return to the hotel to rest. There are also many good restaurants nearby, and the museum and department stores are within easy reach, making this an ideal location for exploring Qiqihar. We were very satisfied with both the convenient location and the warm service. In particular, the excellent English and professional assistance provided by the gentleman at the front desk made our stay much more comfortable and left us with an especially positive impression of the hotel."

"We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!"

"When I checked in, the front desk attendant had already filled out the ski equipment size form for me. The ski equipment hall on the first floor is exclusively for guests, which is super convenient. When we arrived at the ski hall, the staff had already prepared all our gear, saving us a lot of time and effort. The restaurant on the first floor serves excellent food; we tried various dishes for three consecutive days. There's a QR code in the room for ordering food, so you don't even have to leave to get your meals delivered. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (Zheng Linchun, Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Teng Yaoxuan); they were incredibly patient and helpful with all the questions my two kids had."

"The room size was just right, and the hotel is close to the city center. It was clean, and the service was absolutely on point, warm and thoughtful. They met every request we made. Breakfast was good, a mix of Chinese and Western. The afternoon tea, coffee, and pastries were all delicious. The only downside is the lack of a dedicated parking lot; we had to park under the elevated bridge in front, which cost over twenty yuan per day! The price this time was very, very good. Looking forward to staying again in winter!"
