Room is nice, the beds in a room is good, comfortable sleep for 2 adults 1 kid, not squeezy, and we don’t have to pay for extra bed. But the mtr station is Kowloon East not the actual Kowloon station, if you want to go to shenzhen luohu is very convenient don’t need to change station, but if you want to go to attractions in hongkong mostly you’ll need to change at the Admiralty station. Overall a pleasant stay, many Singaporeans with kids stay there, I thought I was still in Singapore lol…

For me, two nights felt like a bit much, and I think one night would have been sufficient for the experience, especially considering the distance from other amenities. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.

Hotel located so conveniently near to the arrival gate with clear sign and direction. Do not have to worry about the luggage and it is a perfect stay for a short transit and at the same time spending some hour in hong kong (via airport express). I’m satisfied with the room, facilities and in-room dining service. Attitude of staff at check in session is great. However, for appointment of spa, though I had remarked that the contact person was different from the guest who was going to enjoy the spa, staff made wrong direct contact to the guest instead of me (the contact person). That had spoiled my surprise to my guest.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. It offers a nice sea view and comfortable beds, and there is a shuttle bus from the MTR station. However, there are not many restaurant choices. Room service provides a good variety of options, and there is a 20% discount on the parking fee of $500 for 24 hours.

I am not really into making reviews, but this hotel deserves it. My family has never been so well treated in HK. Since the arrival with small gifts for the kids, check-in (Ms Catherine was so kind), arrangements for 2 kids in the room (with really comfy beds for both kids). It was by far my best experience in HK. Clean and spacious rooms, modern, beautiful sea view, drinking water machines in all floors, and so on.. but again, what most impressed me was the kindness and the professional service from all staff. All kinds of restaurants from a 5 minutes walking distance, subway station, convenience shops - it’s a really convenient location. Greatly surprised with this hotel! Definitely it became my hotel for next trips to HK. Highly recommended!!

Service of hotel staff incl housekeeping etc are 5+. They are all polite, helpful, and responsive with smile. I visited other resort hotels in HK, this is the best. It was almost 20+ years ago when I visited here with my kids. Facilities for kids are much more than before. Rooms are still in good conditions. Carpets and amenities are clean. The only drawback is the noise from swimmers at the beach in early morning. Light sleeper can choose to avoid seaview with balcony.

Highly recommended for families. This is its own little town with supermarket, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and pharmacy. We took the free morning shuttle to Disney and had a wonderful time. Very convenient and cost effective. The breakfast buffet is nice and the Christmas decor was superb. We will definitely be staying again. Just wish the hotel had an ATM machine
