The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins from Jordan MTR station and there's a bus station just across the street with route A21 which goes straight to the airport. Room is small just like all other hotels in Hong Kong, but it is just right for me as I am travelling alone. Improvement on the ventilation is needed, there's a musty smell when I enter the room, fortunately there's no mold in the bathroom. Disposable one-time towel and face towel is provided, toothbrush and comb too. Fragrance for the shower gel and shampoo is kind of masculine but acceptable. No water bottle provided. However, I am not sure whether because the weather is turning cold so they controlled the air-conditioning centrally, it is quite warm whenever I enter the room, the room temperature is always at 22°C even I tried to set it at 16°C. But I feel cold after settling down abit, not much of a major issue. Walking distance to my favourite Char Can Teng - Australia Dairy Company, and also the Michelin dessert shop - Kai Kai dessert. Would consider coming back for my next stay.

We stayed there 10 years ago, at the time we were quite happy even though the facility was dated. But 10 years later, the place really looked run down. There was no attempt to renovate or do some simple touch up. Services are bare bone. On the last day, when we returned to take our stored luggage and asked to use the washroom, we were told there is no public washroom. We had to go to the nearby MacDonald instead. Also, for 2 days' stay, they will not provide any housekeeping service. The room is very spacious though, which is the only reason we chose this place. But I'm not sure if we will return in the future.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket for fresh fruit. It's close to Harbour City for shopping, and not far from the MTR. The room was very clean and quiet, and they even gave me a free upgrade!

Right next to MTR Jordan, and easily accesible to the city centre - 20 min walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui. It’s not much but good enough for me for a 3 night stay. Beds are comfortable and room is fairly spacious. Toiletries not provided. Towels and slippers provided. Note that the aircon is central heating system so no way to adjust the temperature - only on or off. Plenty of eateries, convenience stores nearby, including the famous Temple Street Night Market!

Airport Express Bus 12 bus-stop is opposite the hotel. The signage is not too clear and prominent, almost missed the small glass door. Lift is very slow, to just go up a floor to check-in with luggages was rather inconvenient. I would have taken the stairs if not for my big luggage. Staff friendly and helpful. Gave me bedroom slippers and toothbrush set over the counter. Room is basic, no frills. No kettle and iron but hairdryer installed in the cabinet instead of bathroom. Water pressure and temperature all good. Bed and pillow good. Not much space for big luggage to open on the floor. USB points provided. Didn’t take hotel breakfast as plenty of good eateries around the hotel. Few malls and tram station, MTR station as well as ferry terminal are stone throw away. Overall I am satisfied with the basic facilities and location. Will stay there again.

Rooms in Hong Kong tend to be quite small, but this place is tucked away from the main street, making it relatively quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. A simple breakfast is available for HKD 25 per person.

Service: The front desk staff seamlessly switch between Chinese and English. Hygiene: Rooms are cleaned daily, meeting guests' needs. Environment: New Wu Long Tea Restaurant and Liu An Ju are right next door, and Mannings 360 Japan Home are all within walking distance. Facilities: Elevators are fast and display information accurately.

The room, while a bit dated in decor, was very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, with metro, bus, and tram stops all nearby. The surrounding commercial area is huge, making shopping and dining very convenient. It's a shame the bathtub wasn't usable though.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Overall, it was pretty good. For this price and location, the room was quite spacious. Remember to bring your toiletries, otherwise, you can buy them from the vending machine. There are two complimentary bottles of water in the room! Breakfast offers four set menus to choose from, and the food tastes good, served with a coffee or tea. Shopping in Causeway Bay is super convenient! You can go back to the hotel to drop off your things and rest before heading out again.

GGuest UserExcellent stay! The front desk lady was incredibly helpful; she saw us with large luggage and proactively offered to assist. We even left a necklace behind when checking out, and she kindly left a note to remind us. The room was compact but well-equipped. Most importantly, the hotel's location is fantastic – a mere 200 meters from the subway station. Downstairs, the area is bustling with snack shops, a McDonald's, and local 'bing sutt' style cafes. The price is reasonable, and unlike some older tenement buildings, the hotel isn't rundown. The corridors were also quite clean and well-maintained. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, but that was manageable. Overall, a very pleasant two-night stay. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit because it's such great value for money, especially at just over HKD 300 per night during the August peak season. I genuinely recommend it to anyone on a budget!

TtriishlouiseVery nice hotel. The only issue we had was that when we first arrived, the receptionist took quite a long time to process our check-in. They could definitely improve their service in that area. We also got a room upgrade for a lower price (plus taxes), which was great. We enjoyed our stay even though it was short (from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) since we had to transfer to another hotel afterward.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient! 📍Room 503, 5/F, Haiphong Mansion, 53-55 Haiphong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui (Take airport bus A21 to stop 14, Cameron Road, takes about 54 minutes). Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is right downstairs, and the A21 airport bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. I chose this hotel specifically to attend a concert at Kai Tak! It's about a 10-minute walk to Tsim East MTR station (from Tsim East, you can take the Tuen Ma Line directly to Kai Tak Sports Park, which is only 6 stops and very convenient, costing 6.8 HKD one way). However, the room is indeed very small. It's perfectly fine for one person, but for two adults, it might be a bit cramped, especially with luggage! So, I highly recommend it for solo travelers! Within about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach New Harbour City, K11, Avenue of Stars, and China Ferry Terminal (where you can pick up City Line tickets). For food, I recommend: 1. Genki Sushi on the 2nd floor of Silvercord, a 5-minute walk away (great value for money, the sashimi is really fresh, and the tuna trio is a must-try – the melt-in-your-mouth tuna is absolutely divine). 2. For dim sum breakfast, Kowloon Cafe is just a 3-minute walk downstairs. Their breakfast set includes a Hong Kong-style milk tea for just 3 HKD, and it tastes very authentic.

MMaogoushuangquandexiaoguniangFirst off, if you're taller than 175cm, I'd recommend staying elsewhere – the bed is too short. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite old, but they have everything you need. The wallpaper is even taped up. I really wish they'd get rid of the bedding that looks like the one in picture four. I brought my own disposable duvet cover and sprayed it with disinfectant, but I still felt itchy, which never happens at other places. Plus, the bed is too short; I'm 174cm tall. Realistically, no one sleeps with their head completely at the headboard; it's always centered on the pillow. My feet were practically at the edge of the bed, sometimes even dangling off. And the mattress is so uncomfortable; after the first night, my entire back hurt, it felt like I hadn't slept at all, and I was so tired. **Hygiene:** The hygiene is actually okay, considering the price. In fact, the lobby on the first floor is much nicer than the rooms; seeing the lobby, I didn't expect the rooms to be so run-down. **Environment:** It's located inside a wet market, so it feels chaotic when you step out. There's also a strong smell from the meat stalls. However, since I was on a higher floor, I didn't really hear it once I was back in the hotel. **Service:** Check-in was alright. It wasn't as good an experience as checking into other hotels. Even though it's close to the subway and convenient for getting around, I probably won't choose this hotel again. During the off-season, I've stayed in much more comfortable places for the same price.

GGuest UserCheck in time is 2pm but was allowed to our room at 12:30pm. Jordan tram station B2 entrance in front of hotel with lift. Note no floor mat provided so expect the shower area to be wet. Dim sum here, master congee, 兴记煲仔饭 within walking distance and must go and try. Many many eateries around the hotel. If want to go Avenue of stars and K11, you need to take tram or bus, walking need 30min

Based on the location and not having to use a taxi I would recommend this hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly too!

AAnonymous UserI booked the dinosaur themed room and the reaction of my daughters was fantastic when I asked them to go into the room first. Their screams of delight and surprise were priceless. The hotel is on the the top floor of an ark shaped building and in an interesting and scenic location on Ma Wan island - it makes a good picture from the outside. I read somewhere that this Ark was built to the dimensions of Noah’s Ark described in the Bible, which is pretty fascinating. I like the ethos of the hotel which emphasises looking after our environment (we only have one Earth) and respecting nature and one another. Our room was perfect for a family of 4. It has two showers and two toilets which is very unusual for any hotel room, but very convenient when all trying to get ready at the same time. I recommend this for a family stay.
