5-Star Hotels in Bogota, Colombia

I booked a room with mountain views and refused to give it to me so they had seen my reservation in the application. I said it included sauna and it is part of the Spa then they charge. The rooms are clean, comfortable, good facilities, staff friendly, but all this experience is damaged by misleading information and unwarned expenses.
