The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops, and snack bars nearby. The front desk staff are incredibly kind and polite, handling check-ins and check-outs very efficiently. They were also patient and thorough when answering all my questions. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, and the pillows were really comfortable. The common areas were clean and bright, and the overall environment was quiet and elegant. For its price point, the value for money is outstanding. The breakfast was also fantastic and delicious, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options, including freshly made wontons and noodles. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The H Hotel boasts rooms on the highest floors of the entire building, offering expansive views that even surpass Wolf Mountain. The hotel is conveniently located just 2 kilometers from Wolf Mountain. Parking is a breeze for those driving, and you can get free parking by simply providing your license plate number at check-out. For lunch and dinner, there are several small eateries downstairs. For breakfast, I only spotted two bakeries. It's probably best to book a room with breakfast included or order delivery beforehand.

A very satisfying stay! The hotel check-in staff were incredibly welcoming and the process was super quick. They also provided clear directions to the laundry room, gym, and restaurant. My room was even upgraded, offering a spacious view of the bustling commercial district. Just a short walk from the hotel, there are tons of dining options. Mingwaluo Food Street, though not large, has a concentrated selection of delicious food, and I particularly enjoyed trying Nanjing roast duck – it was fantastic! This was a very pleasant trip to Nanjing, and I highly recommend the Novotel Nanjing Xinjiekou. It offers great value for money, is conveniently located for getting around, and has a wide variety of food choices nearby. I truly love this hotel.

The front desk lady, Xiao Hu, was really nice, gentle, and patient, providing amazing service. The breakfast was also fantastic! I usually don't eat breakfast, haha, but ever since I stayed at Mercure, I've wanted to go downstairs for breakfast every morning after waking up!!!

When I booked, I saw that it was a newly opened hotel, so I thought it would be pretty good. And it definitely exceeded my expectations. Several young men were there to help us as soon as we entered, and the manager helped us upstairs, opened the door, and carried our luggage. Most importantly, the room didn't have that unpleasant smell of new renovations; even the elevator smelled nice. The room was also much more spacious than other hotels in the same price range, clean and comfortable. We had a very comfortable stay, and both adults and children were very satisfied with the breakfast. In short, it was truly excellent and fantastic. There were some services we didn't get to experience this time due to time constraints, but I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I have the chance. The pictures were taken before check-out. I sincerely recommend it, hence this positive review. I hope it continues to be this good.

The hotel is very well located in Suzhou’s historic center, within walking distance of Pingjiang Road, one of the city’s most charming areas, known for its canals, traditional houses, tea shops, restaurants, and lively atmosphere. It is also close to Guanqian Street and a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Before my arrival, I sent a message asking for recommendations on local attractions, and they responded promptly with useful suggestions. The hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay while spending most of their time exploring Suzhou. It does not offer facilities such as a restaurant, spa, or gym, but that was not an issue for me given its excellent location. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including bathrobes and slippers. The hotel was quiet despite being close to many attractions, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again!
