I really enjoyed the food. The view is also stunning. However, the pool feels a bit small, and the fitness center has limited hours. The rooms are decent, I have a very nice sleep. highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to the city center.

The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors. While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Good food, but room towel and bed sheet/cover were not good enough. It will be better to change the towel and bed sheet when it tore or the color change

A friend said the budget hotel felt like a royal hotel. The service was truly friendly and courteous. The best in service.

Check in time must be after 2! I was arrived about 1.45pm! They can not provide you for early check in! Because of my flight landed around 1 PM and I'm prepared to check in first because of the location far from downtown! Breakfast was ok! More variety of food!

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Booked from Trip is cheaper than booking directly from hotel. We got problems initially but the management solved it quickly. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr Febri and few staff from the housekeeping. Room was clean. Amenities are standard. There is no hairdryer, you need to request it. It’s previously named Grand Zuri. However, it’s still well maintained. Even though some moulds are seen in the bathroom. Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Perhaps eat local foods are cheaper and nicer. Bought hot Americano and Cappuccino, they were good!!

Relatively newer in structure and design. Love the layout of the Family Room. Love the friendly staffs from the front desk to the concierge. Their wide variety of breakfast is nice and delicious....Its my 2nd time staying there....Highly recommended
