Super good 🖖, affordable and good quality, small city environment is good, right in the city center, eating, drinking and shopping are very convenient, I like it very much, and I will stay here in the future.
Take the train from Airport and arrive at Warszawa Śródmieście railway station, walk up the stairs and you see Polonia Palace hotel! We are so happy and in luck! We arrived at 9 am and the room is ready for us! This is record breaking check in time!
Room is perfect with a window view of Palace of culture and Science. Room is clean and very spacious! Breakfast is very good! Service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this hotel!
I originally booked a different hotel, but it was canceled due to renovations. Teip arranged a replacement hotel, which I was initially unsure about since I had no prior information. However, after checking in, I found it to be quite okay.
The hotel is conveniently located near tram line 9, which goes directly to the central station — very useful for getting around. The room was clean and of a decent size, though not very spacious. One downside is that there was no soundproofing — I could hear traffic noise, especially from trams and buses starting as early as 5 AM, which made it hard to sleep in.
I also had an issue with my flight ticket and needed to make phone calls within Poland. The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed me to use the phone without charging any extra fees. I really appreciated their support during that stressful time.
The staff were friendly and efficient. However, for the airport pickup service, I had to contact the hotel, and since I was using an e-SIM, I had difficulty making calls and needed help from people nearby. Being right next to the tram station was convenient for visiting tourist attractions, and the breakfast was delicious.
Hotel is nice and has many facilities for business travelers or students especially with the meeting rooms. It can be a good bargain for long-term stay but for short stays, I would rather go for a classic hotel with bigger rooms and more comfortable bed/pillows.
This hotel is conveniently located near the center of Warsaw and close to the main train station, about a 900-meter walk upon arrival. It's situated right at a crossroads, and directly opposite is the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, a landmark from the Soviet era. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and another downstairs; the ground floor dining area offers a better ambiance. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive. The rooms are of standard size.
If there's place as pleasant as home, it's here. Hotel Mercure Wiazowna Brant was created for those who value harmony, comfort and relax. Each space has been carefully designed to combine elegance with functionality, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and tranquility. Wrap yourself in peace, experience freedom and allow yourself a moment of luxury - the one you deserve.
A very good place to stay if you are flying the next day or have an overnight transfer in Warsaw. Frequent transfers to and from the airport making this hotel the best choice out of all airport hotels in Warsaw.
Its a basic airport hotel, clean room, bathroom clean and with soaps and large shower. No amenities for personal hygiene. Water is via a refillable flask, which is very economical and friendly. Accross the road from the departure level. Poor car drop-off facilities and no adjacent parking. Friendly helpful staff.

SSylvia TeohI am here for business trip and had a great 4nights stay at this hotel. The room is spacious and the staffs are really friendly and sweet. I wanted to call out on 1 front desk lady (I didn't recall her name) but she is very lovely and helpful. Truly professional! I highly recommend this hotel
CChengI had an exceptional experience at Platinum Residence. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and exquisite amenities made my stay truly memorable. The well-appointed rooms were both comfortable and stylish, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's central location allowed for convenient access to local attractions, and the attention to detail in service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Platinum Residence for a refined and indulgent stay.
VVital-travelThe location is the best. It's downtown, close to the shopping center Złote Tarasy as well as the Central railway station. The building is new and there is a observation deck. The facilities are new and the only thing I didn't like was the sliding door in the washroom.
Car rental is also available in the same building.
GGuest UserProbably the best hotel I’ve stayed in Warsaw. Very comfortable, clean, modern with friendly staff. Location is also great and there are nice restaurants / coffee shops close by. Highly recommended.
JJustyna HcuocA very good place to stay if you are flying the next day or have an overnight transfer in Warsaw. Frequent transfers to and from the airport making this hotel the best choice out of all airport hotels in Warsaw.
JJames SM ChengGot an 8hrs transfer in Warsaw. So managed to take a bus from airport and stay for the night. Really cozy and comfortable. They got quite a few free extra services i.e. morning call & free transport to airport(?) which should be a great choice for travellers.
SSeat 2AComfortable and contemporary hotel in an emerging business district, 3 Metro stations from Old Town. The nearest Metro stop is right beside the hotel. Radosla at Reception in particular was very warm, welcoming and displayed initiative in solving a few issues for me.
Stable, free and fast Wi-Fi, a soft though comfortable mattress, instant hot water and effective heating meant that all the basics were done well. Complimentary packet of dark chocolate was a nice, unexpected touch.
Overall a good value proposition.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel in Warsaw Centrum, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The location is central and convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. I truly appreciated the attention to detail from the staff and the overall ambiance of the hotel.
However, there are a couple of areas where improvements could be made. The ventilation system in the room wasn’t working properly, which could have been uncomfortable if not for the fact that the windows could be opened for fresh air. Additionally, the TV was essentially unusable for streaming, which might be inconvenient for guests who want in-room entertainment.
Despite these minor issues, everything else about my stay was outstanding, and I would still highly recommend the Mercure Warsaw Centrum to anyone visiting the city. If the vent system and TV functionality are addressed, this hotel would be absolutely perfect.
