This stay truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive. They proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently introduced us to local eateries and attractions, making us feel completely at ease. Our king room was exceptionally spacious and bright, with the sunlight streaming in – it was absolutely delightful. The bed was just the right firmness, instantly relieving our travel fatigue, and we slept soundly through the night. The room amenities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were all brand-name, which was reassuring to use. The bathroom was so clean it shined, with not a hint of odor. The hotel breakfast offered a fantastic variety, from Chinese congee, noodles, and dim sum to Western bread and coffee, and it all tasted great. It was lovely to have a hearty meal before heading out to explore. What truly surprised us was the hotel's location. It's just a five-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to scenic spots and shopping areas. At check-out, the staff thoughtfully presented us with a small souvenir, which was a very sweet gesture! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I've already recommended it to my friends. It's excellent value for money – you can't go wrong with this choice!

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. Overall, my stay was comfortable, and the room layout was very practical. The front desk staff were warm and attentive during check-out, and the housekeeping lady kept the room spotless; she even greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths in the hallway. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious food, and the noodle station chef was genuinely friendly and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Urumqi.

Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! 🎉 The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities.

This hotel is located in the Ancient City Homestay Collection, near the North Gate of Kashgar's Old City, making it super convenient to explore both the Old City and the nearby downtown area! You can spot the Kunlun Tower right outside the hotel, and there are plenty of photo ops right at the entrance. The hotel facilities are brand new, and there's a smart assistant (Xiao Du) for in-room control! Kashgar is quite dry, so it was a thoughtful touch that the rooms came equipped with humidifiers. The mini-fridge also had complimentary drinks and snacks! They even gave us a small gift when we checked out! For guests looking to switch things up, the hotel's in-house Cantonese restaurant is a great option. Downstairs, there's a Peet's Coffee, and next door you'll find Luckin Coffee and Cha Ballet. Plus, Liberation North Road, with even more dining choices, is just a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying at Yifei when you visit Kashgar!

Arriving late at night in winter and being able to go straight to the hotel from the airport without stepping outside was incredibly convenient. It saved us from having to pack an extra set of clothes (which for a family of four is a lot! 😂). The other facilities were also great, meeting both the price and our expectations. A pleasant surprise was the wide variety of delivery food available, and the taste was super good! I'll definitely keep choosing this place in the future. Here's a tip: If you've got a car parked at the hotel, don't be shy – just drive slowly towards the main gate and it will open automatically. 😂 One thing to note is that the underfloor heating is incredibly warm, very warm... Even among all the places we stayed during our two-week trip with central heating, theirs was the hottest. This made the air really dry. The humidifier provided was quite mini, so I'd suggest upgrading it. For someone from the south, this kind of dry heat is really hard to get used to. 😂 Lacking self-help solutions for this only adds to the hassle for both guests and staff. I truly hope the tourism industry in Xinjiang continues to thrive!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very new, with the lobby on the 1st floor and private rooms on the 2nd. The TV in the room is quite large. The shower has great water pressure, and the hot water is instant – no waiting around. The mattress and pillows were especially comfortable and relaxing; I honestly wish I could take them home with me! Plus, the hotel's gym area is quite unique. I'd definitely recommend staying here. The hotel facilities are complete. Xiaoman and Xiaona at the front desk are warm, attentive, and meticulous in their work. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is a good mix of Chinese and Western options and is very generous. There is also free parking. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the city center opposite a shopping district. Very satisfied! They gave us two Pull Tab coffee vouchers, which were quite good.

Great location. Walking distance to the modern CC Mall, plenty of food options and convenience store next door. There’s a spa inside the hotel for those after a long day of travel. Rooms condition is great, clean bed, decent pillows and mattresses. Minimalist but have everything you need. Only downside is the heater could be very very hot. Even if you turn into AC, it’s still warm air. Otherwise everything perfect!

We shipped our ski bags ahead of time, which was very convenient, and there's even a shuttle bus to the ski resort in the morning! I absolutely loved that! They also offer airport drop-off; I'm not sure about pick-up, haha, feel like I missed out! 😂 ## Facilities: Very nice! It's a newly opened hotel, with smart features, and the decor is very comfortable. The equipment seems all good, as expected from a new hotel – everything is sparkling new. ## Hygiene: Hygiene is something I really care about, so I'm happy to give this a high rating! It's much, much better than where I stayed on previous ski trips! The cleaning was also very prompt. We had a lot of takeout trash, and every time we left it outside the door, someone would collect it quickly, which was great! 👍🏿
