Hotels With Gym in Oran Province, Algeria

"They didn't specify that we couldn't access the pool, even though we had booked specifically for that. The pool was under construction. We should have posted on the website that it wasn't available. The hotel staff didn't offer a discount or a suggestion after the pool was closed, but offered to come back the next day, and the next day it was still unavailable. The breakfast was good, but expensive for what it was. Be careful with the sliding door."

"Clean hotel, very pleasant room, I am very happy with my short but pleasant stay. I recommend."

"The hotel is basically OK, the facilities are too old, the room is too small, this price domestic five-star can also bring a luxury buffet, very quiet, just forgot to take a photo of the hotel."

"« Nice suite and good breakfast, but billing issue and service needs improvement » Stayed from August 4th to 11th in a premium suite with breakfast included (prepaid online). Upon arrival, we were charged for breakfast because, and I quote, ”the information wasn't in the system.” After numerous discussions and providing proof, management only agreed to cover half the cost. Tip: Do not pre-book breakfast, the aquapark, or the shuttle. Several guests were in the same situation. You risk having to pay again on-site. Also, be prepared for a 20,000 dinar deposit – it's the first time I've encountered a hotel in Algeria requiring a deposit, and to get it back, you have to wait for staff to check your room before you depart. Pros: Huge and comfortable suite, good breakfast, adjacent shopping center. Cons: Lack of communication regarding services, staff need training for more proactivity and a smile. Food in the aquapark is very mediocre and overpriced, and it's open to non-hotel guests… not to mention the unpleasant smell and the endless, unbearable whistling from the lifeguards. For the price of the room, the aquapark should be included; it costs 4000 dinars for adults and 2000 for children, even if you are a hotel resident. Overall, a good hotel, but management and service need an overhaul to truly live up to a 5-star rating. I will not return due to the unyielding stance of a receptionist and the manager regarding the breakfast, as a matter of principle."

"Was good experience"

"The room was clean and the cleaning service was timely. There is also a Chinese restaurant near the hotel. It is safer around. recommend"

"I've tested all 5 star hotels of Oran and I give a 4 star at 2 h The atmosphere in this hotel is a little limited Breakfast is correct but not worthy of a 5-star breakfast I've not tested the other comforts to name Jamal sauna ... Good price quality ratio"

"The bathroom door doesn't close. The stream cover isn't there, the floor isn't a guest, I asked Capuchino to bring me water with a chocolate powder with cheaper brand and bad cans juice and a high bill."

"I enjoy my stay at this hotel. Located just rightnin front of the promenade. Clean room clean hotel"
