We like the strategic location. Also, the friendly staffs render their services to the guests. Especially, a surprise cake given to us for our anniversary. We returned to stay as we liked the spread of menu both international and local food availability. The foods were regularly ready to replenish by the staffs.

Staff friendly, the room clean, the service good, it is worth staying here. They also has variety of food, dessert you can choose for breakfast. Thank you for having us mercure hotel.

It was good, but the amenities could use more attention, specifically soap, ashtrays, and tissues.

My checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang.

The service and facilities are good, but maybe the cleanliness can be improved because when I stayed yesterday the pillowcases looked dirty but everything was great including the view above the swimming pool😊

Location good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy. Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.

Staff attends to requests well. There is a lift in the hotel. Some rooms do not have windows. Breakfast is average.

It's really cool, the food is delicious, the rooms are tidy, the staff is really top, I give a rating of 5 for the staff, I just wish the motor park was given a roof so that it would not be hot anymore.
