The hotel environment is very good, in the mountains, but the decoration is not the standard of a four-star hotel. The kettle was extremely dirty on the first day, so I changed it. The breakfast was very good
Location of hotel was fantastic , very near the train station . Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also good . Will stay here again if visit the city .
The overall experience in the hotel was good. The location is middle of nowhere that will require couple of minutes walk to the bus stop then to the central train station. But if you are looking for quiet vacation it is highly recommended.
Though initially concerned that the hotel was on the side of the train station away from the city centre, it honestly didn’t matter. Still so convenient. Loved the touches like lemon infused water at the reception. Staff much friendlier than another NH I stayed in in the Netherlands
Breakfast is OK, very close to the station, taxi 10 euros.
The room is slightly older and there is an exquisite French restaurant across the road.
The front desk service is particularly good.
The hotel is close to the central station, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good, with smoked salmon. The service is also excellent; the staff are friendly, and luggage storage is free. I've stayed in hotels for over 20 days while traveling in Europe these past two years, usually choosing three- or four-star hotels since five-star ones are out of my budget. This is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides five items in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. I was practically moved to tears! Oh, and there's a pair of disposable slippers too, which is a rare treat. Park Plaza Utrecht, you'll be etched in my memory!

ZZhongSaranice food and beautiful environment. Vistors can rent bikes to go around. There is a small swimming pool and sauna to enjoy. Convenient location.
GGuest UserGreat hotel. So close to train station and concert hall which was reason for my visit with my daughter. Enjoyed the pool very much.breakfast was great. We had drinks in the bar on the evening .staff were all very friendly. Would definately go back again. Thank you to everyone there.
KKCcccccccccVery well located as it is just in the shopping centre connected to the main train station; building and rooms with modern design ; spacious room ; delicious breakfast though not many selections; to be more picky, there are stains on the wall and bedsheet in my room.
MMBOLThe coffee machines stop working after couple of persons using it. There is no computer available to use in case you need to check a train ticket when you have a broken phone by accident. The ladies at the front were not helpful when I requested a computer, they got easily stressed and I need it to fix my issue by myself.

__WeChat48759****The room facilities are very new, the TV is big, the bathroom is very clean, and coffee is provided. Parking is free, but you need to drive to the attractions. The breakfast buffet is relatively simple and there are not many varieties.
