Staffs are friendly and professionals. However rooms need to be disinfected. Our first room has lots of small cockroaches. Second room, after we requested for replacement, is better. Still we noticed small cockroach in the bathroomโ€ฆ

The room is a bit old overall, the health is average, there is no phone in the room. There is a restaurant in the lobby downstairs and the taste is not bad. The hotel seems to have a area under renovation.

05/01/25. The Bayleaf Cavite For the Labor Day Holidy, we decided to visit my Uni's museum in the Cavite campus and do a staycation as well. GOOD: 1. Would like to thank Ms. Rem Sampao FO Manager, for extending utmost assistance to our check-in request. The housekeeping team, B8 bar crew and Door Guards were warm and service oriented. Salute๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ! 2. The Atrium were breakfast was served was elegantly designed. The food spread was wide enough for the price range to fill up guests for the day ahead. Their Interns were quick to serve too. 3. The crown jewel of The Bayleaf is their large free form resort pool and open space around it. Very relaxing and big enough for guests not to feel crowded. 4. Rooms were equipped with the basics for a comfortable stay. COULD BE MPROVED: 1. They should have upgraded their TVs by now to Internet TVs. 2. Please consider adapting to more environmentally friendly Pitchers or Carafes inside the room with water dispensers per floor. Will return to see if they consider my suggestions.

Overall, it was a great experience. The amenities were amazing โ€” lots of activities to enjoy, whether you're into relaxing or staying active. You definitely wonโ€™t run out of things to do! The food was delicious, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a room with a stunning view of Taal Volcano โ€” waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. Cleanliness was good, Iโ€™d give it a 4 out of 5. Thereโ€™s a little room for improvement, but it didnโ€™t take away from the overall enjoyment. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fun activities, and breathtaking views, I highly recommend Canyon Woods!

We had a plesant stay here, i know already that the view were superb, the receptionist is very approachable and honest, the guards are very welcoming also, we also tried the food in cafe soto thought not all are available but my husband like the taste of the pork and brocolli stirfried. Maybe just a renovation on the tiles its too old and moving, amenities are lacking also may e an additional chair and a small table will do, hair dryer set up also is a necessity especially to ladies ๐Ÿ˜‰ make sure there is available ๐Ÿ˜… but overall stay was great we achieved the relaxation that we wanted. Also the home service massage is very relaxingโ€ฆ.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Nice facilities all good. They have a heater in the shower room that's what I love. The place is accessible to the mall and busses going to Manila if you are a solo traveller. The room is very comfy so I have a very nice and pleasant stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserWe recently had the pleasure of staying at timberland I would like to commend the entire team for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the high level of professionalism demonstrated by all staff members. The front desk team was efficient and courteous, making the check-in process seamless and pleasant. The room was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and provided a comfortable space to relax. I would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by the staff. The meals were delicious, with a wide range of options, and the service was prompt and attentive. Special mention to angelica, kar, jerome who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their dedication and customer-first approach truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend timberland to both business and leisure travelers seeking top-notch service, comfort, and convenience. I look forward to returning in the future.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and it's really like a hotel it has a comforter like the ones you see at hotels we availed the deluxe room so its not that spacious specially the comfort room only one person can fit in. You can bring your own drinks or foods too inside the resort you don't need to pay a corkage fee. They have court for basketball and volleyball the price is cheaper when you rent it in daytime. We also tried their full body massage for 1 hr that cost us 750 pesos each. You will need to go to their resto to claim your free breakfast if you avail the room that comes with a breakfast, it will not be delivered to your room but you can choose whichever breakfast meal they have in their menu plus it comes with a soup which is great and their foods taste delicious also the price of their food is reasonable but they have a 10% service charge for dine in and 15% for room service. The resto's cutoff for room service is 5pm, 7pm for dine in. The resort's downside is their operations time the front desk and restaurant is only open from 7am-8pm so if you're going to need something from the front desk after that time no one can assist you because they'll be gone by then only the guard will be left in the front door and also if you got hungry at night you might need to buy food from their resto before they closes or buy from a nearby convenient store because there's also no foodpanda or grabfood nearby stores also closes early so you have to plan your dinner ahead of time. We went to SM (closes at 9pm) the fare going there using tricycle is 120pesos.Their pool is only open till 9pm only if you want to eat or drink near the pool you can use their cabanas. Another downside is the beach, the beach area closes at 8pm. Their sand is gray (but a fine sand) you can't really swim in it because the waves are strong and the water is not clear and it's kinda dirty there's a lot of trash beside the beach it's not well maintained. You will really need to go island hopping which is already not part of the resort's activity so they'll let you sign a waiver. There's a lot of bangkero beside the beach it's best to ride by group there's only 2 of us when we rode the boat so it's a bit expensive, island hopping will cost you around 2000 (1 island) to 3.5k (2 islands) we availed the 3.5k. We went coral diving (they lent us their goggles for free or bring your own goggles) and also went at the white sand beach which is in Bauan, Batangas which also has clear water and you can also spot some fish and corals, travel time going to those 2 places is 35-45mins you can also bring your food but keep in mind to really cover it in plastic so it won't get wet because the trip going there is really rocky you will really get wet because you will pass by a strong waves so cover all your belongings. It was raining when we went there so maybe that's why the waves are strong. Overall we had a blast! We indeed had a memorable stay. They even gave us a gift when we checked out they're so thoughtful. Thank you for the wonderful experience we will surely recommend you to our friends.

GGuest UserDefinitely a best decision ever to celebrate my birthday here with my family. I love the location, the amenities, the food, the room, the staffs, and service. If I can clock one thing maybe the slow elevator but it is understandable due to many guests at that time. We will definitely go back :)

MMargo ELashApart from the surroundings being naturally beautiful with trees, lake, etc., for this kudos for the way the place is designedโ€ฆ nothing much special about this place unfortunately. We were not impressed given all the hype in Social media platforms. Here are a few things I have noted that made me feel not worth coming back for: 1. Check in process is so Manual - we arrived right on check in time by 3pm. Lots of paperworks to be done, asked for each guests IDs, took photos of it. 1 paper we need to fill out with guest names etc, another paper to sign acknowledgement on rules, etc - literally in pen and paper. After all the paperworks, that is the only time we were briefed of the facilities map, where to go, what to see etc. So for this part alone - is almost 1 hour. Since we have to go to each room/suite, we had to wait for buggy to bring us, another waiting of about 30mins., we even needed to approach again the reception desk to ask where is the buggy just for them to check again. Come on, this is already 1.5 hr of us paying for the stay and yet we havenโ€™t utilized the room and facilities itself. We were only able to settle in our rooms almost 5pm already. 2. Restaurants, I understand all are organic. Hence charges are high. We went to the Indian Vegetarian restaurant and ordered - Parata, Fries, Fried Tofu, Palak Paneer and 2 juices our bill is about 3,500 pesos. For it being homegrown plants and organic, we accept that amount is that high. However, we were only 3 tables filled in the restaurant, not full house and yet food took almost 1 hour to arrive. ๐Ÿ˜• 3. All else comes with charge if you wish to utilise, like massage, water therapy and all. Charges for each of this service is already same as how much the room cost. Free sessions - Yoga in morning is good. Sound therapy - not so. Room wise is ok. It is a expected with the rates they charge, you expect to be in a decent room at least. Nonetheless, it was good for experience. But may look out for other places with same facilities that will make you feel the value for money. Main disappointment we have is all the waiting time we had faced, while being there on non-peak days (weekday) and yet for each thing we had to do/request, we had to wait minimum 30mins before getting the service needed. Meanwhile, check out wise - everything was done fast and 12:30 sharp we were on our way out.๐Ÿ˜‚ I am sharing based on what I have personally experienced, some may have enjoyed and experienced otherwise, unfortunately not the case for our group.

EElise M.Hotel location is very near Nuvali. The hotel also offers free shuttle services to-from Nuvali. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Only cons for this stay is that the breakfast was normal (not that delish) and is very limited. Also, the hotel doesn't offer complimentary coffee and tea set up in the room. Overall, my mom's birthday staycation was great.

MMityelmGood for couples. Nice view and very accessible sa mga amenities like coffee shops, supermarket, 7-11, etc. Free parking on premises and easy check in. The best yung breakfast buffet nila, clean and maraming options. Nakakatakot lang yung elevator kase medjo maingay and yung balcony sa place namin, yung isang tiles naka angat pero overall, worth the experience pa dn tlga. If I get the chance to come back, I'll definitely return.
