A gem found by Jimalangs was originally an old house bought by a famous tennis player. The decoration was very elegant, the front desk service was especially good, and the bar brother was also very considerate. The breakfast was great, exquisite, and some were optional. It was not a long row, but I couldn't pick out the delicious one. There are also freshly cut mangoes, which is great. But the only downside is that there is a bar downstairs, which is very noisy on Saturday night and can only sleep at 3 am.

3 days before the trip I was contacted by the Hotel saying the indoor pool would not be available for use. As I couldn't cancel the reservation I suggested that I could compensate for some of the impossibility of using the indoor pool. The next day they contacted me to say they offered me a welcome drink and traditional sweets, as well as the possibility of late check out. On the day of the reservation, when I checked in, they told me that the indoor pool was already available for use, as I was not warned that I was not ready to use the pool. In addition, the offers that they had told me would be offered were not at any time realised. I can only say that in terms of customer management, the service is not of any quality for a 4-star hotel. I have a very negative experience, which has ended up affecting a weekend escape. I do not recommend.

The hotel has no edredons for the cold, only covers. For those who are allergic, there was no other option for the cold that was made feel in the room. The indoor pool was cold water. The breakfast is not very varied. The fourth room has already a need for reformulation with a screwed board, and I was not very pleased with the price and quality it offers.

Atendimento simpático, muitos lugares de estacionamento (mas aparentemente com pouco uso devido a pouca sinalização, até mesmo para acesso). Acesso rápido a todos os pontos de interesse da cidade, mesmo a pé. Quarto limpo e comfortável.

Hotel com excelente localização. Bom pequeno almoço, variado e com produtos de qualidade. Boas áreas sociais (esplanada, piscina exterior, etc). Quartos precisam de uma reforma. Cama desconfortável, cortinas estradas, torneiras oxidadas, entre outros. Em geral, foi uma estadia agradável !

Ya es la tercera ocasión que repetimos. Un alojamiento perfecto por lo fácil que es aparcar y la equidistancia perfecta para visitar diferentes localidades.

The location is perfect with Avenue de la Libertade leading to the center, restaurants, activities, etc. The room was spacious, very comfortable, nice bathroom with an exceptional shower cubicle. The service was normal, nothing more. We didn't eat there so no comments, except for the very average room service sandwich, not even a few crisps to go with it, untoasted bread. Really insufficient, does not correspond to the hotel. Otherwise, everything is perfect. We recommend and we will surely come back if we pass Braga again.
