Hotel bem situado, quarto razoável, limpo, não gostámos da piscina e do jacuzzi, ambos com pouca qualidade e a água parecia pouco limpa, a sauna é razoável. Hotel exige caução de 10€por cada robe, um dos robes fornecido estava roto e sem presilhas para o cinto, para um hotel de 4 estrelas acho que não devia de acontecer, foi trocado após reclamação. O pequeno almoço é bom com bastante variedade de alimentos. Acho que podiam promover mais os produtos locais. .

Gostei imenso da estadia. O aspeto e a decoração são fantásticos fazendo lembrar uma pequena villa mexicana. As piscinas não são grandes mas têm o tamanho suficiente. Os serciços de bar e restaurante são de um bom nível. A sofisticação é trocada pelo conforto, o que para mim é preferíve já que priorizo um ambiente acolhedor. O acesso à lagoa com uma pequena praia é muito bom também. O pequeno almoço do tipo buffet tem tudo o que é esencial. Nota 10 para a cama do quarto que me calhou. Parecia um campo de futebol e super confortável. Excelente cobertura de wifi nos edificios. Achei fantástico o espaço arborizado envolvente e destaco a pouca quantidade de insetos / mosquitos, muito comum em ambientes com lagos e arvores. A limpeza é constante com troca de toalhas sempre que solicitado. O unico aspeto menos positivo é ausência de ar condicionado nos quartos, apenas contando com aquecimento.

Great place to stay for a couple of days, beach, plenty of Resturants. Casino all steps away from the front door. The hotel was calm, clean with extremely friendly staff. The breakfast had loads of goodies. Would not hesitate to stay again or tell a friend.

very well located hotel, in front of the beach and close to all relevant tourist attractions, as well as entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants. Service and concern for guests is a constant. Hotel with great facilities, spacious rooms, well decorated common areas in a very cozy atmosphere. Heated pool on the top floor allows a stunning view over the beach and the ocean at the rhythm of the sunset.

The room is large, similar to the resort, very quiet, there is a swimming pool, the number of rooms is not much, it is very convenient to drive, there is no public transportation. There is nothing around the hotel, bring your own delicious food.

Чисто, комфортно и просторно. Есть общая кухня со всей техникой. Во всех деталях чувствуется забота к гостям. В номере была вода, мини-бутылочки с портвейном, в холодильнике охлаждённое вино, соки, молоко, фрукты.

Hotel em frente à praia, com excelente pequeno-almoço, staff super simpático e profissional, piscina, sauna, hidromassagem e ginásio. O almoço no restaurante do hotel estava top. A seleção dos vinhos é cuidada e o vinho branco seleção da Santa Vitória é bastante agradável. Excelente relação qualidade preço.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The amenities are complete and the breakfast is delicious. If you're looking for a location close to the bus station, it's a great choice, just a 5-minute walk away. You can also get to Coimbra University by Uber in under 10 minutes for about 5 euros. When I left my bag at a Fado restaurant and needed to speak Portuguese, the front desk staff made the call for me.
