Já estive a muito tempo nesse hotel, e agora me surpreendeu pela negativas em alguns aspetos:
O spa agora só tendo direito a 1 hora por dia.
O elevador demora muito tempo.
De resto o restaurante continua com boa comida e atendimento, e o staff do hotel continua bem dispostos e educados.

It was a small room, with no space for a decent chair. There were no cups or glasses whatsoever, not even in the toilet. We were the only two taking breakfast there. The food was acceptable.

Big hotel a short walk from the train station. Hotel has 2 pools both cold. The hotel does not have an iron for guests to use. Rooms are dated but clean. Breakfast was continental style. Same food every day. Wait staff were friendly. We had a problem with the mosquitos in the room which was promptly dealt with. Nice gardens surrounding the hotel.

It was a very pleasant experience, the location of the accommodation is excellent, the equipment is relatively new and in good condition, the hospitality and the quality of the professionals was irreprensible, the food offered for breakfast is varied and excellent, the management ”Pet Friendly” is exemplary and highlighting.
Comments on the suggestion of improvements:
- bathrooms in the area of the indoor pool (inexistent), which is almost uncomfortable in winter, travels from/to accommodations versus indoor pool/sauna/turk bath are distressing;
- The rooms could have more room for customer clothes, the toilets should have towel supports in conditions, than those presented (loose vertical bamboo support “=” stair);
- The prices of the local restaurant are exaggerated (do not attract many guests)! ? ...

We are happy to have chosen this hotel to stay for 3 nights.
1. Fairly new and trendy design and facilities. Large size rooms that are clean and well equipped.
2. Excellent location to Fatima sanctuary.
3. Staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention to Ms Komal who welcomed and checked us in. She made a good impression and represented Mercure very well. The hotel must keep good staff like her and trained all to that standard.
4. Very good breakfast selection and warm dishes like eggs cooked to your order.
Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at rhis hotel in February. The staff were all very kind, had good choice of breakfast items, could relax in the evening at the bar, with comfortable armchairs and settees.
Great environment.
Easy to reach from the Shrine in Fatima
Large and clean rooms
Conveniently located. My mum is an elderly woman of 85 years old and it was easy for her to walk about.

Response during check-in , fast and efficient despite not having informed which Wi-Fi password.
Simple but satisfactory room for this purpose, despite the air conditioner has no command to allow temperature control and /ou other functions (in times running is unacceptable).
The breakfast was the best of the stay .... very good.
I left the room card on the balcony and I went out.
I don't want to return ......

SSofia R RamosA very charming hotel, the officials of an extreme sympathy, very lovely, worried and attentive. The cleaning was impeccable from the rooms, to the garden and the pool and jacuzzi area. The charm and glamour decoration of the grandmothers is also a pleasant atmosphere.The breakfast and restaurant are very tasty.We love the weekend.Ideal for any kind of romantic or family stay.
