It was a nice hotel, only the cardboard boxes were not nice and the WC light switch was hard to press so we didn't use the chest until we realized it in the last hours of leaving the hotel. Other than that everything was fine.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

The hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. The breakfast impressed me a lot — there was a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We always come very good but the water temperature of the pools was slightly lower I think the bathroom in the bottom was a little warmer than usual.

Ideal location in the old town. On the way to the hotel, immediately go to the parking lot. The hotel will give you a ticket for free exit. The famous Iskander kebab cafe is a 3-minute walk away. 1867. It is considered to be the best in Buos Iskander kebab. In the room there is a bathrobe and slippers. For three people only one shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. Breakfast buffet from 8 am

We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!

Ailece kaldığımız otelde genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık. Odalar düzenli ve temizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Konum olarak uludağ yakın ve bursa'ya üst bakan bir manzarası var. Otopark yetersiz kalıyor anladığım kadarıyla o yüzden dışarı park ettim birkaç sefer. Onun dışında bir tavsiye edebileceğim bir oteldir.
