"This is a resort, not really ideal for a one night stay where you want something easy and convenient. For instance, you can’t walk to the city center - and so as it’s impossible to park there, you’re a little stuck and have to eat dinner in the resort where options are limited. I think this place is good for families wanting to relax for a week, not travellers.
The room was big in itself, but for the price you just except a little bit more (for ex the sink was broken, the keycard demagnetised). The Mountain View is just a view on a rock wall. The hotel is also very busy, our room was in front of the elevator and people kept coming and going.
Breakfast on the other hand was very good, many options sweet and salty. Staff was not fluent in English but friendly."

"There are many children, suitable for families, there is a private beach, but the beach is not flat enough, there are more stones, and the sea view is slightly inferior to the hotel I visited later in Fethiye; the hotel service is half and half, some staff are more enthusiastic, and some have an average attitude; the facilities are relatively old, and the hygiene feels so-so, not as good as the hotels in Fethiye; what can I say about the all-inclusive meals, the breakfast and dinner are relatively rich, and the lunch is very average. I am really a bit tired of eating here after staying for three days."

"The hotel is very pleasant; the vision and reality match 100%. There's a Russian-speaking girl on duty at reception. The restaurant truly feels like you're ”in a restaurant,” unlike the standard all-inclusive options in Turkey. The food is varied; we don't eat meat, but there were stewed vegetables, steamed and fried fish, and lots of desserts. There's even a cafeteria with desserts, ice cream, and drinks. The restaurant's layout is excellent, with a Bali-style decor. There's a mini-club on site, but there was no babysitter during our stay; the children played, drew, and so on, all on their own... (Perhaps this is due to the weekends/holidays). The hotel beach is divided into zones, so you can choose between the sand or the pool. It's very convenient, with showers and refrigerators stocked with water everywhere. The staff keeps it clean. There's a pool bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Overall, this was the most pleasant and beautiful hotel we've ever seen in Turkey. The only two downsides are price and room availability. Prices can be inflated, so you need to consider the time and season, or if there are special offers. The rooms are located on a hillside; there's an elevator, but it's only used by staff (for carrying luggage, etc.). The rest of the staff have to walk up steep stairs. The buildings are located across the street from the beach, restaurant, pool, and more."

"This place is beautiful. The rooms are nice and kept clean. The pool area is beautiful. The beach area is beautiful. The food is good. Breakfast is included . The owner is very friendly and she will make your stay nice. She is attentive. The staff is wonderful. The bartender is amazing along with the waitstaff and the young men who maintain the grounds. I will definitely come back. The only downside was the spa/hamam was not yet open. And the hot tub was being worked on at the time."

We arrived at the hotel in the morning at about eight, they didn't make us wait long and checked us in almost immediately, offered tea. However, an important note: when I booked it was indicated that it would be a standard room without a sea view, but in the end we checked into a club room and supposedly with a sea view. In response to my comment, they said that alas, it was the Bayram holiday and they couldn't offer a room in the main building because it supposedly had a sea view. It was an unpleasant incident.
It turns out that in order to be sure that they will check you into a room in the main building, you need to take a standard room with a sea view.
The breakfasts were delicious: different types of cheeses, sausages, soup, eggs, omelette, buns, fruits, honey in the comb was especially pleasing, vegetables, sweets, greens - a buffet. They bring drinks that you ask for.
The hotel grounds are very beautiful and green. Very beautiful architecture. However, there are some problems with hot water in the rooms, mostly we had to wash in lukewarm water. In general, all the issues that were resolved quickly: bring water, fix the phone, change the towels, change the bucket in the bathroom, call a taxi.
Another point, the METT hotel is located nearby, which played loud music until late, which was not very pleasant for us, since we like peace and quiet.
In general, we have very pleasant memories of the hotel.

Very nice place for relaxation with a nice view hard to reach without a car no night life at all after 10:30 pm nothing at all so we had to rent a car to go to town . They changed the towels procedure by the beach without informing us that they refused to give me towels very nice breakfast but staff refuses to serve u hot drinks after 10:30 very good supportive concierge officer free parking

Guest UserThis hotel is amazing, and so is the service. I'm usually very picky about service, food, and the overall concept, but I honestly can't find a single fault here. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holidays at the end of May, it never felt crowded. Every request was handled instantly, whether it was for something in the room, at the restaurant, or on the beach. I never had to remind anyone. The food in the main restaurant was all delicious, which is also rare. I especially loved the steak selection for dinner and the abundance of interesting appetizers and salads. A special thank you to the pastry chefs, as the desserts are magnificent, both in the main restaurant and the pastry shop. The a la carte restaurants didn't impress me as much. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that in the 18+ ”no kids” zone and on the main beach, you don't feel like people are on top of you because there are so many sun loungers. It only gets busy around the main pools, but if you want, there's a pool on the first floor with swim-up room access, where you can always find a sun lounger and swim with a gorgeous view.
Special thanks to Mirza and Aidana, the chat assistants, who responded extremely quickly to everything and gave a warm welcome and farewell.
After this, we stayed at the Liberty Signa hotel, but all the service and the hotel overall fell short compared to Xo, even though they are part of the same chain.

Hasan Enes GürayOverall, we had a pleasant stay at Labranda Mares. I would describe it as a good value-for-money hotel rather than a luxury resort. The highlight of our holiday was definitely the staff—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The location is fantastic, with beautiful sea views and direct access to the coastal walking path, which is perfect for walking or running. The food was generally good, with fresh pizzas, pides, grilled dishes, salads, and desserts, although there was no red meat during our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the omelettes and gözleme, but the pancakes were always stale. The snack bars and pastry corner could also offer better quality and more variety.
The hotel does have some areas that need improvement. The entertainment was inconsistent, the sound system needs upgrading, and charging extra for bingo cards felt unnecessary. The gym is very basic, the games area was dirty despite being reported, and the hotel itself is showing its age with peeling walls and elevators that broke down almost every day. The parking area is far from the hotel, there is no valet service, and the buggy is only available during check-in and check-out.
Overall, we enjoyed our holiday thanks to the amazing staff, but I think a hotel that is almost always fully booked could invest more in better facilities, food quality, and entertainment. I probably wouldn’t return, but I still think it’s a reasonable choice if you’re looking for a good value-for-money holiday.

I recently stayed at Liberty Lykia Adults Only, and the experience exceeded all expectations. This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere.
✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet.
✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.
✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space.
✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea.
✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation.
💯 I highly recommend Liberty Lykia Adults Only for anyone seeking a luxurious, quiet, and beautifully maintained resort experience. If I return to this region, I will absolutely stay here again.

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work.
I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed.
Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied).
My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area.
That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept.
The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail.
It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest.
I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food.
Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!
Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

Location is great and close to everything.
Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like).
Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol.
The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap.
Cons
The rooms are in need of refurbishment.
We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages
My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them.
No iron is provided so bring your own.
The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins.
The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either).
I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

The hotel was in a great location. The local minibuses pass just in front of the hotel entrance. Everything was clean: the room, pool, bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant whose food is to die for. Plus, the restaurant offers a 10% discount to the hotel guests.
I booked a studio suite for my family and it was well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and even a washing machine.
The only downside I could think of may be the beach which is not amazing considering the stunning coastline of Turkiye and the pool is rather small. So if you are looking for a full on beach holiday, Turunc may not be the best bet.
We were looking for a late summer holiday with evening and morning walks, lovely food and a sea time. Thus, it was the best holiday we could ask for. In early September, the town wasn't crawling but still lively. Not too hot so we did even enjoy the noon at the beach and enjoyed our dinners by the sea with a bottle of delicious wine without having to book in advance.
